Really peaceful and has everything you could possibly want for a fantastic family holiday.
We didn’t NOT like it, as we were aware of the location and so had arranged a hire car for our stay but it’s worth noting you would need transport to enjoy everything this villa and area has to offer.

The villa was excellent and the host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Wonderful views from the terrace, including the Mamma Mia church. Quiet location, a car is essential as there is nothing within walking distance.

Excellent location with the most beautiful views, and really private and quiet property. Great house, modern and all the details were top notch. Welcoming and friendly hosts with good communication before and during our stay. When we requested a baby bed and chair they immediately made sure to acquire this for us so everything was in place before we arrived. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend staying here.
Nothing. Everything was top notch.

nothing really

If you are inspired by the sunrise over the sea embracing your 180 degree view from your bed and sofa, if you appreciate the serenity & the sound of the surrounding nature, Mark heritage is THE PLACE to be. It is an eagle's nest suspended above the sea just next to the peak of Mama Mia church... the sea view is outstanding.
The high quality of all equipment of the house contributes to your well-being ... bedding, air conditioning, household appliances, WI-FI, TV set in all rooms and a wide choice of programs... The house is incredibly well thought out. It is beyond the functional in its smallest details.
This is the best located Villa on the island. It is a few steps above the seaside (3 minutes by foot) and just beside the the village of Glossa and the Loutraki port reachable in 5 minutes by car. There are concentrated all the life of the island nice restaurants, shops, bakery, pharmacy....
If we need to temper our enthusiasm as wild nature lovers, we specify : The island of Skopelos is very wooded and offers magnificent landscapes of pine forests overlooking coves with deep blue waters, unfortunately many coves are developed and often overcrowded.

Everything was perfect!!

The house is located in a most beautiful area, by itself, quiet, with a view of the sea and islands during the day, and stars at night. It is modern and stylish, with a comfortable, homey indoor area, seamlessly transitioning to a large outdoor terrasse offering an infinity pool. This place is perfect if you want to calm down in a rather luxurious setting. The host is very helpful and friendly, which added to the time there being a wonderful stay.
There is nothing not to like about this place.

Everything was amazing. The villa is very new and has a beautiful design. The area is very peaceful and relaxing. You can see the Mamma Mia Cliff from the terrace. The villa has everything you need: from washing machine for clothes and dishes, to coffee, tea and others. The host was extremely nice and brought us a lot of traditional sweets, fruits and honey. We felt like home! The pool is really nice and also the view is breath taking. The villa is placed near a wild beach. After a few minutes of hiking you get to it and i assure you that worts every single of minute spent on it.
We were 2 couples and we perfectly fit into the villa.
To get to it from the port you need a car/atv. Also it worts having a car or an atv to go and visit the entire island.
This is one o the most wonderful villas were we have been till now.
We super recommend it!
Wished we have stayed for a longer period. Everything was perfect!

The location is fantastic with a breathtaking view of the Aegean. The house was super clean and fully equipped and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The house is ideal for relaxation as the only sound you hear is from the sea below while enjoying the infinity pool. The town of Glossa is very close to buy necessary things or enjoy a good meal. Absolutely recommended!

The villa is located in a remote location, about 15 minutes drive from the Port of Glossa. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. There's the open space living area with a fully equipped kitchen you can use to prepare your breakfast or dinner, the pool area with sunbeds and a nice hammock and there's even a small private beach a few minutes walking down from the villa. All the rooms have large windows so wherever you are inside the house you'll see the sea. The host, Mr. Dimitris, welcomed us with local pastry, fresh fruits and wine and has constantly called us during our stay to check if there's anything we need. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it felt like the people that built this place put a lot of effort and attention to make it such a special place. We will definitely get there again!
