Recently refurbished with sophisticated relaxation in mind, this holiday rental is blessed with an expansive rooftop entertainment area perfect for enjoying the panoramic sea and mountain views. This modern stunner not only brings you generous indoor & outdoor living, a sparkling communal pool and private parking, but is just steps from the beach promenade with its array of eateries.
Set in an upscale complex right on San Pedro beach promenade, this holiday home ticks quite a number of boxes for those in search of a relaxing, indulgent beach getaway: location, fabulous views, a host of modern amenities for guests’ comfort and convenience such as fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, IPTV and a car space.
The penthouse features an open-plan living room with integrated kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This stunning home has been thoughtfully decorated with neutral tones, upscale designer furnishings and Gaggenau/Miele appliances in the sleek kitchen, it has also included a traditional filter coffee machine. Aware of the importance of catching up on well-earned rest on a holiday, the owners fitted out all the bedrooms with quality Scandinavian Carpe Diem and Jensen beds to ensure a comfortable sleeping experience.
The enviable rooftop dining area is an outstanding recreational space for all moods and occasions. Endowed with stunning views and with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, it is bound to be the favourite spot for all.

Las Adelfas is built in Andalusian white-village style and features landscaped gardens with 2 swimming pools with shallow ends. The location is spot on. The main entrance gate opens straight onto the tree lined promenade giving immediate access to loads of eateries and beach bars.
Pool/pool area opening times: From around Easter Holy Week to end of June: 1 pool is open. July - August: 2 pools are open. September to around end of October: 1 pool is open. Between October and Easter no pool is open. Times may vary depending on weather.
The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.
LOCATION:
San Pedro Alcantara is a coastal town wedged between Marbella and Estepona and, despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, has managed to remain unspoilt. Very traditional and laidback, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more low-key holiday.
Although San Pedro is small, it is a vibrant town abuzz with restaurants, bars, bakery cafes and ice cream parlours. The food scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars all next to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter’s paradise. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a favourite with children with a total of six playgrounds and a skateboard area. Adults can sit around nearby, or go to one of the bar/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.
Nueva Alcantara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading down to the beach. On the waterfront, the 2 km sweeping tiled promenade serves as an open-air gym with exercise machines and is always bustling with joggers, strollers and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.
Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.
For sporting activities, there are many options. Very close by is the Nueva Alcantara Club with 16 padel courts and the I/O gym. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (Located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. The road to Ronda starts at San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic pool and huge terrace area. The host was very helpful and friendly. Location excellent with amazing views from the terrace. Right by the beach with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk to San Pedro town. Would recommend and would book again.

This was the second time staying at this great apartment with friends, and once again it did not disappoint. It is well equipped and comfortable, and such a perfect location with the beach and promenade on the doorstep, and a fantastic pool within the property grounds (there are 2 but only one is open late season even then not at all crowded). Communication with Thomas and Colleen is always easy and friendly, and they go out their way to make sure we are well set for our visit and on hand for anything needed during our stay. Our first visit was incredible, and there are not regrets at all having chosen to return - another truly incredible holiday in Marbella ☀️🌊✨

This trip was primarily to attend the 2023 Women's Solheim Cup golf tournament. San Pedro de Alcantara is a terrific location! The panoramic view from the rooftop deck was beautiful! Mountains to the north and east and water to the south. Easy walk to the Sea and restaurants or north to shops and other restaurants. Three levels of outdoor private decks were magnificent! There was plenty of space for 5 adults and the 3 decks provided space for quiet reflection. Beautiful bright interior and perfect weather! The host was very accommodating and communicative! Loved the covered, assigned parking and the grocery pack on arrival! A truly marvelous trip!! We are already talking about booking this location again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. Everything you need is in the apartment . It’s very safe and clean . We would like to book again next year to take our family .
I think the wooden bar across the balcony could be replaced as if you had a small child it’s quite open .
The outside covers on the chairs with the table are very dirty, stained .
I think there could be one or two extra Sun loungers as if there were 8 people there are only 4 but I guess you have the pool ones. But it’s a beautiful apartment and outside space

The property was everything promised in the listing and more. Gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace. Comfortable beds. Beautiful pool and a short walk to the beach. Property managers Thomas and Colleen were extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions throughout the entire process. We had one major problem unrelated to the property. It was our first time traveling to Spain and prior to checking in we made the mistake of leaving our rental car unattended at a nearby supermarket. The window was smashed and our luggage was stolen. The beautiful property helped ease the complications that resulted from having our luggage stolen. I highly recommend the property and working with Thomas and Colleen.

This property was beautiful and was in a great location for the beach and restaurants. Would certainly stay again. San Pedro is a nice sized town which is not as built up as some of the other resorts on the Costa Del Sol, which suited what we wanted.

A Big and luxurious penthouse with a spacious sun roof and a great location.
We stayed here with our 3 years old daughter and her grandparents. Everyone really loved the apartment. it is clean and spacious and it has been well equipped with a wide range of household items. The set up is great for children too and the apartment with its 4 bedrooms and big sun roof is enough for many families. San Pedro area is laid back and more quiet than Puerto BanusMarbella old town. Those are easily accesible but renting a car is advisible. We stayed here in March and Marbella got some rain too but we were succesful chasing the sun around the coast.

I stayed here with 4 friends in late September, and it was the perfect base for our wonderful holida
I stayed here with 4 friends in late September, and it was the perfect base for our wonderful holiday. The apartment itself is exactly as per the photos / description, is clean and comfortable throughout, and very well equipped with modern appliances and everything you may need during your stay. The outdoor terrace areas of the property are a true highlight, with multiple seating / eating / relaxation areas plus a fantastic bbq area for cooking. As we were visiting at the very end of the typical summer season there was only one of the pools open, but that wasn't at all problematic the pool area that was open was incredibly spacious and clean, and a really enjoyable place to relax (the two pool areas are identical). The San Pedro area itself we found to be ideal for our stay, with the beachfront / promenade just a minute's walk from the property, with lots of great bars and restaurants to choose from. The property is also just a short 10 minute walk to the central San Pedro area, where the closest supermarket is, and which again offers a huge amount of options for eating and drinking out. A huge thanks to Colleen and Thomas for their wonderful hospitality we wouldn't hesitate to return to the property for another holiday!

Really lovely apartment
The outdoor space and the amazing views make this property a special place. The location is fantastic and feels so safe. Right by the beach and a 10 minute walk to San Pedro restaurants. A 10 minute taxi ride to Puerto Banus. When the dishwasher broke Thomas had it fixed promptly. Happy to recommend this property.

Beds too soft for someone with back issues. Maybe put boards under mattresses. Washer /dryer needs upgrade.
