The best Luxury hotel in Melaka ..Sure never make u dispointed..5Star i give

Overalll..my rating 10/10 with locations that can be said to be suitable for finding variety and the beach is very close and the room is just nice .the view facing the atmosphere of the sunrise and sunset ..seriously very beautiful the enviroment is very calm and so comfortable..clean room good equitment facilities and the best 5 stars i give for good service from us and easy to deal

There’s more room for improvement.

It’s close to the city centre and parking is provided with the property.

The unit is not cleaned properly. Two single bed joined to make it a double bed, which is pretty uncomfortable with the gap. And table stained is not cleaned, visible stained can be seen.

The property owner was literally with getting rid of any tax and responsibilities he owes to the travelers. The owner wants only cash for both fee and deposit, not using a safe third party platform but by direct transfer without himself showing up. if you’re booking through booking.com, at least pay at booking.com. Otherwise you’re getting cancelled and ripped off.

I enjoy my trip here but not the cockroach omgg

Everything was good

I thought like the cleanliness, i found cockroach in my room. Maybe can improve by prepare us some toiletries from the hotel.

The room I guess.

The room doesn't seems to be finished with renovation or fixing. TV not working, bathroom is dirty. Sink clogged. Bad kitchen and utensils. No coffee. If I have to say if it's worth the stay. I say not really. It's definitely a downgrade from the room next door. And I think I pay as much as the other guy.

Good swimming pool and gym. Fast lift.

No security at the car park. Poorly maintained. Few signs, especially no floor number of the carpark. Expensive parking. Cleanliness is poor, especially the corridor.

Good for fuss free short stays.

Having a washer/dryer in the unit certainly gets highly rated. Room is spacious for individual stay and tastefully decorated. Host answered promptly to questions via WhatsApp. Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable.

While the bathroom was cleaned during check-in, it was left wet and I needed to mop them away myself. Drainage in the shower room really needs a clean-up, that probably explains the smell when I first checked in. The building was pretty much under-utilised, the mall was not occupied. Guests have to pay carpark if you're driving, its Rm10 for multiple entries and Rm6 for single entry. Having to pay via bank transfer is a hassle, could have just maintain credit card charge like other providers.

Mostly like the room, sebab ada washing machine, bathtub, view cantik, besar & bersih. Suka swimming pool, sebab besar & banyak. 💖💖😍😍
