Excellent stay and delightful little gem of an apartment in Rocky.

The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay - and was finished to a high standard. From the massive TV in the lounge room to the impressive dining table and selection of fine wine glasses - this apartment had a lux feel to it. The beds were super comfortable and the two meals we ordered from the pub downstairs were excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We can not recommend the Coco Brew apartments highly enough.

Our apartment did not have an en suite but other apartments did. Next time we will book one that does.

Apart from kitchenware I would highly recommend.

Location was convenient to our event on the esplanade. Lovely and clean apartment.

In the description we read before booking, there was to be a kitchenette with kitchen ware. This was very disappointing. There was 2 coffee mugs, 2 B&B plates, 2 teaspoons, 2 tumblers, 2 wine glasses. There was no microwave, knives & forks, cereal bowls and dinner plates etc. Also only 1 dining chair.

A lovely surprise in the middle of Rockhampton City

The room was basically brand new, I loved having full apartment facilities, including a good kitchen that was stocked with useful utensils. The privacy of the room was great also. Free parking on site, as well as plenty of street parking made it really easy as well. Also very handy to be above a cafe, to make grabbing a morning coffee on my way out easy! I will definitely stay again when travelling to Rocky for work.

It was a little confusing to figure out where to collect keys/check in, as there's no signage to state where to go. For those wondering, you just head into the cafe/restaurant and the staff there help you out. The only other negative was that it's upstairs with no lift, so if you have luggage, be prepared to carry it up a flight of stairs yourself, or just pack light!

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. The staff communicated well and in a friendly manner regarding key collection. We enjoyed having a separate sitting room and space to eat and relax in. We just stayed one night as a stopover on our road trip but there are things to do in the Rockhampton area so I’d advise a couple of nights here to relax and save money, if you have the time.

You will have to carry your cases up a couple of flights of steps - but this shouldn’t be an issue for most people. There could be more pots and pans to cook with.

The only place to stay in Rocky, with great food and drinks downstairs, CocoBrew is a winner!

Travelling through we are always disappointed with Rockhampton short stays. Boy, did CocoBrew surprise us! On arrival we we enter via the back door (past a kitchen) and were greeted and handed keys. It was very easy and gave us access to the stairs up to our room. This was a stop over trip for us as we travelling through with our 2 children. We were a little surprised there was no one at the bar, and we felt a little foolish for making a dinner booking weeks earlier for the restaurant as we felt it might only be us attending. There were plenty of staff prepping so we thought that was a good sign of what was to come. The rooms are tastefully renovated. With large Tv's in both rooms and the living. High ceilings, fully air conditioned with fans. The laundry had a washer/dryer, ironing board. Kitchen had the basics. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms impeccably clean. New carpets throughout. It's somewhere we could easily stay for a week in. What made it spectacular though was the bar and restaurant downstairs. We were a little concerned staying above a bar but as we made our way downstairs for dinner we had a reservation for, we soon realized this is a different kind of bar. The service truly was second to none in what we have had over our years of overnight stays in Rocky. Staff were very attentive and food came out exceptionally fast. We always gravitate towards tappa's when we dine out as we love to try as many dishes as possible. Everything was cooked perfectly. The restaurant was buzzing and completely full despite crazy torrential weather outside. We didn't hear any of this chaos until we walked back upstairs to our room (which, might I add is completely soundproof to downstairs bar and crazy weather outside). CocoBrew is the place to stay in Rockhampton. It's on the south-side, and seems like a bit of an industrial area, & it has everything you need for a short or longer stay.

Don't miss this accommodation if you are close to Rockhampton

Fabulously designed and equipped apartments. Perfectly clean. Awesome food from the restaurant too. Best stay out of 50 days. Wish we would have stayed for much longer.

Could have stayed longer

We were only here for a one night as travelling. Would be very happy to stay here longer if required. Room was modern, well equipped and quiet considering there is a pub below. We ate and drank in the pub, food was good and reasonably priced.

Everything was fresh, clean and tastefully decorated. Near centre of town, bus stops and station. We walked to these places with our luggage.

Everything was great. You will need to climb 2 sets of stairs to reach the apartments with your luggage. But certainly doable.

Fantastic place to stay & our first choice of accommodation when staying in Rocky. Beautifully presented apartments that are always perfectly clean. Parking is easy & right outside entryway to the apartments.

convenience everything under one roof. lunch. dinner and breakfast. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the room was new, clean and comfortable.

the code pad 3ft off the ground at the entrance door and 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. the bedroom had no window a bit claustrophobic for us. room not suitable for the elderly carrying luggage.
