The property has the most amazing view of the camel estuary. We spent many mornings on the decking watching the activity on the water.
The bungalow is very well equipped and beautifully presented.
It is a short walk to the harbour where there are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Full of hustle and bustle.
Would highly recommend this property

Another amazing stay at Leafy Hollow.

We were delighted when we walked through the door at Leafy Hollow. Everything was spotless and the house is lovely and spacious, it didn’t feel crowded for the 6 of us at all.
The view is by far the selling point to this property, I don’t we could tire of looking out across the water. Perfect location for crabbing, fishing, walking into town. Everything is so easily accessible. We would all love to go back sometime.

We have stayed before and enjoyed it as much as we did this time. The house is homely and very well appointed, it didn't feel like a 'holiday rental'.
The views across the water to Rock are special and change minute by minute.
The proximity of the Camel Trail was a bonus for our grandchildren with their bikes.
We'll be back.

Very central to Padstow and such easy walking distance to the harbour, bike hire and beach. Great views of the Camel Estuary with a beautiful garden. A well equipped home, with all amenities and suitable for families. Absolutely loved the location and would highly recommend. I would say the parking was only really for 1 car but there was ample space to also park out the front of the property on the road, which was never an issue. The hosts were very easy to contact and helpful.

Excellent holiday property in both location and quality. Everything made it feel like a home from home very quickly.
Before arrival communication was excellent and any questions were very quickly answered. On arrival the property was lovely, very clean with all info available and a nice welcome gift box - thank you.
During our stay we had everything we needed (even a bit of good weather) but some highlights were:
- the views - day and night were stunning. Being just in from the actual coast also meant less wind.
- the fact that it's only a 10 minute stroll into the centre of Padstow and basically a flat walk - so rare around the coast and meant you didn't need to take the car / worry about parking.
- the beds - so comfortable, we all slept excellently every night.
All in all one of our best holidays, so thank you to team Leafy Hallow.

The location overlooking the Camel estuary and 10 minutes walk into Padstow centre is perfect. The house is well equipped and comfortable. One criticism would be that the ustairs room would be perfect as a family room if it wasn't open to the rest of the house hence any noise could be heard maki g it unsuitable for a baby to sleep. This did not spoil our week as we thoroughly enjoyed the house. There is a cycle route on the doorstep and great walks also without needing to use the car.

This was our second stay at Leafy Hollow and it was amazing.
It’s a beautiful well equipped house in fantastic location. The house is immaculate and once again, we were left with a beautiful welcome hamper by the owners, which was thoroughly appreciated.
The views from the rear of the house are simply stunning and something I can sit and gaze at all day, it was a a real shame to leave.

After our property in Bakewell was flooded and subsequently cancelled, we hunted for a property in the south but were dubious about why this particular property hadn’t been booked for half term week.
But from the first communication with the owners we felt confident that we’d made the right choice.
Excellent property with everything you require for a weeks break. Padstow is a tourist hotspot so to find a property with parking and just a 5-10min walk from the harbour / centre is priceless.
We hope to stay here again.

A lovely house in a great location - right on the end of the Camel Trail and just a few minutes walk into Padstow. Amazing views across the estuary with plenty of comfortable spots to enjoy it from, inside and out. The most well equipped property we have ever stayed in, with lots of thoughtful extras, and the house was spotless. A lovely welcome pack too, thank you. There was building work happening on both sides of the property which couldn't be helped but due to the good weather we were out and about exploring the area most of the time so it didn't intrude too much. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leafy Hollow.

Easter in Padstow
Absolutely 5 stars !!!! There is everything you could possibly need for a self catering break. We loved the games cupboard and very much appeciated the welcome pack of goodies. The house is in one of the best locations in Padstow - a few seconds from the camel trail and a few minutes from the town centre. The views are simply hypnotic. We were all sad to leave and will look to stay again in the future.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location.
This house was perfect for our first family holiday with our grandson. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, a real home from home.
Just a very short stroll from Padstow harbour made it the perfect location.

Wonderful festive family break
Leafy Hollow is a very special place - not only was the location excellent, but the addition of a Christmas Tree, meant that as a family we felt festive and welcomed by the warm atmosphere as soon as we opened the door! Easy to walk in to the centre of Padstow, a lovely cycle trail minutes from the door, wonderful views on both floors and with every utensil you might need for a week's family holiday, we would absolutely recommend to anyone considering booking. Thanks for making our holiday to Padstow so memorable.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful house.
Absolutely spot on. Everything was perfect. The pictures look amazing but the house and view is even more spectacular in real life! Such a handy location - 5 minutes walk into the centre and a great location for day trips out. Everything was of a very high standard, kitchen well equipped, beds super cosy. We loved it and hope to be back again soon!!

Super accommodation
This was a property which was beautifully maintained and with superb facilities. The garden was lovely and the view of the Camel estuary was breathtaking. The position was ideal because we were able to walk to Padstow harbour which was extremely convenient and saved the expense of finding parking spaces each day (which were in short supply). We had a wonderful holiday and the property comes with our highest recommendation.

Amazing location
We had a lovely time, the property itself was great, very clean and a good layout. The location was brilliant with only a 10 min walk to the harbour. But the best thing was the views, to wake up to that view everyday was amazing. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you

Excellent house in excellent location
Great location, just a ten min walk into the centre of Padstow. The garden is beautiful and such a bonus in the hot weather and the views over the estuary are lovely. Great base for the local beaches, Constantine Bay was our favourite. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and the welcome box was a great treat. Padstow had lots of places to eat, but as we found, these get booked up months and months in advance. Great house and would definitely recommend.

Heavenly
I have just returned from a two week stay at Leafy Hollow and I can’t wait to return.
The house was amazing and extremely well equipped.
The icing on the cake was the view from the rear of the house. It was stunning!!!.
The communication from the owners was prompt and it was a lovely surprise to have a welcome hamper waiting for us on our arrival.
All in all, everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

A perfect view
We had a wonderful week staying in Leafy Hollow. The views onto the estuary are spectacular and constantly change with tides, weather and light. You would never tire of looking at that amazing sight. It is the reason I chose to rent this property and it didn't disappoint. The house has been modernised with this in mind and is well equipped, warm and comfortable with every detail thought about. Was nice to know the history of it too and that it has stayed in the family, lucky family!
