A large spacious 4 bedroom house located in central Bath, walking distance from all the main attractions. The property has plenty of space to relax and unwind, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, living room and separate TV room.
The 4 bedrooms all have comfy beds, storage space, TV's and locks on the doors. The family bathroom upstairs has a walk in shower and there is also a separate shower room and toilet downstairs.
Outside there is a private garden with seating and space to park two vehicles. There are parking permits available to allow parking on-street or in the car park located behind the property.

A large house which sleeps up to 8 guests with 4 sizeable light and airy bedrooms, 2 separate shower rooms and 2 toilets. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 2 separate living rooms it has plenty of space to accommodate a group of contractors, business and leisure travellers, or a group of friends & family looking for some time away together. The entire house is yours for the whole stay.
The property comes with all modern amenities, including a washing machine, large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a small garden area with seating for you to enjoy some private outside space, with the gated parking, at the back of the house (NB. There is enough room to park 1 large car or 2 small cars comfortably). Parking permits are available from the Bath Council website for any additional cars and limited on-street parking is available outside of the property.

The place was very small with little in the way of amenities and bench tops in kitchen very sticky

Having paid a considerable amount for cleaning we arrived to find that the house had not been cleaned before our arrival. This was rectified that day. House was freezing and took 36 hours to warm up so we slept the first night in clothes. Front bedroom smells strongly of damp. General accommodation living space is inadequate for 8. Kitchen work surface sticky apparently due to varnish used. Not hygienic. Advertised as 2 bathrooms but the upstairs shower was leaking forcing all 8 to use a small cramped shower room downstairs.
Owner was very responsive but this does not really mitigate the problems encountered. This appears to be a student house now let to families.
