Amazing holiday

We have amazing stay. Peacefull place, with amazing views, tasty kitchen ( mainly dinner was perfect, every day different kitchen ). Hotel have many places to spend time in different pool with differest atmosphere. Room was nice and quiet in the night with nice balcony. Parking is easy on the road and city centre is about 10-15 min by walk. Beautiful beach Cala Agulla is 15 min by walk. Hotel make music program every night and every day was many fitness trainigs. Very good service about trips and everything and nice reception.

Great hotel with lovely pool areas

The hotel location was great and the choice of food served at breakfast was very good , the staff worked really hard and they were very friendly

Our first room on the ground floor had a strong smell of damp , we were offered another room but it was also a bit smelly and not quite the same as we had booked , when we turned this down we were offered a different room which was much better, although I think most of the room on the ground floor had similar problems as the paint was flaking off the walls in many areas along the corridor s , I think the rooms on above us would have been much better

one of best hotels we have stayed in

Great hotel in bgreat location. staff very good. New manager who has taken this hotel to another level. Nothing too much trouble, and always available, but not in your face. Made a point of checking with us that things were ok, Service around hotel great, cleaners, friendly and do a great job, thoroughly cleaning and checking over accomodation for perfection. Chefs in kitchen were amazing and cooked main courses fresh for you, with plenty of choice. Glorious restaurant overlooking the sea. Great entertainment in one of three bars. Two gear swimming pools

Lovely place to enjoy Cala Ratjada

They upgraded us to a room with pool and sea view, which was great! The breakfast had tons of variety. The pools where super nice and fortunately didn't have irritating chemicals in it. I also liked that in the wellness area, one of the showers curiously had a Fanta Orange scent which was fun, hahah

The wi-fi connection was really poor, specially in the room (600 suites area). I wish the shower pressure was higher and the bedroom temperature was cooler.

Very good

The location was terrific! Looking over the sea, everything you might need is nearby. This hotel has 3 amazing pools, you can choose between anyone everyday! It also offer a large and various buffet. We also enjoyed the drinks at the nautic bar, the staff was so much fun! Our room was fantastic, overlooking the sea… just amazing. Waking up looking at the sea it’s just something else!

The only unfortunate thing is that I had to improvise a mix of languages, because not everybody from the staff speaks in English.

Nice facilities, poor cleaning, average food

Facilities such as the pool and wellness area are nice, however closing the pool at 5pm and sauna at 8.30pm is a bit of an exaggeration.

The rooms smell of terrible humidity, they are infested with ants (that were even to be found inside our wallets and bags IN the safe box)… the humidity was really bad, all our clothes smelled terrible, I had to dispose of a few pairs of shoes because they could not be cleaned, there is damp on the walls. The level of cleanliness is poor overall. There was lots of hair on the floor and on the towels when we entered the room for the first time. Another thing is that you need to PAY FOR THE SAFE BOX (!!) I’ve never encountered these practices anywhere before. The food is ok, but nothing special.

It's mainly appearance

Very spacious room. Friendly waiters and cleaning staff. Great location to access the fantastic Cala Aguilla. Good A/C, automatically turning off when you open the window.

Unfriendly receptionist, rushed the check-in and answered sharply each time we had a question. Tiny toiletry provided on the first day only and never a refill in four days. Dinner and breakfast have a lot of variety, but all is plain and tasteless (same quality as frozen products from the supermarket). Half pension is not worth it. Almost nobody speaks English, they always address you in German. Only German channels on the TV. No pool towels. Stupidest location of the toilet paper.

Great apart from above niggles

Restaurant great, food very good Rooms very spacious amazing views Pools very clean and lots room to sit on sun chair.

Sea view bars not open in daytime, even tho advertised. Thought a covid thing, but at night they would close daytime bar, and open one with a sea view!!??? Plus they have two, one massive, one tiny. They would have band, disco at night, in the tiny one, which took the mockery out of covid rules, which were in place in rest of hotel??? Also could not get a seat, so had to go into town for a drink every night. This is my second visit this year, same bar issues at both visits. Also in july our TV had a good selection of english channels. On second day they lost signal Not even news channel available. We reported this every day, not fixed Still not working in September. The maintenance guy told us not yet fixed, but will be, NEVER FIXED. In July tried to tell duty manager, but he did not want to know, and said report it to reception. Lots German visitors and felt english were not respected,

2 stars just for nice and clean hotel

The room was pretty big and the view is very nice. Breakfast was good.

First of all if you paying in different currency then euros, you will pay a lots more because of their high currency rate. I had guaranteed price with taxes and fees included, they charged me city tax and like 150€ more because of the rate. Everything there is about Germans, they speak to you just in german language even if you ask not to. And if they know you are some different nationality the waitresses can be pretty rude. It was like vacation in Berlin. German music, signs, etc. Not much people there speak english. Also the dinner was terrible, not much to choose and not good. But breakfast was good. There is just small beach fits like 5 people maybe, so you have to walk to the beach. I stayed in 2 hotels in Mallorca before and this one was the most expensive and worst one.

Very good

Beautiful room and facilities in a great location. Near to the best beaches in the area and with bars and restaurants close by.

I’m not sure we really had a lateral sea view room, although it was classified as this. We could see the sea well, but also the main building and a lot of other people’s balconies. The staff are also a bit mixed in terms of service level - I’m lucky I’m a fluent German speaker, otherwise I’m not sure we would have got by.

Majorca Cala Rajada

Location, Cleanliness, Facilities and general atmosphere! I would definately return :)

Most staff would approach and directly speak in German as the majority of guests are German. It would be nicer if they would approach speaking Spanish and then take it from there rather than assuming. Food options were great but some days the food wasn't too great on choice. Very strange they did not provide any toiletries which is strange due to the current situation I would suspect it is needed more.They should inform guests to come prepared.

Would def come back

Very good facilities ie swimming pools, spa, restaurant, sun loungers, etc, friendly and helpful staff, great location close to the beach and town centre but quiet at the same time, beautiful sea views. Good that it’s adults only.

Rooms were a bit disappointing in size, didn’t get much of a view in ours and didn’t feel very private on the ground floor, also not the best noise cancellation with noisy neighbors on their porch at night. There weren’t any toiletries and towels should have been provided for the pool/spa.

Superb

Location directly at the sea side, very chill and quit. Friendly and helpful stuff. Food was good for buffet.

First room we had was at the ground floor with sea view, but due to a water issue the room was smelling. Humidity very high! I would not book the rooms at ground floor for the same price as the others. After two days we booked a room at first floor, sea view, incredibly nice view, no smell. Room was also much cleaner. Stuff needs to pay more attetion to the cleanliness of the bathrooms!!

Good place for holiday!

The hotel is in a great location close to Cala Agulla. The food for breakfast and dinner was very good, everyday something different and the desserts were great! For breakfast, you can take juice or make coffee and tea. The beds were comfortable but kept sliding apart at night. There is a small fridge in the room. Every day the ladies cleaned the room, they did it very thoroughly and the towels were changed every day. The hotel has three swimming pools outside and one inside. There is also a sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Everything is very new and tidy. Wifi works well. I recommend!

The air conditioning in the room was not working well, it was hot at night. There was a sewage smell in the sea view room. Drinks at dinner were paid. The service speaks German to you in advance

Wonderful place and location, I'd recommend it to others

Breakfast and dinner were excellent with a very good selection. The hotel's location is just magnificent. View from the dining area was perfect.

No soap in the room due to covid-19 which is weird as soap is necessary to keep hands clean and not spread the virus. The hotel staff did not take any initiative to help when this issue was raised following checked-in. Had to buy shampoo and soap from the store instead. Although staff is very kind and polite, it seemed that German tourists got the best service in the hotel, so felt a bit "left aside". Many hotel staff do not speak nor understand English either, but they are fluent communicating in German.

I would return as liked everything else

very clean, up to date decor, been refurbed, so much better than before, , staff covid friendly, and friendly. food very good and plenty to choose from . Only one small problem, The TV had plenty of english tv channels to watch, After a couple of days, they no longer worked, only german channels were working. Complained every day to front desk, but dont think anything was done. Really annoying, not even a news channel available
