Our family, all adults had the best stay in this fabulous rental. Plenty of space and we had a comfortable stay. Great host with lots of helpful suggestions for the area and great communication. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we would love to stay here again.

It was everything we needed. Had a great time with the family and the kids loved it

We had another wonderful weekend in Boise and at Sunset 1. This is our third time staying at this property and it was, once again, exactly what we had hoped for. We love the location in the Sunset Park area which is close enough to BSU, but out of the crowds of parents and homecoming weekend. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We enjoy walking the neighborhood and around the park. Property managers communicate well and are very responsive. We can’t wait to come back.

Conveniently located, quiet neighborhood. Living area needed some TLC (rug and under couches vacuumed). We could hear the people in the unit next to us go up and down stairs, which i wasnt expecting. It still worked well for our 2 family get-a-way.

Clean, functional property in good working order. Remodeled but dated property. Small bathrooms and kitchen compared with more modern properties. Cheezy $20/hr. early check-in charge. Professional, institutional management approach.

The house was clean and inviting. The living room was very comfortable, and it accommodated several guests. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay.

7 of us went to Boise for a wedding, and this was a great place for all of us to be for the weekend we were there!

We stayed here with family and it worked perfectly for us and all our kids. Nice central location and easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay. The property was perfect. It was very close to our relatives and an easy bike ride to the green belt. The layout was convenient with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms for a family. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The home had been recently renovated. The owners / property managers made us feel welcome and facilitated check-in. The house is lovely--well-appointed, plenty of parking, nice furnishings. The older established neighborhood is in various stages of consistent maintenance, renovations and rebuilds along tree-lined streets. There's two good looking, modern new builds across the street from this property. I wish the mattresses were more comfortable, and that the bunkbeds weren't squeaky, but none of that affected my sleep. We were there over the July 4th holiday, and I'm happy to report the neighborhood fireworks seemed to taper off by 10:30 pm.

Family Time
We had a great time & the home worked well. My only suggestion is that the kitchen needed HELP in the utensil area. Glasses were great! Space was great. But the cooking utensils were in need of replacement. No cookie sheets, no wooden spoons, the one spatula was bent and extremely flimsy. Usually, when I stay in VRBO's the kitchens are usually stock in spices. This one didn't even have pepper. Other than that area of the house it was great!

Everything was as expected. We were disappointed the TV only worked for streaming we weren't expecting that. And the only real complaint was the kitchen was equipped very minimally. No baking pans of any kind. No oven boiler pan for steaks. No mixing bowls of any kind. Definitely the kitchen equipment needs to be improved.
Everything else was comfortable but I would inquire about kitchen if you plan to do any cooking at all.
