About this house rental
The property is newly decorated and refurbished with style, it has all the basic that one needs to feel comfortable and much more.
The property has the following:
1) A piano for musicians or beginners, in addition
2) A football table in place to have great relaxing time with friends or simply with the host. This is designed to attract all ages
3) A barbecue set is at disposal
4) Summer time Table tennis (ping pong) available on request
5) A FREE Parking off street (first come first serve)
6) Private parking at the premises for a small charge of £10/day to be arranged on arrival. (Invoice is provided on request)
7) A Home exercise-bike for the sportive one's. You will just love this place!
I am French and proud to invite you into my home. You have made the right choice. St Albans is a lovely location to stop even for a short break. My home is situated 2.2 miles away from the City center of St Albans and only 5 minutes walk, from the local Pub. "The King William III".
The architecture o f St Albans includes:
The Cathedral, The Clock Tower, The Museum and The lake. Tourists just loves it!
You have definitely chosen the right place. This fantastic two bedrooms house is situated within a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking beautifully maintained residential and 2 private gardens, (Front and back). Just a stones through away from a local square for children and a huge park.
There is also a supermarket "TESCO", a wine shop "MAJESTIC" and a petrol station "SHELL" situated 5 minutes away by car, all within the same complex.
The nearest Pub is called "The King William IV" situated opposite the "MAJESTIC" wine store. If you fancy taking the bus, it is only 5 minutes by foot on the main road called "Sandridge Road" and the stop is called "The Gate Sandridge"
This deceptively spacious and well-presented first floor two bedroom house, is situated in a highly sought area and the amenities that are at disposal are as follow:
