• Unbelievable location! Just 3 blocks from the beach and 2 doors from 2nd Street’s hundreds of restaurants & shops.
• Convenient 1-story 4-bedroom house sleeps 6 people:
-1 large bedroom with a Queen bed
-1 medium bedroom with a Queen bed
-2 small bedrooms each with a Full bed
• 3 full bathrooms with shower (2 of them also have bathtubs).
• 2 separate living rooms, each with Roku-enabled TV.
• Dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 6 in the cozy kitchen nook.
• Central A/C and heating (you'll rarely need the A/C thanks to the cool ocean breeze!)
• Galley-style kitchen is fully equipped, including Keurig single-serve K-cup pod coffee maker
• Relax under the stars in the outdoor spa or at large patio table
• Covered garage fits 2 small/medium cars (largest type of vehicle that will fit is the size of Toyota RAV4)

We were in town for a wedding. Great to have enough space and privacy for all of us. Parking in the garage was a plus! Loved being able to walk to the many coffee shops and eateries. Between the wedding and reception great having the space to have some of our elder family rest.

This is our third stay here and we absolutely love it. This feels like our home away from home. Very spacious and it has everything your home has. The jacuzzi was used daily. 2nd Street has shops and restaurants. The beach is in walking distance and my family really enjoyed the beach. We will be staying again!

Beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortably furnished, great floor plan, well equipped, and clean. The owner provides clear instructions on how everything works ( like a book "Vacations for Dummies") Though just a block from 2nd Street, it's still peaceful and quiet. Its location is conveniently walking distance to dining, neighborhood coffee shops, shopping and Long Beach. Ideal for an early morning walk from Rosie's Dog Beach to Alamitos Beach and back. Iconix Fitness is a few blocks away for a good work-out. Easy and short drive to Seal Beach, Mother's Beach, Bayshore Beach and the Aquarium. We loved our stay in this home!!!

My family enjoyed staying at this house. It was conveniently located to several types of restaurants and cute shops. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Great for larger groups since it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved the water pressure in the master bathroom suite. The two living room spaces were a plus for a family of adults and teenagers. We greatly appreciated the large size toilettries and the coffee basics that were available. Everything you could need for a beach day was available as well. The owners have certainly made it a home for everyone who stays here.

Wonderful place to stay! Fun neighborhood with easy access to Second St. and all its bars and restaurants. Only 2 blocks to the beach, we walked everywhere. Great to have a garage to park in. Very quiet at night. Super comfy beds. We will stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family. Everyone was able to have their own bathroom and the space was great for a family to spread out in. It is a short walk to the beach and right by a bunch of shops and restaurants. The off street parking was great but you could also find on street parking throughout the day. Great communication with host. Highly recommend this cute spot!

This was our 2nd stay at this delightful home. We are 4 HS friends in our 60's, so we really appreciate having 4 bdrms and 3 baths! And within walking distance of the beach and 2nd Street. We never used our cars during our stay! Our only question was why there is no BBQ? We're looking foreward to coming back next year for our 50th HS Reunion!!!! Go Wilson Bruins!

We stayed 3 nights for a work trip. Kevin was very responsive and helpful with any issues that came up. The house is great for a larger group, we had lots of separate work areas to set up laptops during the day. The garage was perfect for our rental car to park in as street parking was difficult.

4 of us stayed here for a clothing convention. The space was perfect with room for everyone to take a break when needed, the neighborhood is quiet, and having 2 parking spots (garage and in front of it) was so convenient! We were happy to see it was well-equipped with linens, towels, items to take to the water if you wished (beach chairs, etc) and the kitchen was well-equipped.
I had easy communication with the manager with quick responses. I highly recommend this property!

We stayed here Wednesday - Sunday with 4 adult “ish” kids (ages 18-24) and it was perfect! The kids walked the beach and loved being close to the coffee shops and restaurants… you never have to get into your car again after you arrive… so close to everything! And the house was quaint and adorable and had plenty of social living space!!

After our previous Rental in Huntington Beach was canceled just 48 hours before our Arrival we had to scramble and our luck changed when due to a cancelation of their own I was able to book this beautiful gem in Long Beach. Communication was the key in getting this done quickly and the hosts were exceptional, the whole time. House is tucked in quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks from the beach and even closer to a multitude of food options. House was super clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better last minute switch and saved Vacation! Don't count on it being available last minute though so make sure you Book ahead. We visit family in this area 4-5 times a year, so we've stayed in a lot of short term rentals. We would absolutely recommend this home and host to anyone visiting the area (and that's not something we'd say about a lot of the rentals we've visited). The home is well stocked, clean and comfortable. There is signage and instructions for everything making the whole home immediately usable without having to contact the host. And speaking of the host, they were incredibly generous and responsive when it came to an unforeseen issue!

We went to Long Beach to attend my daughter’s graduation from CSULB. It was great to have restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. The young adults loved the hotub. Very nice area of Long Beach. We also loved that the house had 3 bathrooms because it made it easier for the group to get ready. I never spoke to the host because everything went smoothly and the notes around the house told us how to work things. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Only downside for us was parking because we had a mini van that did not fit in garage. Would definitely stay here again!

This Belmont Shores property was absolutely perfect for our trip to Long Beach! We had a group of 6 and this spacious home was able to accommodate all of us comfortably! The rental was very clean and had all of the amenities you could think of! The host is easy to get in touch with if needed, check in and check out process was a breeze and the keyless entry system was super easy! Hot tub and washer/dryer were a plus!! Location couldnt have been better!! Walking distance to excellent shops, restaurants, and the beach! Minutes from downtown, and tons of great fresh farmers markets nearby! I would 100% recommend staying at this property and plan to come back next year!!

My group was in Long beach for a convention. Our stay was nice, we had plenty of room to spread out and with three bathrooms morning prep was easy. Kitchen and bathrooms were all well equipped. The area was nice with lots of places to eat all within walking distance! The only little critique I would have is that the rug in the living room was in need of cleaning. Overall a good stay and would stay again. I would reccomend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute bungalow in the heart of Belmont Shore! Short walk to coffee, dining, shopping and the beach! The home is very clean, spacious and has virtually everything one needs - even for a lengthy stay! We all appreciated the secure keyless entry system. Kat & Kevin are easy to communicate with, accommodating and just overall fantastic! We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our adult children and loved the location near restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The master bedroom is nice and big and private with huge walk-in closet. There are two living rooms and lots of space for a family to spread out. Backyard is small and mostly shaded so we didn’t utilize. Hot tub is nice, however. Check-in very easy and no problems whatsoever. Perfect for a larger group with the four bedrooms and three baths.

We loved staying in this home. There are lots of windows so it was light and bright with multiple rooms for the family to gather. Parking was easy and it was a quick walk to both the beach and the coffee shop. Neighborhood was terrific.
