Kleine Oase mitten im Wein

Wir wurden von Carlo überaus herzlich empfangen, der uns zuerst das Gelände und dann unser Appartement gezeigt hat. Im Vorfeld wurden wir bereits bestens über email zur Unterkunft und den Angeboten informiert. Das Gelände ist sehr weitläufig (auch Spaziergänge möglich), die beiden Pools sind sehr angenehm und lassen einen vor Ort verweilen (Unterkunft ist weder in Seenähe, noch in Stadtnähe - dafür ist man aufs Auto angewiesen!). Für Hunde und Kinder gibt es genug Möglichkeiten freizulaufen und zu spielen. Das Highlight sind die Frühstücksboxen, die man jeden Morgen bekommt und nach eigenem Geschmack befüllen lassen kann. Wir haben auch 2mal in unserer Küche gekocht. Klar hier ist die Ausstattung nicht wie zuhause, aber für uns gehört das so zum Urlaub dazu, wenn wir uns mal selbst versorgen wollen. Von den weiteren Angeboten (Taste Nic, Yoga, Wellness) haben wir bei diesem Besuch nichts gebucht, weil es nicht in unseren Zeitplan gepasst hat - aber beim nächsten Mal definitiv! Der Wein vor Ort war sehr lecker. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :-)

Die Liegen am Pool sind definitiv zu hart, um dort einen halben Tag oder Tag zu verweilen. Andere Gäste hatten eigene Liegestühle dabei (macht auch Sinn am Gardasee). Wir hatten Sportmatten zum unterlegen dabei - so war es auch bequem

Super zuvorkommendes Personal Sehr persönliche, familiäre und entspannte Atmosphäre Renovierte Ferienwohnung mit moderner Ausstattung Gepflegte Anlage Zwei Pools in Sonnenlage mitten im Weinberg

Recht nah an einer tagsüber stärker befahrenen Landstraße gelegen - nachts allerdings sehr ruhig

So smazing property, apartment, garden&pools, vineyard and mountain views, picnic breakfast. Our daughter loved it to run around the garden, swing, pet the dog and swim.

Shower is quite tiny, some little ants in the apartment but that is understandable when in ground floor. It would be useful to have some coat rack or hooks near to the front door in the living room where you could hang e.g. your coat and bag.

I would definitely recommend Corte Patrizia

We were a family of 5 and our apartment was comfortably spacious, with views over the vineyard. Covered parking is on-site and secure The owners, Carlo and Vittoria, are responsive and take great care Breakfast is well organised, which you may enjoy in your accommodation or in the garden Location is great if you want to explore around the lake, or simply relax away from the crowds

Die Unterkunft direkt neben einer Düngemittelfabrik mit verschimmelten Wänden kann ich nicht empfehl

Das Frühstück in Holzkisten mit rohen Eiern. Sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden Von Küche kann keine Rede sein. Schimmel an der Duschwand. Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist. Uns wurde die Erstattung des Reisepreises zugesagt aber nicht eingehalten.

Tweepersoons studio - prima voor doorreis of paar nachten

Het concept van de ontbijtmand sprak ons erg aan, de mand was elke ochtend rijk gevuld met o.a. verse broodjes en lokale lekkernijen. De ruime tuin waar je kon zitten waar je wilde, faciliteiten als zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en aparte wellness. Ruime met doek overdekte private parking op afgesloten terrein. Locatie t.o.v. verschillende stadjes aan het Gardameer en ook Verona / bezienswaardigheden was goed. Behulpzame en hele aardige eigenaren.

Agriturismo ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg. Onze studio lag meteen aan het begin van het terrein waar iedereen langs moest. Tesamen met geen eigen terras is er weinig / geen privacy. De studio die wij hadden was erg gedateerd en heeft dringend een update nodig. Wij hadden ten tijde van boeken de laatste kamer en zaten in het oude deel. Wij verbleven er voor 8 nachten. Voor de accommodatie die wij hadden is dat te lang De andere accommodaties waren wel helemaal opgeknapt.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen naturnahen Urlaub.

Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend und immer gut erreichbar. Der Aufenthalt war sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. Das Frühstück kann nach Belieben individuell angepasst werden.

Je nach Windrichtung herrscht vor dem Haus gelegentlich ein unangenehmer Geruch durch die Firma nebenan.

It's a wonderful place and very nice owners. They do everything to make your stay comfortable. There are two swimming pools, a vineyard with places for a picnic, barbecue and walks. Every morning a large picnic basket with breakfast and fresh vegetables and herbs can be picked from the garden available to guests. Super apartments with a beautiful view through huge windows. The vineyard produces very good wines and delicious olive oil. I really regret that we didn't bring more of them :) If anyone wants to use the SPA or do yoga, it is also available. You can even order a pasta making lesson. And we also felt at home. thank you :)

Very nice and cosy ambience. Owners exceptionally available and helpful. Suites are very confortable and fully equipped. Being 2 swimmingpools available, there is always possibility to take a bath

It is very hard to find something negative!😃 Maybe, I would have appreciated the possibility to better shade the sleeping room .

Carlos and Vittoria were both very kind, friendly and helpful. Accomodation was nice and practic, clean and comfortable based to expectations. Breakfast from local products were tasty and sufficient. We enjoyed the stay at Corte Patrizia a lot!

Wonderful place!

To begin with, the staff was really friendly and helpful (thank you for everything!!). The place was beautiful, big and fun. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good! and the good thing is that you can take it with you wherever you want! Yoga classes are available at request!

I did not like the fact that there were babies crying in the garden. As the rooms are one next to the other, it really bothered me. I think couples must take this in consideration. L’agriturismo is next to a noisy highway.

Beautiful place to stay

The property is beautiful surrounded by wineyard and room is nicely decorated. The staff is super nice. The breakfast is good and sufficient. And the snack table and coffee during the day is great idea.

Our teenagers were sleeping on the sofa bed, which was quite hard… maybe for small children it goes, but not for adults without extra mattress .
