Great location for downtown evening of fun. Walkable to great coffee and restaurants.

Suberb room - one of the best I’ve experienced, and I’m 83 years old!

It was quick and easy. Coffee station didn't provide real milk. Bed and room was comfortable and access to the Grove fitness center and pool was nice. Restaurant had too notch jazz music and great food. Not a bad option in Boise but pretty minimalist and maybe not the best option in town.

Charming Boutique Hotel with Great Amenities!
We stayed at Hotel 43 in downtown Boise and absolutely loved it! This boutique hotel has beautifully decorated rooms and a really nice, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower that had great water pressure—a definite win.
They offer both valet parking and a parking garage next door. We opted for the garage, which had easy access to the hotel and a bonus: EV charging for only $1 per hour, which was super convenient.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable stay in Boise, Hotel 43 is a fantastic option!

The rooms are very well renovated and decorated. The restaurant is amazing; best Boise dining!
The room smelled like a backed up drain at the entry. The morning coffee bar is subpar and lacking any flavored creamers.

The dining option was a nice surprise. The hotel was nice, staff was a little indifferent, not very friendly. Hotel was clean, room was very nice. Spa tub was a bonus. We enjoyed our short stay.

Lovely clean hotel with the added bonus of having Chandlers attached which is a must visit.
Check in was quick and easy but there was no warmth from the staff and not even any eye contact which is why I took a star off.
The beds were wonderful. The room clean and well-appointed but the shower was underwhelming.
The amenities in the room still gave Covid vibes.
I would go back though.

Love the renovations and convenience/location of hotel. They had free bike rentals, free gym access to sister hotel, free water bottle filling stations. The girls at front desk both seemed to be new and not know anything about Boise University parent discounts and perks and wasn’t sure how the Expedia $21 credit I had left. And didn’t know I had a 1pm guaranteed check out until I had to ask. They were sweet, but I think they were knew.
I requested a high floor with a quiet room. They gave me a lovely room on a high floor but at 6:30/7am every morning there was construction noises coming from directly across street that work me up each morning along with the AC turning on and off every few minutes. I love this hotel and would totally recommend it, even w my few concerns, which can be easily fixed.

Excellent location downtown. Ask for a blanket; they are lusciously soft. Take your own pillow; they are terrible.
The great benefit of this hotel is its newly renovated lobby area for meetings. You’re also connected to the best restaurant in Boise, Chandlers.

The staff are always welcoming and super nice. The rooms have been updated nicely. Great location and a one of a kind restaurant on site.

excellent location, comfortable room and bed, very helpful and friendly staff. only issue; not enough of the simple amenity of coffee or tea in the room. Two of us and only three kerurig pods, no tea. made it difficult to enjoy relaxing in the room in the morning. its a small thing but makes a difference.

This was our first time at this property. It was an excellent site and easily accessible from Boise Shakespeare festival.

I don't dislike it, the construction. It just is. Looking forward to the changes in the neighborhood when we return.

The recent remodeling has made it a gem of a hotel. From the lobby to the excellent room, very nice. Quiet for the area.

The remodel is beautiful! Everything was clean and the staff was exceptional. They even provided daily room service which most hotels don’t when you stay for a longer stay.

First time staying here and we really enjoyed it. Book early to get good rates. It’s close to everything, small snack desk at the entrance, valet parking. We loved it had water fill up stations with filtered water on every floor. Had an emergency and had go leave a day early but they took care of us. I recommend this hotel!

The hotel was under construction during our stay but i was not informed of this until the day prior so obviously no time to rebook elsewhere. The Floor we stayed on (Top Floor) was very hot and muggy - probably due to the construction (paint fumes and lack of proper ventilation and air-conditioning). Our room was supposed to be a top-of-the-line room however the pictures and sales pitch were very misleading. The hot tube was just a regular tub - definitely not enough room to enjoy with the wife. I definitely wont be staying here again.

I was upgraded to the Capital Suite which was a great surprise and definitely added to the enjoyment of my stay. Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful.

Staff was very helpful. Although I only stayed for one night, the hotel met all of my needs and room was very comfortable. They arranged for me to take a shuttle to airport the next morning.

Keep in mind they are renovating, but they clearly were not prepared to make rooms available. I paid too much for a room that not only didn’t have a hot water for a shower but NO WATER PRESSURE! There was no way to heat up my room because the thermostat was NON WORKING! It was miserably chilly that night and the next morning. The only difference between sleeping on the floor and the bed—a sheet. Some people may like a firm mattress but that was stupid hard. Same for the “pillows” I may as well have used a 2x4 for the comfort it offered. I requested a phone call from manager on Sunday morning when I checked out at 8am, it’s almost noon on Monday and still nothing. Very poor customer service. Truly disappointing.

The staff was great. Walking distance to many places was good. Liked the room and the lobby area was great. Just wish they had a breakfast area or a coffee shop in the hotel. Overall it was good.
