I will be back.

Facility manager, Denies (sorry if i didn't get name right) , whom i spoke to on the phone, explained how to retrieve room key after hours even with a photo demonstration where the key box is. After explaining why we need late check out, she allowed maximum time that suits both of us. The immaculate condition of suite 95 definitely passed beyond our expectation. From friendliness of hosts, cleanness of this whole facility and the greens we are seeing all around, this place certain deserve frequent visits and a 4 star rating from us.

Ventilation in the bath room, as hot shower in winter days surely will steam up the room bit, but vents might need to crank the gear up a little bit.

Friendly, clean & safe

Friendly and safe park for a one night Stopover. Reception, cleaning and maintenance staff were so friendly and helpful.

No toilet in the unit but block was only across the path

A peaceful modern stay with beautiful pool!

Cabin was modern and well air-conditioned and the kitchen was well-stocked. Had everything a small family needed and the staff were really lovely! Grounds were well maintained and the pool was beautiful, sitting right under the hills. Would definitely stay again.

Terrible and reminded me of staying in a hospital room

Nothing really. Pool seemed okay

We had a 2 bedroom (bunks in second room) cabin and to say we were disappointed was an understatement. Our cabin had the feeling that it might have been used as some type of medical facility. The ground had that horrible green hospital floor and it also smelt of a hospital. It was not cosy and was way overpriced. My sister and her family were staying in a different type of cabin which was much more nicer and not much more than what I paid. Thank goodness we had them there otherwise we would have checked out I recommend this cabin and please if you are seeking a hospital type of experience. If not do not stay here. Will never again stay here.

Great location, lovely staff

The booking.com mechanism is not quite clear on the rooms. The 1st room booked had no toilet or bathroom inside. After speaking to staff on site they changed to a nice room with bathroom and shower which was nice

Wonderful, cosy relaxing spot to spend 2-3 nights for a weekend getaway.

Lovely little cabin with some updates. Cosy, warm and had everything we needed for our family of four. Walking distance to Serpentine Falls and amazing hiking trails. Short drive to beautiful wineries and breweries with some amazing food. A perfect weekend escape.

The property was very well kept. Only thing that could be improved would be a shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries bag as there is no bench space due to the size of the corner unit.

Check in staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect, can walk to Serpentine Falls Comfortable accommodation

No dishwasher and we had to re-wash several dishes that were not cleaned properly

Wonderful and professional staff, lovely when you arrive and helpful and beyond accommodating. Amazing location.

It was filthy. The room, the shared kitchen, the bathroom. Needs a deep clean and to be maintained. Had to pre clean myself. Found used tampons on shower wall that were in a review complaint from 3 months ago. Around the taps and bottom of sinks needs to be scrubbed, everything was sticky and black .. very quiet especially with the permanent residents , no play ground or kids area.

Bad bad bad place. Shame on you for ripping us off. shame on you.

Not much because this is not what we booked and paid for. $480.00 for two nights three people…delux villa NOT. The tiny unit we were given was clean but we were and are really annoyed this was a special weekend for Mum and daughters. When we tried to discuss with The new office manager said the mixup was because we booked through booking.com, when booking.com sent me a photo of our accommodation in the delux villa with two bedrooms etc.

Totally not what we booked. We booked a delux chalet paid $482.00 for two nights three adults. We got a small unit with no screen door(so mosquitos everywhere) a room so tiny with a bunk bed not suitable for an adults so we had to go shopping to source a fold up bed for one of us to sleep on in the kitchen area as it would not fit in the tiny bunk room . Shower knobs fall off mid flight shower, steps to deck broken. The vertical Blinds that were there were held up with paper clips 😱. The place was clean but we were and are so disappointed this was a special weekend for Mum and daughters.

Excellent!

this was the second time I have stayed at the Tasman Holiday Park and again I was very happy with my stay.

A bigger air conditioner for the extreme hot days, but this is a very minor thing.:)

Superb

Walking distance to waterfalls and bush walks. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

The shower temperature was difficult to adjust, and when the temperature was just right, the pipes were very noisy, so you could only take cold or hot showers.

overall, it is a pleasant stay.

The room is fully equipped and very clean. the environment of the park is very nice.

the tap in the kitchen makes a big noise when you turn it on and it is leaking.

Very comfortable

I found the cabin very clean and tidy, the staff are excellent.

Although I believe the place is great, a better air conditioning could be good. The day time temps were 40 degrees 😀
