Easy access and was clean and close to the beach. Outdoor shower was nice.

This is the nicest place in Ocean City. We visit family there once a year so we always try to stay at the Ebb Tide. It is excellent.

Prices have gotten very high.

Loved being with family. Disliked the adjacent amusement area.

We have been a fan of the Impala for many years. We were excited to be in a cozy apartment this time and stayed at the Ebb Tides suites. We like being close to the beach and boardwalk!

We were not aware that a huge, noisy, amusement area had been built after the fire that occurred in 2021. Our room was right next to both roller coasters and many other loud rides with screaming riders. That was very uncomfortable.

very homelike.

it is very quiet (please note this is off season!), clean, safe, odorless, no marijuana nor cigarette smoke, spacious, convenient, easy parking, friendly staff (Albina and Emily were extraordinary) and very close to beach.

Dishwasher was a bit unpredictable.

I wished I would have booked another week.

The room was very nice and clean. Loved having two bathrooms and two parking places, with the two bedrooms. Would definitely rent again.

The parking spots under the Ebb Tide. Not much room. Trying to park I scratched my car.

It was an awesome get away and plan on going there again!

Overall, we enjoyed our time there for the Thanksgiving Holiday!

There was a problem with the water staying hot. The first three days the water was cold most of the day facilities did their best to help. On Saturday Manager made a decision to move us into the Impala Suite it was a lovely one-night stay. Thank you again. Hope to come again and stay there!

Didn't like the one-bedroom size apartment it was very compact for five people, and no smoke detector reset box in the apartment. Lastly, the constant issue with the water being cold.

This place was perfect! One exception, the bedroom TV was missing a remote, and wouldn't work.

Very close to beach and boardwalk. They gave us a lot of towels.

Directly behind playland so it was very loud once the rides opened. You could feel the condo shaking when the coaster was moving. Music was very loud, you couldn't sit on the balcony. Kitchen was not well stocked.

Amazing location. Only 1/2 block to beach and boardwalk. Great for families who would like a full kitchen instead of eating out for every meal. Free wifi.

Some good, some not so good

The location was phenomenal! The rooms were a good size and the furnishings were really nice.

Parking spots are tiny! The front desk check in bait and switched us on cleaning (sign here if you want us to clean your room as you are agreeing to our Covid guidelines - nope apparently that was the no clean contract). Key cards kept getting demagnetized and locking us out. Management could care less on the follow up phone call. Paying over $500.00 a night should come with outstanding service, but not in this case.
