Clean, but unresponsive and don’t care about your complaints.

Clean

The breaker box kept flicking off so we would lose power over and over. Complained and the manager was supposed to call us and never did.

Disgusting

The staff was friendly

The room was not clean the floor was filthy. We had a 24 hour delay at the Miami airport. Was there to take a shower and sleep before going back to the airport.. Sheets didn't appear to be clean. Arrived about 1 am and would have left to find something else but this was our last option. It was so late and it seemed all hotels were booked due to the many flight delays. Slept in the chair as I was not going to sleep on the bed. I do not recommend this place. Also elevator and hallway floors didn't appear to be cleaned either.

One of the customer service representatives was demeaning and disrespectful in every aspect but most when I went to rebook and pay at fronts desk totally embarrassing in the presence of other customers and staff for not coming down to pay even though it booked already paid and approved I have heart failure terminal this was very uncomfortable and made me depressed

Found a dirty towel in the shower curtain and kept losing power every time I turned lights on. Had to constantly go to the circuit breaker to turn the lights back on.

Não tenho nada para elogiar. Pior hotel que já fiquei nos Estados Unidos e um dos piores da minha vida. Acreditei nas avaliações que diziam que as opiniões negativas eram exageradas. Mas realmente fui enganada, inclusive pelas fotos no site da Booking. O hotel é péssimo, sujo, mal frequentado, mal localizado, sem qualquer conforto ou cuidado.

Paguei U$ 173,00 pela diária e quando vi o nível do hotel, pensei em nem ficar. Mas, como seria uma noite curta, já que sairia as 5:30 da manhã para pegar o voo de volta, resolvi ficar. Me arrependi. Devia ter perdido o dinheiro da reserva e ter ido para outro hotel. Os corredores e elevador são sujos, o quarto com uma persiana velha e torta, todo o mobiliário desgastado. Durante a noite não tem recepção, ou seja, segurança questionável. Barulhos nos corredores a noite toda, o que me deixou mais insegura ainda. Nota Zero.

Disgusting and disappointing

Good location, close to the airport. However, the hotel is horrible!! smelly

This was the worst experience of my life. The first room was flooded with bleach and disinfectant, leaving an unbearable smell. I asked to change, the attendant gave me a room that had no beds made, no toilet paper or towels and stank of dog urine. The hotel was full of people with huge dogs staying. I was afraid of getting fleas or scabies in this disgusting hotel.

I came, I slept, I left.

Almost nothing. However, there are two treadmills in a room on the ground floor. The receptionist booked a cab for me for the nexxt morning.

This is neither a hotel nor a guest house. No breakfast was offered; no wake-up call service; reception closes at 10:00 pm. Worst of all, the bed had just one sheet on it and you had to sleep directly under a blanket. Cheap, unhygienic!!!, offensive. I am sure that the blankets are not cleaned and sterilized after ever use. The towels should be sterilized, too. They are limp. This is more like a motel, where people, including families, live permanently and cook in their room. The taxi service they use should be looked into. Obviously a scam set-up. No meter showing the fare. I refused to pay what he asked for as shown on his phone -nearly double what I had paid the night before from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes away, not five as l was told.

No continental breakfast. The front desk greeted us with the blind down, she kept it down the whole time….very awkward

it was a suite with a small kitchenette, but without the essentials to use it (pans, glasses, plates, etc - you have to pay extra for that) Despite being close to the airport it is in the middle of a industrial area. i did not feel safe. we had stay in other hotels from the same chain, which were very confortable, but this was dissapointing

Good for the price.

Overall, the place was nice and clean. However, the overall place had a sort of smell to it, especially in the room Not unpleasant, just odd. Bed comfortable, ac system amazing, nice amenities in the room. For the price during spring break, it was nice.

Room appeared very clean but had an odd smell, like the entire facility, but 10 fold in the room. Behind the fridge, a prior occupant's cat had peed or something because that's exactly what it smelled like. Had to buy pinesol to squirt back there to tame the smell, and also a few of prior occupants' belongings (food) still in the cabinets upon arrival. Mattress cover appeared to be just flipped as there was a huge stain underneath. Housekeeping ladies said to call the desk to request housekeeping, but when we called, no one would ever answer. Ended up just washing our bedding ourselves.

Forgetful and disgusting.

I like that they had a small kitchen area. 2 burners, microwave and a regular sized fridge

The bed had many bodily stains! Gross and unacceptable! Which were hidden under the fitted sheet! The bed was also pushed to up to a wall so another person couldn’t get on the bed from the other side. Very inconvenient.
