This “Casa away from your Casa” is located inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita development with spectacular ocean views and beautifully decorated rooms with you in mind.

Inside you will find yourself in a spacious living area with the clean modern lines of an open concept that includes a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island that is perfect for prepping meals and entertaining guests at the same time. The dining room has a beautifully table that seats eight comfortably. The focal point of the home to relax and entertain guests is the living room with very comfortable seating and most importantly are the slide back patio doors bring in that indoor/outdoor feeling making you want to go outside where you will find your own private patio with a bar-b-q grill and your private plunge pool. If you find yourself not wanting to cook, you have your choice of local restaurants on the property or the nearby village where you can enjoy some of the best cuisine ever.

There are three bedrooms with your comfort in mind. There is a Master Bedroom that is the ultimate retreat with a king-sized bed with soft white pristine bedding and is connected to the spa-like Master Bath with richly appointed white granite and has a shower and a soaking tub that is perfect for relaxing tired muscles. You can enjoy your morning coffee right outside in your own private patio relaxing on a hammock. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed that has soft cozy bedding and its own private bathroom. It has its own private patio where you can eat or have a cup of coffee while watching the waves roll in. The third bedroom has bunk beds with soft comfortable bedding and its own private bath and a patio looking out to the beach.

Included amenities are a golf cart for use within the property, daily maid service, high-speed WiFi, welcome toiletries, and concierge services.

You can enjoy a game of golf at the Pacifico and Bahia Golf Course designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus at a discounted price. What a beautiful condo! Pristine, comfortable, chic….pretty perfect! We did Mother’s Day trip with girlfriends and couldn’t have asked for more. Loved having the golf cart to zip around. Enjoyed the different beach clubs (all individual vibes). Kupuri was our fave. Our chef/housekeeper Yaya was the best- one of the highlights we didn’t expect. She was fantastic!! Concierge service was ok- communication could have been better.

Our family of six loved our stay at this gorgeous home in Punta Mita. The photos do not do this property justice- it is even lovelier than it looks. It is very spacious and well appointed. The beds and linens were wonderful. The outdoor shower in the primary suite is amazing. The pool area/outdoor space so beautiful. And the amazing breakfasts by Yaya were such a treat- you feel very spoiled to eat breakfast outside looking at the beautiful views! We only wish there was more time to spend in this condo as we were so busy exploring the many cool beach clubs, the pickleball courts and the village of Punta Mita. There were so many places to explore- the location is amazing, golf cart access so fun and we loved all the variety of different places to check out. We loved it and were blown away. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The layout of the property was perfect for our family. From the comfortable beds (and we are picky when it comes to beds and pillows), to the plunge pool, we enjoyed every part of this home. The golf cart was all we needed to get around for our week stay. My teenage daughters loved the Surf Club, so we went there almost daily. We look forward to staying here again in the future and would not hesitate to book again.

This condo is beautiful and secluded and located facing the Bay side behind the gates in Punta Mita. Our family of four had nice separate spaces in the condo, the kitchen was setup perfectly for cooking or having chef made meals, and the view was spectacular. The infinity pool overlooked the golf course and you could see the Bay in the distance. Very simply, the view and lushness from the outdoor patio are amazing and the condo is much bigger than the pictures do it justice. Finally, the golf cart was an important amenity to get around the area and into town for groceries. The cons: (which may be pros for some) is the condo is located right above the garage so the noise from the garage (maintenance staff, golf carts, etc.) can be a little loud. And, if you like to stay close to town with local cuisine, coffee shops, and groceries, it’s about a 15-20 ride on the golf cart from the condo. Also, the beach clubs are beautiful but crowded and the food is "so-so" compared to local fish/taco stands, delis and restaurants in town. So, if you prefer seclusion and privacy, and all the amenities that come "creature comforts" from back home, this condo is perfect for you. We prefer being closer to town and the ability to walk to different shops and food options. Last but not least, the host, Adrianna, was very responsive to all of our requests and greeted us upon arrival. The communication was easy and straightforward. Thanks again, Adrianna.

This condo was perfect for us. The location is fantastic, being centrally located within the gated community. We received cards when we arrived that provided easy access to the Sufi, Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs. The provided golf cart was large and comfortable. The unit itself was impeccably clean, the AC units worked great and there was excellent WiFi. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the views of the beach. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back!

Property felt very private when outside on patio. Decor very nice. Small miscommunication on bed arrangement in 3rd room. Came to an agreeable solution. 1 Queen and 1 Queen Loft. Pictures now reflect the unit as we experienced it. JaJa breakfasts every morning were a feast and as a group of 4 moms was nice to feel pampered. Two small things: Showers could use a power wash. And while well stocked, the kitchen did not have a toaster and some of the non-stick frying pans should be thrown out. Chipping terribly. Would absolutely book again.

One the third day we found the Sufi Ocran Club, which was a <10 minute walk or 3 minute golf cart ride. Small club but good pool setup and simple restaurant and bar. No ocean/beach. The other clubs were a longer drive (Pacifico - 11 minutes, Kapuri - 15 minutes) and larger clubs - but much more crowded. After we found Sufi - we never went anywhere else. We have little kids so the lack of an ocean wasn’t a problem - always stuck to pool.

We had a wonderful week staying at this gorgeous Las Marietas condo! Just as the photos show - it was very spacious and comfortable for two adults and five teenagers. Using the golf cart to get to the various beach clubs and into town for dinner was easy and fun. The concierge and staff were wonderful to work with and provided guidance on things to do and where to eat. Gorgeous sunsets, quiet setting and great location behind the gates. We'll definitely be back!

This was one of the best Family vacations we have taken. From the time we walked in the condo to the second me left, everything was amazing. Sandra our cook and housekeeper was wonderful, Barbara the concierge was very helpful. All of the amenities of the property were so fun for us. We loved to hop in the pool after a long day in the sun. We can’t wait to come back.

We Love Punta Mita!

I dream about our next trip to Punta Mita, sitting on the patio of 102A with a "Sandra" breakfast in front of me looking out at the ocean! We had an amazing trip (4 adults, 2 teens) and Barbara and Sandra took care of everything we needed and the unit was perfect! We have been to Punta Mita several times and usually stay at the resorts. We are so happy to have another option with more space. This trip we explored much more than usual, with surf lessons for our teenagers, tennis, and visits to every beach club (SeaBreeze was our favorite so the kids could play volleyball). We ate at the usual hot spots (Sufi, Si Senor, Tuna Blanca) all were amazing (just be ready to spend a lot, prices have increased a lot). Overall, we can wait to go back next year and a huge THANK YOU to Barbara and Sandra for making our stay so wonderful!

Where do I start? From the warm welcome of Barbara the concierge/property manager to the incredible assistance/smile from Sandra the housekeeper/cook, our experience was absolutely amazing! The unit is tastefully decorated with incredibly comfortable furnishings. Barbara was available for every possible request and came through every time! Sandra could not be sweeter and truly made our trip that much better! Her breakfasts are still being discussed in our home today. The layout is perfect and we particularly liked the privacy of the outdoor patio/pool area. We have stayed all over Punta Mita, from Hacienda de Mita to Iyari villas and this particular unit in las Marietas is definitely one of our favorite! I would tell you to stop looking and book it! Thank you Aimee, Barbara and Sandra for a truly memorable trip!

La ubicación es excelente, el departamento está bien, no estaba impecable al llegar, se lo comentamos al administrador y nos solucionó el problema con muy buena disposición, respecto a la solicitud de los alimentos - despensa: demasiados insumos para lo que necesitamos, sobró muchísima comida, afortunadamente pudimos llevárnosla. en General tuvimos una estancia agradable, comparado con otros departamentos en el mismo edificio, aún mucho por mejorar.

My husband and I have been traveling to Punta Mita for the last 12 years. We know the area very well and have stayed in other communities throughout the area. Our last stay was in Porta Fortuna which was amazing but while we were there we saw that the condos at Las Marietas were almost complete so we decided to book this property. It did not disappoint! The pictures online are exactly what you see in the condo. We were a family of 4 but we could have easily had another small family join us. The views are spectacular, the location is one of the best in Punta Mita. We had access to every single beach club and we visited them all during our 6 day stay. The staff was great, everything was clean and delightful. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. We hope to go back with our children (ages 13 & 11) very soon! Highly recommend it!
