I am French and proud to invite you into my home. You have made the right choice. St Albans is a lovely location to stop even for a short break. My home is situated 2.2 miles away from the City center of St Albans and only 5 minutes walk, from the local Pub. "The King William III".
The architecture o f St Albans includes:
The Cathedral, The Clock Tower, The Museum and The lake. Tourists just loves it!
You have definitely chosen the right place. This fantastic two bedrooms house is situated within a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking beautifully maintained residential and 2 private gardens, (Front and back). Just a stones through away from a local square for children and a huge park.
There is also a supermarket "TESCO", a wine shop "MAJESTIC" and a petrol station "SHELL" situated 5 minutes away by car, all within the same complex.
The nearest Pub is called "The King William IV" situated opposite the "MAJESTIC" wine store. If you fancy taking the bus, it is only 5 minutes by foot on the main road called "Sandridge Road" and the stop is called "The Gate Sandridge"
This deceptively spacious and well-presented first floor two bedroom house, is situated in a highly sought area and the amenities that are at disposal are as follow:

13) 1 x Umbrella's are provided (Light Blue your move)
14) Tea's/coffee provided all day at disposal for free (Sorry not the milk)
15) Smokers are welcome in the garden (1 clear transparent ashtray is provided)

IF YOU LOOSE YOUR FRONT DOOR/GARDEN KEY OR DAMAGED IT £50 FOR EACH KEYS, WILL CHARGED TO GUEST(S) BEFORE DEPARTURE.
