About this apartment rental

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo awaits you. Located at the perfect location on CB. Quiet Section of Carolina Beach but only a few minutes to the pier or downtown. We also have our own private walkway straight to the ocean. Incredible Ocean View from our large deck and living room. You wont be disappointed. We will strive to make your stay enjoyable and we hope you have great memories after your stay. We want to earn great reviews.

We have a queen sized bed in the master bedroom along with its own private full bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom, we have a Twin Bed along with a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Another full size bathroom is located off the hall way.

We are a quick 15 minute walk along the beach to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all of its restaurants, bars, live music and carnival rides. In the other direction, a 15 minute walk takes you to the North End Fishing Pier. Just a a block away, we also have a small grocer and Java Shop. Once again, Location, Location, Location...

Condo Amenities:

The condo has a washer and dryer, and we provide bath towels and linens for your convenience.

Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and all the utensils.

We have a Smart TV that you can cast your favorite programming over your phone or CPU.

We also have Free WiFi!

**PLEASE** This is a top floor unit. It has no elevator and you must be able to walk up four flights of stairs.

Maximum Occupancy is 5 at all times unless approved in writing by management. Any violations will forfeit deposit and you will vacate the unit immediately.

We had a great time at Carolina Beach, a great view, great place and easy walk to the restaurants and boardwalk. Jason, our host, was very prompt and accommodating to our needs; would recommend this property.

The ocean side balcony was easily my favorite part of staying here. Since it’s the top floor, the sea birds flying over head are so close and the view is fantastic! The feeling of the ocean breeze on that balcony was really just wonderful. Repeatedly climbing up those stairs is no joke especially after beach frolicking, but worth it.

Absolutely perfect location in Carolina Beach - right on the beach and within walking distance to the Boardwalk and multiple restaurants. Condo was very clean and came with many amenities. Jason was very responsive answering questions and handling an unexpected issue. Can’t go wrong here!!

You cannot beat a place to stay right on the beachfront ! I love getting up in the early morning and sitting on my balcony and enjoying the sight and sound of the ocean! This rental is only a short walk from a private access to the beach. The manager (Jason) was incredibly hospitable and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach! It’s close enough to the boardwalk to be convenient . But it’s far enough away not to seem cramped or loud from activities. Wonderful experience and a great place to stay!

The condo was perfectly accommodating for a family of 4. Unit was clean and reasonably appointed. The view was excellent as was the distance to the beach. Easy walk or even shorter drive to the boardwalk. Not for guests who struggle with stairs. Checkout cleaning instructions were a little burdensome and the mattresses were painfully hard. If the latter was resolved, we would love to stay again.

The condo is amazing! The view is beautiful, open concept with triple sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the ocean. The condo is well maintained and clean. It’s also very quiet. Thank you Jason, we appreciated that you rented it to my sister and I as we honored our mother on her birthday who passed away last July.

Excellent rental experience and condo. Very clean and more spacious than most 2BR 2bath condos. Large patio with perfect view of the ocean and sunrise. Owner very easy to communicate with. We were given the opportunity to check in early which has never happened before. I hope to be lucky enough to return.

We took a quick trip to celebrate our teens Birthday with family. Condo was absolutely perfect. Unit clean, well stocked with essentials. Close to everything within a brisk 15 minute walk. Private beach access and an amazing view from the deck.

Super Clean. Comfortable Beds. Great Owner. AND THE VIEW IS FANTASTIC! There is a large porch. Rockers AND table and chairs. Not one of those little 3-foot balconies a lot of places have. You can walk to a small market down the street and that is really handy. Will be back and would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed are stay here! Location was perfect! You are close to all of the amenities of Carolina Beach but the location was still quiet and peaceful. The property manager was very attentive and on top of communication. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed at many VRBO properties and Jason distinguishes himself as an exceptional host. The condo was just as pictured and we had everything we needed. Jason is very clear that it is 4 floors up, but even with a sprained ankle, the stairs were not difficult to manage. The location and views are exceptional. This is a quiet, family-oriented part of Carolina Beach and you will not be disappointed. PRO-TIP: make reservations at the Lake Park Steakhouse. Some of the best food, we've had recently and the staff is terrific. We would stay with Jason again and are already planning a trip for next year.

We loved Carolina Beach and this amazing rental. Some of the highlights were the location, being right on the beach with private access, having a convenience store right across the street and being so close to the boardwalk. Having beach chairs and toys in the ground level storage made it super convenient and much cleaner and it meant we didn’t have to pack our own. Convenient covered parking area kept my vehicle safe, clean and cool. The condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to relax, play games and cook. We especially enjoyed eating our meals on the porch over looking the ocean. I appreciated the stairs as it provided some much needed exercise on this very relaxing, low key vacation. Thank you Jason for your hospitality, you have a beautiful home!!!

Our stay at this condo was more perfect than I imagined! The view is perfection and the condo was spacious and clean! It was beautifully decorated and accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. The pictures really do not do it justice, I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in! It exceeded my expectations! With two little ones (1 & 3 yr old) we knew we would likely spend a lot of time home, so having a view from the balcony was important and this did not disappoint! There was also a ton of little touches that we really appreciated, board games, toiletries etc. We will definitely book again!

The condo is up four flights of stairs - that is the o only thing that was a drawback for me, personally. Everyone else did good with the stairs - they are younger than I am! But the view from the living room was worth every single stair up and down. The beach side deck is really nice and that’s where I stayed most of the time. We loved the personal boardwalk to the beach and it wasn’t crowded at all!! It was perfect for us. Highly recommend that if you rent this condo; bring your own TP&PTs; and garbage bags. Also, if you’re a sports fan, (Hockey specifically) you’re not going to find the game on the tvs there. But there’s Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. We loved it!!

Perfect transaction and communication with Jason- could not have been easier. The condo is top floor, so the view to the beach was spectacular. We also liked that the north end coffee/convenience store was just a stone’s throw away. This property is great because it’s close to the boardwalk, but far enough away for tranquility and pure relaxation. The ultimate lazy beach respite! Thank you, Jason, for being the ultimate host

Upon arrival we found the property very clean and had everything we needed for our Carolina Beach get-a-way. Enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the waves roll in. Also enjoyed the convenience store across the street and lunch at the Carolina Beach Pier Restaurant.

Pros: great views, great communication with host, and very clean Cons: overall condo is extremely out dated and needs a big refresh . Linens very old , towels super thin, kitchen utensils rusty, etc . Just didn’t feel very upscale especially for the prices . Also Wi-Fi very spotty and went out twice .

It was an absolute joy to stay here. We loved the location! The property was clean and well stocked with supplies. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and Britts Donuts! We ate our meals out for the 2 nights we were there so didn’t use any of the kitchen appliances for cooking. Checking in and out was a very easy process. We would definitely stay here again.
