Enjoy this beautifully renovated and furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment just steps to Ferry Beach and walking distance to Camp Ellis. Take a walk on Ferry Beach or stroll over to the famous Huot's Seafood Restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Kitchen includes a new stove, refrigerator, double stainless sink with pull down sprayer faucet, stack-able washer dryer, microwave and counter tops. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, glassware and all your cooking needs.

Living and dining area is open and airy with lots of natural sunlight with seating for up to four people. In addition, Dining table provides seating for up to four people. Bedroom includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and 6 drawers below for plenty of storage for clothes. Full size closet perfect for hanging clothes and includes a small ironing board and iron.

Bathroom has a new expansive walk in shower, tile flooring, new sink and elongated comfort height toilet.

Apartment is above a heated garage and includes a private entry way and mudroom along with a private outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Outdoor area includes a patio, table and chairs with seating for up to four people, a new Webber Grill and grill utensils.

There is parking for up to 2 vehicles at the property. Please note the main house on the property is a year round home.

This was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I and our dog. The property was clean and well organized. It was a short walk to the beach and had everything we could have needed for our short weekend getaway!

Upon arrival I was greeted by Melissa. Very nice welcome! Apartment is brand new and spotless! I got to enjoy the area which is very quiet compared to Old Orchard. So if your looking for a little peace, this is the place for you!!

The description of the property doesn’t give it justice… It was so perfect. Everything was spotless, and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. The location could not have been better… steps from the ocean. Thank you for making a little haven for us to enjoy.

Maine is my happy place & favorite place to go on vacation to. Melissa’s property stood out among all of the others that I searched. It’s in a great location close to the beach & general store. The apartment is beautifully done & so comfortable to stay in. And the grounds are beautiful & well kept as well. I very much enjoyed my stay there & would definitely rent again from them!

This property was perfect for our Fri-Sun late planning get-away. We spent a day in Portland and a day at the beach. The apartment was clean and cool and easy walking to beach, general store and Huot’s Restaurant. We would definitely re-book when returning to the area!

Beautiful spot for two! The apartment was quiet, clean, and updated. We really enjoyed the location, and of course the lovely beach. Only suggestion is to add a sentence about beach access on the welcome note - easy to find but it would have been nice to have directions of where to walk!

Melissa and Colin were wonderful, helpful but never intrusive. Premises are clean, high quality linens, beautiful shower and kitchen. Everything was exactly as pictured. You can literally walk to Beaches, or drive within 5 minutes to others, for a change of scenery. Gardens are phenomenal and neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Quiet and wonderful stay!

The garage apartment is a hidden gem! Everything about it is first class! The bed and bedding, the towels, the living room and kitchen, everything is very nice. We felt comfortable and right at home. Melissa is a great host and completely accessible. When we travel, we generally stay in a VRBO and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Not only are the accommodations top notch, you are literally steps from the beach. During a very crowded summer season in Maine, the beach area by the home is nice and quiet. It is only a short drive north or south to take out, restaurants, grocery stores, just about anything one might need. I would highly recommend a stay with Melissa!

This was an amazing hidden gem. Easy parking, close to the beach and all the amenities you need. Very clean and a super easy booking. Homeowners were very easy to get a hold of. Two people fit very comfortably.

This is one of those reviews you really don’t want to write, because you’re afraid the secret will get out and you’ll never be able to get to go back. It really is perfect. An amazing use of space and has everything you can imagine. The location is perfect. The only small thing, it might be nice to have a light over or closer to the kitchen table. But we easily made do. We can’t wait to go back!

Incredibly clean, very well decorated and a super short walk to the beach. A 10 minute scenic drive to the town center of both Saco and Old Orchard beach. This property is definitely a hidden gem. Great location - little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Old Orchard Beach, but close enough to everything that nothing is a long drive. The rocks at the end of the street were awesome to sit on at night and have a drink and enjoy the water. We didn't walk down to the beach, but it did not look far. The apartment itself is compact, but such amazing use of the space. Full bedroom, full bath, great shower, plenty of room to sit and watch tv and cook a meal. My husband and I did not feel crowded at all. And the decor is wonderful, perfectly done for the space. Comfy bed, air conditioning, just really a wonderful space. And VERY clean! The pictures are accurate. Melissa was great to work with, very easygoing. We had to cut our trip short because there was a hurricane coming back at home, but I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone staying in the area! Thanks again for a great time!
