Blessed with no Helene damage to this cabin or Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! Make "Sleepy Hollow" your home away from home while you explore historic Gatlinburg! This cozy yet spacious creek-side cabin offers tons to do both inside & out. Located on a small dead-end road just off East Parkway, you'll find plenty of flat parking (trailers welcome!). With Dudley Creek right in the back yard, and an easy one-mile walk to downtown with gently sloping sidewalk the whole way - you'll find that this cabin offers a unique and memorable combination of peaceful seclusion, and easy access to local attractions. An idyllic escape from everyday stress - yet when the real world calls, you'll have great cell service and high-speed cable internet for your Zoom meetings.
This cabin offers a spacious living area, large king suites on each level, and a very well-equipped kitchen. There's also a loft if you want to slip away for a little quiet time, and a game room with a pool table, arcade games, and a home theater setup if you're feeling more social. Outdoors, there's a huge fire pit right alongside the creek, a yard area where you can play horseshoes or corn hole, large decks, and of course the relaxing hot tub! - Signed rental agreement is MANDATORY, any booking that has not signed agreement within 48 hours of confirmed booking will be canceled
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed on the property (no tobacco, marijuana, vaping, etc). A $500 fine will be assessed for any guest who is found to be smoking on the property, to cover the cost of additional cleaning and deodorizing treatments due to smoke damage.
- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic. Exposure to animal hair, dander, feathers, etc., poses a severe health hazard to the host's family members, and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. If you arrive with a pet, you will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled without refund, and a $500 fee will be assessed.

- Check-in/Check-out Times: My cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window in which to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. Everything was perfect! Check-in was seamless and property was exactly as expected. Attention to detail was greatly appreciated by the entire family. I especially loved all the light switches being labeled! Our 6 year old loved the creek stomping…especially when he found a dead crayfish and scared mom with it. (#BoyLife) Our older kids loved hanging out in the hot tub most evenings. Cabin is close to Gatlinburg attractions for convenience but far enough that we could relax. Thanks for the wonderful family vacation spot!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sleepy Hollow. It was an awesome location, we even spotted a mama bear and her cub. Julie was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was clean and decorated very nicely with plenty of room for our family. The relaxing sound of the small flowing stream on the property was a big plus. We highly recommend this property if you are planning a visit to Gatlinburg.

This is an ideal location if you want to be close to the strip . Easy in / out access to the main hwy . Cabin is beautiful . We enjoyed balcony sitting and listening to the river . Kids and grandkids loved the game room ! Grandpa loved the recliner . We will definitely be booking again for our vacation . We have been going the Smokey mountains for years . I believe we have found the best spot ever ! Book it and you want regret it . Precious memories were made and a good time was had by all . Thank you for sharing your cabin with our family !

Very well decorated cabin. Communication with host was phenomenal- I couldn’t get internet to work at first and they were immediately responsive. Lots of things for kids to do in cabin. Well equipped basement. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Walking distance to downtown Gaitlinburg is a bit of a stretch though. Overall clean, safe and ample parking. Great host

This is a very beautiful cabin.. it has three stories,upstairs,downstairs and the basement, we didn’t really use the upstairs because we had plenty enough room on main floor and in basement, our favorite area to hang out was the basement, ,, our 14 yr old son loved the pool table, arcade games and my husband and I loved the theater area and had movie night every night we were there, the hot tub was amazing, the creek was great , not much to access but it was still nice to walk down to, we also barbecued , the only thing was the lightning in the bathrooms , I wish they would have been brighter and we didn’t have access to control our temperature in the cabin, my husband seems to think they could hear us but I didn’t read they had a camera in cabin, besides those things it was great and great access to Downtown Gatlinburg, we would stay there again for sure , also we had a huge bear visit right across from us , it was really hard to leave ..

Location, location, location!! If you want to be close to downtown, this is it! We loved the location, the kids LOVED the creek and hot tub. Game room was fun! Everything was as described; super easy rental!

We had a great family vacation here! We all enjoyed the games, pool table, hot tub, and the firepit by the creek. The location was perfect if you don’t want to travel too far from the main strip in Gatlinburg, but also don’t want to be right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the strip. Close to grocery store and restaurants, and not up and down a mountain side. The property manager was very attentive of our needs, and prompt. We didn’t have any issues other than no oven mitts and few trash bags. After emailing the property manager, they responded very quickly and had Instacart deliver to our doorstep quickly! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and I would stay here again the next time we are in the area!
One thing they need that I forgot to mention is chalk for the pool sticks. We love to play pool, and chalk is a necessity! 😀

Our entire family enjoyed this cabin for our weekend trip for the Gatlinburg Christmas parade! The bedrooms are perfect for families or couples. We had plenty of room for everyone and the baby. Julie was very responsive and very accommodating!

We rented the house to spend time with family who are local and have Thanksgiving together. It was a great fit and location close to town. The game room was a big hit, it was comfortable for all. A nice surprise was the lovely decorated Christmas tree !

Loved the cabin itself along with the location. We would recommend this to anyone which we already have to our cousin who is staying there in June. We are looking to book this property every year. We also recommend that everyone keep an eye out for bears as we seen one the first and last night we were there raiding the dumpster just below the cabin. Really enjoyed our visit here! Very clean, everything nicely organized and labeled from light switches to items in the kitchen cabinets. Love how the tv allows access to Netflix by logging into a personal account. Kids loved wading in the creek! Would definitely stay again!!!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 6. We had plenty of space and the location was close to town but private at the same time. The creek in the back yard was beautiful. The cabin was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome and our family felt very comfortable there. The owner communicated with us the whole time and we had no issues. We would stay here again for sure!

The cabin, and it’s location is absolutely perfect! No crazy mountain steep driveway to have to worry about, and only 2 steps to access the main level of the home! Which was perfect for my mother who can’t climb a bunch of stairs! We had a wonderful week and would consider renting again.

The property was more than I expected. I had the best time of my life and sharing it with my loved ones was something I will never forget. I spent my 45th birthday here and it was more than I could have asked for. The house was so clean and it felt like you were at home. There was nothing I could complain about. I loved the fireplace and it definitely warmed the house up. The rooms were spacious and roomy. We had a hard time trying to decide which room we wanted to stay in. I loved the hot tub and enjoyed the fire pit. Having coffee in the morning on the patio watching the city wake up was awesome. I would definitely rent this property again and tell others about it as well. I had an amazing time!!!!!!! Thank you Julie for the wonderful experience!!!

We had a fantastic stay!!! The house was clean and beautiful, and we were welcomed with a lit Christmas tree ! We played in the basement for hours, pool and video games and We went in the hot tub and used the fire pit! King beds and a bathroom in each room was awesome !!!
The fireplace in the living room made the whole week!!! we were close to everything and still have privacy !!! I have 4 teens and they loved it!!!

Our kids loved the creek! We could have stayed at the cabin the entire time and they wouldn’t have mind. They had a blast. Nice area and location! We even had a bear visit on our second night. He left his footprints on the back patio! How cool is that?! We really enjoyed our stay. Will be back.

We had a great stay. Nice accomodations, exceptionally well stocked kitchen for cooking. And easy access to town, craft loop and anywhere you want to go. The back yard overlooks the creek and then further over is the main street... don't let this be an issue to you. You can hear it if you are outside in the back, but not a big deal. And inside you'd never know. Parking is wonderful when you have multiple vehicles (we had 2 vehicles, 2 motorcycles, and a trailer). QUIET street with almost no one else around --- if you don't count the Momma Bear and her cub, and a bobcat that visited! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Loved the location!! Being able to just hop in the car and get to where we needed to be in a short amount of time was awesome! We always love to eat at “The Alamo” on every trip. It’s literally right across the road. We all slept like a dream in the beds! Would definitely stay in this cabin again. Thank you For a great, quick trip!
