Great location. Clean and all the amenities you need.
We found the keyless door entry a challenge. Sometimes would lock so it was opened all day.
8.0 / 10.0
The lodge is in a quiet suburb and its close to most facilities, shopping center train station and restaurants. The security system is very good and the parking is right in front of the unit.
The entry instructions on the door are fading, not very legible. The room doesn't have enough power points, the only one in the bedroom is one one side meaning the other person would need to charge their phone in the living room. The lodge is spacious for families yet the toilet is right by the living room which is not idea in a family setting. There was no face towels or hand towels supplied and no spare tissue box, we had to go to the shops to buy some.

Great location, easy to get to where we needed to go. Quiet street & comfortable accommodation.
6.0 / 10.0
Perfect location for dealing with hospital stays and appointments.
Tv was less than average, couldn’t access channels had to go buy fire stick to be able to watch shows.
Heating/aircon could be changed/controlled by those in the downstairs apartment.
Window locks all broken.
Wifi was very weak!

I really liked the property 😊
The right distance, between shopping centres and the places, we needed to go. We enjoyed it, the apartment was on a nice quiet street.

clean spacious and family friendly
curious to know if both units had the same door code as our code was the same as front door ?

Location was good for why we were there. Cofortable beds and plenty of room.
Noisy tenants in unit below on second night. No fault of the unit itself.

Great area
Decent accommodation
Aircon is shared between units. Expect to have conflict of interest with other tenants.
Bed in main room not very comfortable.
Bedding could use an upgrade.
Cleanliness needed improvement. Lots of dirt under the furniture which had not been moved when cleaning the rest of the house.
No space for refuse. 2 units share 1 general waste bin outside that is emptied once every 2 weeks. Not great when planning to stay longer periods

Area very nice
The property was very cold
The trammission of noise from the ground floor was horrendous. We were late arriving early hours because of plane problems. The occupants of the ground floor moved out early morning but the noise was such that it felt like these people were outside our bedroom doors.

The house is great, nice and warm inside and good shower 😊
The first night, we can’t sleep because we can hear the person upstairs yelling, and walking around early in the morning.

fantastic location! so clean! great layout! it was very comfortable for our family of six.
it was noisy… the upstairs chair dragging and door closing lasted till 3am so that kept me up. when that stopped they started singing!

was a lot further to the hospital than I thought . was on my own as my husband was in hospital . Felt nervous as I could always hear people coming in downstairs.

As we had elderly parents a rail in bathroom and toilet would have made our stay 100% satisfactory
Otherwise couldn't fault our stay

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation and it was close to the medical facilities (St John of God Wexford Medical Centre, Murdoch) I need to attend for treatment.
The cooling system was good, but I was wanting direct fan (to cool me further and allow for good circulation). I found the 'cooling ducts' oddly placed, and had to sit at one end of the dining table to get fan access.

Location central for us.
Building and facilities very much up to date.
Same access code for both the shared and apartment doors.
Not sure if the code to our apartment is not known to occupants of the other appartment since the main entrance door has same code

Tidy clean comfortable
The down stairs unit can control the upstairs air conditioning. Not a huge issue but a little inconvenient.

Good location as we had a car. Close to shopping centre and Murdoch Uni.
The premises need a good clean.
Floors were dirty and sticky, couch and dining setting had food/liquid spills, and the cigarette butts outside need to be removed.

Location was for Fiona Stanley Hospital, so it was great for that. Pleasant area to stay
The insulation is terrible. We heard everything that the young couple upstairs got up to, several times, as well as the loud discussions that were held until 4 o'clock in the morning. Not much sleep for us.

The price
but it is gorgeous and we will more then likely be hiring out this place from now on just for convenience, comfort and large kitchen and spacious rooms.

So next time when we book this lovely place we will book upstairs and downstairs.
Location, facilities and the beautiful and comfortable home...just had a wonderful time with my family.
7.0 / 10.0
Owners easy to communicate with, we had to stay longer and was easy to organise more nights to stay in apartment. Location to hospital was good which was our main reason for choosing this place.
Walls weren't clean made you wonder what else wasn't cleaned properly. Down stairs apartment washing machine temperamental.

Location , size of house
Biggest issues - Not clean enough ( bed linen not fresh , towels smells, spider web , dust everywhere , dirty oven, pillows not comfortable some very tiny small, no tissue box , no sponge for dishes , no proper cutlery and cookery, no bbq in back yard , half curtains missing in kitchen
Second don’t book bottom unit lounge 1 ever cause of lots of noise coming from top unit 2 which sharing same house same entrance, we can hear literally every single move from other young family and their kids ( jumping shouting running ) like no sound insulation at all ( especially when baby crying middle of night ) biggest regrets

Very handy for hospital
Could hear the people downstairs

The lodge was value for money and in a great location.
The stairs to/from the upstairs apartment are dangerous. My husband was taking the rubbish out and slipped on the last three steps as it is narrow around the corner.

Location was great. I was travelling for work and this was in a perfect location for my stay. Seems like a nice suburb and surroundings. Perfect for another work stay or family. Good facilities for a longer term stay. Restaurants and shops nearby.
Some of the cutlery in the kitchen was dirty. Some of the surfaces were very dusty. The rangehood in the kitchen & the air conditioning vents. While this didn't really bother me, some people might be very annoyed by this.

• Downstairs apartment was great and bigger than expected
• 3 good sized rooms (2 with wardrobes)
• 2 bathrooms (ensuite and main bathroom)
• ducted a/c and heating
• off-street parking
• lovely quiet area
• 2 minute drive to IGA, Shell, BWS and restaurants
• Gets quite noisy if there are guests upstairs. Could hear them walking around throughout the night and early morning

Location.
Did not like the uncomfortably hard beds.Did not like the uncomfortable lounge/seating. The movement noise coming from tenants upstairs made the stay unpleasant. There appears to be no noise insulation. This went on late into the night and started again early morning. Banging and crashing from upstairs tenants walking around is excessively noisy, echoing in the downstairs apartment. It sounds like a heard of possums in the ceiling. No outside seating. Minimal manchester.
