Привітний персонал, хороші сніданки, гарний номер, хороший кондиціонер, є сейф, максимальний набір для особистої гігієни.

Мала парковка, не здійснювалось прибирання номеру, брудна підлога, незручні подушки

Готель заявлений як 4 зірки, але по стану - 3, а сервіс як у дешевого хостелу. Не раджу.

Непоганий ремонт в готелі і номерах. Є всі необхідні засоби гігієни, рушники. Сніданок був смачним.

Ми прибули в готель о 17:00 (їхали через Паланку), чекали на кордоні і хотіли елементарно прийняти душ, залишити речі, переодягтися і поїхати в місто. Однак на 17:00 номер ще не був прибраний. На увагу рецепціоністу, він розвів руками. Після того як я почав сваритися, повів в номер, щоб ми хоча би переодяглися (бо там було брудно). В результаті заселилися лише ввечері. Ввечері, коли всі лягли відпочивати, вирішив попрацювати і настільна лампа не працювала. Крім цього дуже погано стікала у душі вода. Окремо хочу відмітити, що рецепціоніст розмовляв руснявою, ми звернули на це увагу і він намагався українською, але це виходило криво. У ресторані також вимагали обслуговування українською.

Если в раю есть гостиницы, то они такие.

Превосходный отель! Продуманная, очень удобная обстановка номера. Добротная мебель. Идеальный порядок. Приветливый персонал. Отменный завтрак в уютном ресторане. Приятное обслуживание. Островок роскоши в городе под прицелом.

Good hotel to stay in Odessa, but several things need attention of the management

Overall, this is a good hotel, close to the city center. The room was quite comfortable, it had all necessary items for comfort living, including conditioning, mini-bar, balcony, etc. Hotel has private parking, elevator and breakfast is served in the restaurant next door. Also, add-on: there is a small bank office on the ground floor (no ATM) and SPA/medical/beauty center on the 1st floor. City police station is located across the street, so this hotel is safe place to stay. And also there is school next to it, with stadium, so if like some sports, it is easy to enjoy.

While I liked the hotel, it were several things which were not at the top rating: 1) wi-fi was not working at all. 2) wash basin in the bathroom was so small, the smallest among all hotels I've ever visited. Not really comfortable to use. 3) Tram line next to the hotel, so if you are sensitive to noise, take this into account. 4) Hotel didn't accept credit cards, only cash. So, I had to walk around to find ATM. 5)if you plan to work in the room, and your laptop is bigger than 15", then look for the room with bigger table and no shelf above it.

poor breakfasr, and limitet to chose food from diner because OUR ROOM WAS TO CHEAP! because of cheap room we bought we cannot chose dinner that is indicated in our booking.

Very nice breakfast.

The loud noise from the Disco starts at 22:00 and goes till 03:00. When the staff offers you to change to a smaller room to be further away from the noise, it's a good idea to accept. You can put earplugs in but it doesn't stop the bed from vibrating to the rhythm of the drum beat.

Ecxellenet breakfast, everything from fruit to fish,even champagne. Very kind personel

At the time we were there was a loud music, but were informed obout it before arrival. Unfortunately we were placed in the older part of the hotel

Best hotel in Odessa!! Will never stay any where else!!

I was visiting family in Odessa for three weeks. The Alice Place Hotel was the best place to stay for three weeks, the hotel personnel was outstanding. The restaurant and their service were excellent. The food was authentic and very well prepared. I will never stay at any other hotel in Odessa other than Alice Place Hotel. I highly recommend it to ALL.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful making the stay delightful.

The noise from the street was a little loud, but with earplugs that issue was quickly solved.

The rooms are good. New, hot water, nice shower. Location is good - near the airport. Price is fair. It’s not summer but price was really good. Breakfast is good. Included in a price. Receptionist didn’t wear mask.

Upon check in the receptionist asked me to pay cash. I received no invoice. I didn’t ask for it but still... I the rooms there is coffee but no milk. Water only sparkling. No stil water available. The restaurant is ok but not for business and family people. Didn’t liked loud music and dancing people. I meant just have a dinner. They have service to book a taxi. The taxi was offered to me was highly priced. To the airport is only 8km. Plus I am local - familiar with the prices.
