We loved EVERYTHING about this place! It was extremely clean, decorated nice and it met the very needs we had…thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, where even the deer love on you!

Was a great place for our family to stay together for the weekend. Spend most of Saturday in Austin at our brother in laws memorial. Great place

we enjoyed our stay. enough beds, enough space for eight people, great view, good communication with sherry.

The house really felt cozy and felt like home to us. It just needed to be dusted a little there was some pet hair on blankets pillows and beds. The lake was a far walk because it was dried out.. Maybe owner can put that in ad, to have the renters aware of low water during droughts. Pool was far too..we walked a mile to get to it, but was beautiful pool. Other than that we loved our stay great home beautiful scenery! Loved how the deers came up to us we fed them. Love the reading nook so cute. House was fully equipped with pretty much everything. Thank you for letting us stay in your home as we made memories❤️

The front door is so stuck it took 2 of us to wrench open. My 87 yr old mother touched her bathroom cabinet and it fell off. Decorations were shabby in bdrms. No curtains on windows in 2 bdrms. Can’t recommend.. It seemed to not have been cleaned well in quite awhile. Can’t recommend, won’t go back, actually left a day early because it was not as described.

The location was fine and the view as well as seeing the deer each morning and evening was great. Cleanliness is not a top priority. The cabinets as well as many dishes were dirty, making you feel that everything you wanted/needed to use was dirty. Kitchen table has crumbs all over it. Two of the beds sheets were covered in dog hair and had to be washed before sleeping. I don’t appreciate paying a cleaning fee and having to clean. The cleaning fee should be refunded at the very least. I also cleaned out the vacuum so it could be used, it was completely packed full. The owner responded that she would talk with the cleaning people.

We had beautiful views of lakes, everything seemed pretty clean. The only thing is if you plan to make dinner…bring your own knives as there was only steak knives available. Great stay and enjoyed it nonetheless! Would do it again!

My siblings and I take at least one trip a year to relax and reconnect. We've stayed in this complex before but found this particular unit to be much nicer. It is well appointed with very comfortable beds and seating areas.
The highlight of our day was to feed and watch the deer. We bought some deer corn at the local grocery store and it was well worth the show. I love that all of the TVs had Roku even though I always travel with my own. Watching movies was easy with no need to connect other devices up. We cooked most of our meals while there. The kitchen had nice cookware and was well stocked with the basics like salt and pepper, etc.
We also spent a couple days at the pool and ate at the grill at the Marina. Pool was clean and recently redone; the food at the grill was excellent. We will be back!

I arrived to the property in the early evening to find multiple roaches around the house. I got a headache as soon as I walked in - it smelled moldy in every room. I couldn’t stay in a house filled with roaches running around. I contacted the propriety manager and VBRO for assistance. The property manager didn’t do anything and I had to look for another place for our family. Worst experience renting a house!!

Awesome
Peaceful environment great for a birthday get away!!! Really loved the little nook by the kitchen

Nice townhome, but sparse kitchen
The townhome was nice, cleanliness was only okay. I know that this is a busy time of year, and it looked like a few shortcuts had been made. I do cook and use the kitchen when I stay at a rental home and this home had good dishes, but not much else. I stayed at quite a few rental homes and most have some basics for cooking that this home did not - aluminum foil or plastic wrap. This kitchen didn't even have a garbage disposal and only like 2 trash bags for the kitchen.

The place was super nice and clean! The location was beautiful and you could just walk to the lake right behind the property! We needed another day for sure!

Great place to stay, would stay there again.

Nice location
The only disappointing thing was the pool area was closed for the season which wasn't in the listing. Other then that the view was beautiful, lots of deer and two minutes away from the boat rental. The pontoon boat was great. The room above the reading nook could use blinds, when lights on downstairs the room it too bright.

Perfect for a quiet and restful getaway!
Wonderful place for our family to relax and enjoy the peaceful view off the patio! Watching the deer and enjoying the short walks to the lake with the dogs was a perfect way to end our day after spending time in Austin and the surrounding small towns.

Would appreciate more info on the location
We came for a wedding in Dripping Springs. When I searched for a VRBO, this property came up. The location at the time said Lake Travis. When I Googled directions it said 28 min. So we booked it. When I got the check in email with the address, we were shocked to find out it was 1hr 15min away from Dripping Springs instead. I was a bit disappointed in that.
That being said, the property is beautiful. The scenery I stunning and we loved being able to sit on the back patio and watch the deer walk by all day. Would definitely recommend this place, just know that it is a bit of a drive.

We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Travis. The host was very accommodating and helped us each time we needed it. She even had a family member meet us on morning to show us where to put our boat in because we couldn’t find the ramp.

Solid Spot!
Really enjoyed our stay! All the rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. Great view of Lake Travis from the back porch with walking trails to the water. The location is prime... nearby disc golf course, playground, boat rentals, and breakfast tacos all within a couple minute drive of the house.
There were a few ants we noticed in the kitchen, but the owner responded right away to assist in getting them taken care of. Really appreciate their prompt response.
We'll be coming back again in the future!

Beautiful & provides everything you need!
Spent the weekend at the lake for my husbands birthday with extended family and was welcomed into a nice townhome with a great view. The home was well stocked with so many little things rental homes usually aren’t stocked with. Full stock of Toiletries, pillows galore, air mattress, slew of board games and books to read. The home was spacious and tidy and we look forward to returning. Thank you Sherry for your hospitality!

Beautiful property
The house was very comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. A few things to note, the property was a bit dusty and could use a good deep cleaning. The pool was a bit of a walk from the condo (over 1/2 a mile with no sidewalk).

We had a blast and the townhouse was super nice on a great part of the lake! 8 people stayed very comfortably.

Wonderful home away from home
I chose the townhouse for the size and view and I was not disappointed. My family had a wonderful stay and plan to come again soon. The owner had great hospitality and was there to help whenever I needed assistance.

beautiful weekend!
I highly recommend booking this lovely townhome with a fantastic view of the lake! We spent most of the time on the large back porch. the townhome was equipped with everything we needed, and the owner was quick to respond to our questions. I prefer a coffee pot over a Krutz; however, that's just my personal preference. We will be back and bringing friends to share all the space!

Spring Break Forever
So this townhouse street to the community is the last on the road. Their are deer along the streets. The townhouse is adorable and inviting. The kids were super excited about the entire place. The water is a very short walk. Their is not a lot to offer food or grocery wise. But their is a grocery store 10 minutes away, not the gas station. The beds are comfortable, the place is well stocked. Although, I could not help but clean on arrival. This place was great for our family of 7. Would stay again. Local suggestions: Gnarly Gar. Liquid Thrillz. The food trucks, yummm!!! Smiling Donuts.

My family of five with a small dog enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and provided plenty of space for everyone. We fished and hiked the surrounding areas. Our experience was relaxing and excellent for catching up before we split up again. I highly recommend this property.

Family Time
This was the perfect place for our family's mini-cation. Our children are now 28, 25 & 23 and have their own life. Bringing them here with their significant other, gave us the opportunity for precious family time. New memories were made on the lake tubing and on a pontoon cruising. This house is incredibly beautiful. The 4 bedrooms are big and inviting. The view is priceless-better than you can imagine. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back. The only thing missing was a baking sheet or pan; there's 2 small round cake pans.

Loved our townhome we rented for the week-end. Very clean and nicely decorated.
I packed so much stuff for a 2 day stay but actually did not need to bring anything except food. Very well supplied with toilet tissue, dish soap, laundry soap and many, many more items that I would have never expected with a rental property. Thanks for everything!!

A Great Lake stay!
This cute little place was in a great location. It was clean and offered our group plenty of room. There were a few things that could be improved including lack of kitchen supplies and plumbing issues. We had to purchase cookie sheets and wished we had tongs and other common kitchen supplies. Our toilets were slow to flush and took a while to fill. The upstairs balcony door would not lock. The upstairs spare room air unit was extremely loud. These were small issues but thought I’d include in hopes they could be fixed for future renters. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay:)
