Nice room, comfy bed, very accessible to shops. Very nice check in staff. Bonus of air con for super hot days.
No instructions for wifi, check out/ where to leave key so best to ask on arrival.

A lovely, clean and spacious room. Easy parking and great food in the pub.
No problems at all.

Completely forgot about breakfast and that it wasn’t included. I did spot a fruit bowl outside our room on a communal shelf later which was a nice touch.
The restaurant was lovely. We ate lunch and had our evening meal there.
We was staying for a wedding and needed to check in sooner so we could get ready and go from there. The staff were brilliant and let us check in earlier. We really appreciated that and would definitely recommend. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The bed was comfortable
No wifi, although it was advertised. They gave me a code but couldn’t log on. The bathroom was dirty and the overall room cleanliness was very poor

Small beds in the family rooms need new mattresses. As very uncomfortable unfortunately.

Food highly recommended. Staff were outstanding very attentive and professional.
Rooms could do with a little updating and and some general maintenance but served its purpose.

The property was convenient for the location we were visiting. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Check-in was terrible, service was slow and not welcoming. The room and bathroom was freezing cold on arrival and took hours to warm up.
Shower was under-powered and temperature control was poor.
No facilities for breakfast and no one available for checkout, had to leave the keys unattended.
Not good value for money at all.
Doubt we would stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend this for family and friends.

Lovely room and shower great room overall great experience staff was helpful to parking was also good
The £89 price was a bit high but again the room quality I can’t grumble too much I usually don’t pay more then £75 for rooms but made the exception this time again it’s not a massive thing the £89 fee as I said the experience overall can’t complain

Location, easy to find
The lodge was very outdated, needs a good overall in décor, lots of damage and stained areas. The bed was comfy but only 1 pillow and no spares anywhere.

Clean and comfortable, good location for what I needed and would much rather pay independents than say Travelodge or Holiday Inn etc. The food I had was exceptional.
Need to get rid of the electric shower and change the bath taps to one with a shower attachment. I've never had a decent electric shower anywhere, its either stone cold or scalding hot no matter how you adjusted it, ended up taking a bath.

toilet roll holder hanging off the wall.

The bed was very comfy and nice to have a big smart TV in the room.
The heating wasn't brilliant.
The bedding could of done with a nice flat sheet then the duvet as the white bedding was extremely 🥶 cold.
The bath had a rusty blob in it which put me off having a bath.
The radiator in the bathroom was so so hot right next to the toilet which I burnt my arm on it numerous times.
The mirror over the dressing table could do with being lower when your sat on the chair trying to dry your hair and put your make up on you can only see half of your head.
There was a pint glass half full that was placed in front of our tyre one morning which I know could happen to anyone but that could of caused us alot of trouble.
The staff was extremely slow behind the bar and very young, not enough staff on.
If your paying nearly £100 a night (very steep) you would expect breakfast. Definitely not worth that amount I would pay no more than £60.
We usually stay at the Premier inn as we travel from Devon to visit my elderly mother once a month but as she only lives around the corner and she hasn't been well since losing my Dad we decided to be closer.
I would rate this place a 2.5 out of 5 we have stayed in many places and wouldn't revisit this one.

location was good to where we were going. place was clean and tidy.
when we initially booked it said there was pastries and some light breakfast items available and free but there was only some old fruit. also due to the very low temperatures currently it would have been nice to have had heating on in the room when we arrived as there was a chill in the room and it took a while to warm up.
