Both bathrooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard.
The fully equipped kitchen has solid oak work surfaces with stainless steel appliances, and features a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a spacious lounge and dining area with leather sofas and a 46-inch flat-screen TV.
Bath Roof Terrace Apartment’s central location is around 7 minutes’ walk from The Pump Room, Roman Baths and Royal Crescent. It looks out over George Street, lined with boutiques, cafés and beautiful historic buildings.

Super central location, spacious accommodation, and good facilities. Stayed for 3 nights in June - couldn’t make use of the rooftop terrace due to the inclement weather unfortunately, but that didn’t stop us enjoying the stay. Good responsive communication with host. Would very much use again.

Really flexible and good size property, with the added bonus of a roof terrace with great views.
Just a word of warning that there is a nightclub opposite and esp on Fri that did result in noise from those queuing and leaving. It was worse for those in the living room and biggest front bedroom where there was no secondary glazing but we still all managed to sleep. No noise from neighbours though.
Worked well for a group of 8 friends as everything was in easy walking distance and having communal space you dont get with a hotel
Is great. Perfect for up to 6 and good for 8 but be warned there are no doors from the internal hall into the lounge or from there to the kitchen diner so if you have guests sleeping in the lounge there can be a privacy issue. Mobile screens might help with this.

From top to bottom this 3 Bedroom flat was the perfect place to stay for us. It is close to EVERYTHING, and the views from the rooftop are spectacular!
The owners did a great job of communicating both prior and during our stay. They were very accommodating and an absolute joy to work with.
When we arrived, the flat was fully cleaned and ready for us. The rooms are spacious and had plenty of storage for our cloths and such.
The kitchen if you wanted to cook had all the tools you'd need to prepare your meals.
The ROOFTOP! This views of Bath are stunning, and a feature that almost no other flat can offer.
When we return to Bath, and we will, this is where we will stay!!!

Fantastic property in the heart of Bath. Great roof top terrace which was a real sun trap (when the sun came out). Will stay again.

Excellent location. Owners helpful. Property tired. Cleanliness very poor.
Pros:
Cannot beat the location - very central (with everything that comes with that regarding parking and noise)
Communication with owners before we arrived was excellent.
Large living room with plenty of space for 6.
Comfortable, large beds (superking)
Roof terrace was a lovely feature in good weather (although access a bit dicey!)
Cons:
Cleanliness was very poor - hairs in the fridge, dirty utensils in the drawers, sticky substance on the desk, crumbs on the tables. Unacceptable at any time but especially in the current pandemic. When reported to owner they did offer to send someone round but we had already cleaned around the place ourselves as we just wanted to get on with enjoying our break.
Parking permit was included for stays of 4 nights or over but no information on how to obtain it or where we could use it. Thought it would be a paper one left in the apartment for us - it wasn't. Tried calling the contact number given to us by the owners but the guy we spoke to had no idea what we were talking about! Couldn't contact the owners by phone either which left us waiting parked on the yellow lines outside the apartment blocking the road and not knowing where to put the car. Eventually got through to owners via email who explained that they needed to add our reg to a system electronically which then meant we could park anywhere in zone 1 (?? We had to Google it) This really should all have been explained before we arrived to save the stress.
Window in the large front bedroom literally came out of it's casing when I tried to open it! Good job it was me and not a child as it could have been very dangerous! Reported to owner who did offer to send someone round to have a look but that would have meant someone waiting in to let them in, explain, report back to the owner etc. and we didn't want to lose time on an already short break.
Lots of small annoyances - a 2nd set of keys was mentioned but were nowhere to be found, toiletries were mentioned but only 1 or 2 shampoos could be found by hunting around the apartment (they were in the desk drawer in the hall?), the kids toys (which we didn't use) were thrown in to cupboards so they all fell out when you opened the door.
Overall the place is looking a bit tired and unloved. The owners could do with spending a week freshening the place up and obviously the cleanliness issue really needs to be addressed. Would not recommend to families with young children or older/infirm guests due to stairs and access.
