Delgattie Estate is a tastefully restored and beautifully furnished property in spitting distance to the city but quiet enough to forget where you are.

Beautiful estate/rooms-nice touch with a bottle of wine and gift card for breakfast.

Good quality furnishings. Near town
Poor communication from receptionist on how to reach the property. Room tea bags only left us 2 and no biscuits. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Beautifully restored historic home. Pictures do not do it justice. The bedding was also very comfortable.
Pricey but worth it

Absolutely loved this stay. Tom was so friendly and helpful and the accommodation is absolute luxury!

Stunning house with lots of character. Our suite was beautifully presented with everything we needed. Staff member who met us was very welcoming and showed us around. Close to the centre of town. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The accommodation was very well presented, cosy and charming. Everything that we needed were there.

This is just the best possible place. We were fortunate enough to have the place to ourselves. There are two other suites and ours was the smallest, but it really didn't matter. Everythig was perfect. The staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. The breakfast hamper was wonderful. The beds and other facilities were lovely. My only slight disappointment was that we were only able to stay for one night. We will definitely be back and will stay for two or more nights next time. The place is perfect.

The decor, the amenities and the privacy. Very romantic!
Nothing to fault them on. Everything was perfect!

Immaculate property. Relaxing and inviting environment with superior fixtures and finishes.
The weather - it was extremely cold, however this was counterbalanced with a fire, heated blankets, air con, and heated flooring in the bathroom. There was nothing about the property I didn’t like.

the location was really good and the property itself was beautiful. The room, the Frew Suite was stunning.
In regard to attention to detail to housekeeping as soon as we walked into the room we noticed something had been spilt on the bedside table closest to the door. It looked like spilt wax or milk or something. We cleaned that up as it was one of those things that you couldn't miss every time you came into the room. Also when we had a drink in the sitting room there were two large cobwebs on the Chandelier lights. Unfortunately, these minor things can detract from the amazing things about the room and property.

Absolutely AMAZING place - we will 100% be back to stay. Property is stunning, views are amazing, amenities are fantastic. Check in process was beautiful and Lily is an amazing host.

Spacious well-decorated suite, huge billiard table for common use, chandeliers in the common area
Check-in process needs improvement. Phone call 30 minutes before arrival is not convenient, especially for international travelers with poor connectivity. Also they insisted on my personal email. Not sure why contacting through Booking.com was not enough.

Modernly furnished with high end fittings and equipment. A large unit with a separate sitting room.
Nothing.

This was definitely a luxury stay. The furnishings were gorgeous, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the claw bath was heaven. The gas fire in the form of a coal fire in the fireplace added extra cosiness and romance. Breakfast was generous. Staff were very helpful.
Not knowing the area and being unaware the estate was on a highway just up the hill from a major intersection, I was unprepared for the level of heavy truck noise throughout my 3-night stay. The room photos had looked so serene.

it is a magnificent property and our room was decorated to the highest standard.
The wifi was not strong and would not open some google sites. For the money and the high standard in all other respects this was disappointing.

exceptional and luxurious -true suite accommodation. High end renovation that delivers as per the description on line - heated bathroom floor a welcome extra - dinner and breakfast at the Commodore Motel/Restaurant next door excellent (same owners and management)

This is a real gem, the level of luxury, the facilities, the helpful concierge. We were extremely satisfied. We only had one problem we didn't want to leave.
There was nothing that we could fault.

The room and adjoining sitting room were delightful with an old world charm. It was cosy with the fire and underfloor heating in the bathroom. We were greeted on arrival by Ashley who was extremely helpful and gave us a tour of the property.
