-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

The upstairs looked like a dog pooped everywhere, brown stuff smeared all over. We couldn’t watch TV because we couldn’t get the sound on, instructions for remotes are needed! This is our third time coming back to Padre Eacapes and every sliding glass doors and very hard to open and close, our kids could not open them. We asked for a refund because Hurricane Baryl was coming and they wouldn’t give us a refund unless it was a mandatory evacuation. It was such a disappointment that we drove all that way for a 20 hr stay.

We absolutely loved that this condo was on North Padre and right at the edge of the developments. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. The view from the condo balconies was really nice because it was so close to the beach. The pool at the condo was nice as well!

Room 217 was great! It's nice being so close to the beach, being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves.The heated pool & car rinse off station were also really nice. My only complaint would be having to pay $30 to get in one hour early since the room was already ready.

We have stayed here two winters now and simply love the place! The furniture is new, the beds are comfortable, the appliances are modern, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, the beach is right outside the gate! We'll keep coming here as long as we are able.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at El Constante 217! The complex is RIGHT on the beach, the heated saltwater pool and hottub are great, and we met a lot of new friends. The on-site hosts are very friendly and will help answer any questions you have. The unit itself is very spacious with modern appliances and a washer/dryer. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The bathrooms (2-1/2) were fairly spacious and the showers were great. The only complaint I would make (a minor one) is that the sleeper sofa in the living room has seen better days. We loved staying here and have booked it again for next winter!

Condo is updated which is awesome. Upstairs gets very hot. There was only one fan so I let my kids use it. Everything was great until we were checking out. I got my bag from on top of the fridge with my extra food and there was roaches in it. I had to throw everything away. Other than that it was great. Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable.

Excellent location and property
Our family of 5 had a great time at this property for 4 nights. We walked to the beach each day and ended at the pool. Property was cleaned and well maintained. When they say no food or such is allowed to stay for the guests, believe it, not even salt & pepper, so keep that in mind if you do the grocery run before checking in. Otherwise, everything was great.

Right on the beach
We came down to spend 5 days to get warm water and white sandy beaches. Loved this. This spot was amazing.
This place has a great family pool area. My daughter was able to make friends and you could drink, sun bathe as well. Small complaint is that need to make it a little tougher for outsiders to come into the pool area, but overall, 5 star stay.

We travel to this area a couple of times a year and always use Padre Escapes for their excellent service. This unit is nicely updated, exactly as pictured. Very comfortable for 6 adults and the view was very nice. The condo property is older but cared for. Mother nature did not cooperate for 2 of the 4 days we stayed so the heated pool and hot tub were a nice respite from the unusual cold wind out on the beach!

Great location
Our stay was wonderful. We do plan on staying here again. Only complaint I have is the doors do not lock properly. Deadbolt is not aligned properly on main door. Thankfully it had a hotel style auto lock on handle. The patio door would not lock either. Beds were so comfy! Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. (Bring your own pillows). I look forward to coming back.
