Enjoy a cool, relaxing oasis with a private and heated pool on your trip to Puerto Rico! This tropical three-bedroom house will fit up to 12 guests. An open layout of the common area is perfect for entertaining. This beautifully designed house offers elegant modern details and the warmth that only a tropical island retreat would. The backyard and pool with waterfall, BBQ, and wine bar will make you fall in love with the place and the towns nearby. The home is great for both kids and adults.

Imagine waking up and cannonballing straight into the pool. We can make that dream a reality! The larger room opens to and overlooks the swimming pool. This room has a closets and a king-sized bed. The guest room has a full size bed, a twin-sized bed, and a twin mattress. Our backyard has a lovely cabana to sunbathe, a BBQ, and a convenient wine bar loaded with a 75-inch TV. A 3rd bathroom located in the backyard has a shower head for rinsing off any excess pool water. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed and a 75-inch TV with Netflix. Dine and chat comfortably in a cozy dining room that fits up to 15 seated guests. The closed garage has space for up to one car, while safe street parking is also available. Our fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, microwave, cooktop, grill, mini stove, and coffee machine. We also provide pots and pans, plates and bowls, and knives and forks. The house has a central A/C as well as split units. This is a Pet friendly house. 24 hours check in,

Do not worry about running out of energy or water because we have a full power generator that covers everything and a water tank reserve.,

Guests have free range to fully utilize every aspect of the house. The kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry space, garage, closets, and backyard with BBQ, pool, cabana, and wine bar are at your full disposal. Any and all goodies stocked in the house are there for your enjoyment.

The house is located in a privileged and central location in San Juan, bordering with Guaynabo. Close to the Martinez Nadal and Jesus T. Piñero Avenues. Minutes away from shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, nail and spa salons, and more, this area is extremely accessible, 7 mins to San Patricio Plaza / Plaza Caparra, 10 mins to Plaza Las Americas ,15 mins to Condado Beach and SJU Airport, 20 mins to Ocean Park Beach / Old San Juan ,45 mins to El Yunque National Forest

What a fantastic and blissful getaway! This private lovely home is a true oasis of relaxation, filled with cozy vibes and inviting spaces. The location was very convenient, a short drive to just about anything. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, having a private pool, outdoor kitchen and tv to watch the Celtics win the championship was heaven. The host was very thoughtful and provided plenty amenities. We had everything we needed. Communication and instructions were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful experience on our vacation.

The house was clean, well stocked with toiletries, and the perfect size for our group of 6. We could have easily fit another couple people and have been comfortable. The host was responsive and kind. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and the backyard area. 10/10 would stay at the house again.

Communication with property manager from the minute I booked the Vrbo was amazing, once I walked into the home it was BEAUTIFUL! Gated home, in a secure quiet neighborhood. Smelled great, very clean and organized. Home was equipped with essentials for my stay, the location was perfect for everything ! Old San Juan and airport was a 15 min drive. The pool was the highlight for my children’s stay, heated pool with beautiful lights surrounding the cabana and seated area. Overall, was truly amazing and breath taking I can not wait to come back !!

My husband and I had a fantastic time celebrating at this lovely home. The landscape design caters to the relaxing oasis vibe with all the beautiful tropical plants and waterfall stone wall. Definitely many limitless ways to enjoy the space.

This property was exactly as advertised. The home was beautiful and clean. Check in and out was very easy. Safe location, responsive property manager, conveniently located with a beautiful oasis of a backyard. We definitely will be visiting this property again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property was perfect for our family size of 4 adults and one child (12 yrs). Ormando was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We felt safe and spent most of our time in the backyard oasis. It was in close distance to the grocery store, gas station and quick 20 minute ride to almost everywhere we visited. We would absolutely stay here again!!

From the time we stepped into the house, it was like a dream. Clean, central location and full of any amenity you would need. Instructions for checking were very clear and easy to enter. It feels like your own secluded paradise. Outdoor space is fabulous to come back to after a day or sightseeing and that pool is fantastic. Wonderful stay, hope to return!!!

didn’t bring us paper towels as promised , the TVs are old and barely work . Wifi was zero and cell service there isn’t that great either . Bring bug spray Very cute decoration and house and the pool was good too.

Overall the property was nice. I think it may be a stretch to fit 8 adults comfortably. The bunk beds were so close to the ceiling fan that one guest had to sleep on the dining room bench. We were allowed an early check in but given an incorrect code. There were a few other problems (no wifi, TVs didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t name ice/water). The host was really responsive and helpful for the things he could fix. I think this property is a little high for so many inconveniences we had but nice property nonetheless.

My friends and I truly enjoyed this place. One of the perks was the fact that this is a very private property which allowed us girls to feel relaxed and enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. My only recommendation is to make sure you have a rental car due to the location being slightly outside of San Juan. Overall would definitely book again for future trips.

Check in was at 3, we weren’t allowed to check in until 4pm. I recommend a list of passcodes inside of the house somewhere. Gate, WiFi and so forth. I also recommend a exit clean up list, where trash should go, linens left. After being in the house it seemed the air had its moments where it wasn’t working, a rat or possum was noticed in the backyard one night while in the pool and one of the single beds had a dip in it, that made it very uncomfortable to sleep in . The master bedroom ceiling fan did not work and one of the lights were down. The house looks like the pictures and it’s close to everything in the city of San Juan.
