Welcome to Smoky Mountain High, a recently remodeled 6 bedroom, 5 bath cabin with mountain views from 3 decks in amenity rich Chalet Village.

The cabin is 3272 Sq Ft over 4 floors and sleeps 18.

Centrally located!
- 10 min to Downtown Gatlinburg
- 17 min to Pigeon Forge
- 22 min to Dollywood
- 10 min to skiing

The cabin is serviceable by Uber and within delivery range for many Gatlinburg restaurants, which is rare for homes in the area!

Enjoy access to Chalet Village common clubhouses including 3 outdoor pools, tennis courts and more.
- Pool Open From Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather dependent)
- The pool is only a 2 min drive or 10 min walk from the cabin

This 4 story home sleeps 18 between 6 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. 4 bedrooms have private baths and 2 bedrooms share a bath.

- Down 1 flight from main living is the game room and 1 king bedroom.
- Down 1 more flight to bottom level is 2 bedrooms. 1 is a king, the other is twin over full bunk beds

GUEST ACCESS

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details and your personalized keyless front door lock code. No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise.

Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest stay

There is parking for 5 cars

High speed Wi-fi is included

In-unit washer/dryer are complementary

Towels and linens are provided

Hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Please BYO toiletries

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans but please BYO food, condiments, cooking oils, plastic wrap, ziplock bags etc.

Drip Coffee maker is provided but BYO coffee

The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do NOT offer late check out or early check in.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

Gorgeous property with plenty to do for all 13 members of our family. From hanging out in the hot tub, playing pool, or relaxing by the TV, we filled our week with great memories. Shortly after check-in we were greeted by a mama bear and her 2 cubs. They made daily visits, and we saw them playing in other yards on our way to and from the pool. Thank you for sharing this amazing home with us!!

Family vacation from the UK. We were desperate to see bears and were not disappointed. I would stress make sure you lock your cars. They sat in ours looking for dinner!! Thankfully no damage and some great pictures! The house was great. Josh was very responsive to our needs We thought the grill gas had ran out but was actually on a safety timer. He got another propane tank to us straight away. We were sad to leave. Thank you for a wonderful vacay!!!!

The view is beautiful and it was super clean upon arrival. The road up to the house is steep and winding--beautiful, but a bit of a challenge for us. Josh was very responsive when we needed something. Everything worked out well.

Such a beautiful location. The cabin was well kept. We saw a total of 14 black bears during our five day stay! We had an issue with air conditioning the first night, but the host had it fixed immediately the next morning! Highly recommend.

Overall we had a great stay. The accommodations were very clean and everything worked as it should. I would note that this is not the place for anyone with mobility issues. If you're in good shape and don't mind lots of stairs it's a great place.

We had such a great stay at this cabin. It had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Location was great. We even saw a bear in the woods off the balcony right when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

The home sits on top of a mountain and the views were wonderful. The house is below average. The living room area lacks any comfortable furnishings which made it difficult for our family to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen needs a lot of work and there were cheap touches throughout. The internet was very spotty and we had to use our phones constantly to get access. We were very disappointed in the overall quality considering that we spent a lot for the week. We have rented dozens of homes over the years and this was among the most disappointing.

Over all we had a great vacation with our big family. There were a few issues, but Josh seem to take care of them promptly. I would recommend more parking, if you can sleep 22 people then you need more than 4 very close spots. Beautiful view of the mountains and downtown, we actually seen bears at the cabin just about everyday we were there, even tried to get in my son's truck....

The house was great! Lots of space and terrific views. Just be aware the trip to the community pool is "up a steep hill" so driving there is better for us older folks LOL! But, the kids loved the hikes up. We saw bears every day and generally found the area wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The location was great and very sensual to everything we wanted to do. The cabin had great space for us to spread out and we even got visited several times by a bear. Josh was a wonderful host and we would return to this property.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful cabin for the weekend to getaway and enjoy time together. The cabin is not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and the views were amazing! We also seen 5 black bears right by our cabin which was a treat and made the whole weekend! The host was communicative and great to work with and the cabin was exactly as described. Would stay again and recommend to others!

We all had a great time at this cabin. Everything they said would be there was and a few extra items as well. All rooms had privacy so great if you have multiple couples and the view from the top deck was gorgeous. Has multiple ways out of you're going to Gatlinburg or pigeon forge so no need for backtracking, and the trolley of you choose to take it, is right at the base of the mountain. Highly recommend. Great time had by all!

I certainly needed this quick vacation to relax and did just that. The property is great! The drive to it is quite fun, but if you don’t like heights, and tight corners, this may not be for you! Josh was great and quick to respond to a minor internet glitch! And the best part…..the bears around us! We loved them, from a distance of course! But it was the highlight of the trip! Everything you need to cook, if you like, is there and we took advantage of the whole cabin. Played pool, watched TV and enjoyed the hot tub with perfect cool weather. I definitely recommend this place and we will go back there next time we’re in Gatlinburg.

With 4 kings beds and 8 beds among the bunks, there was more than enough space for 16 people. The view is fantastic, and the space between the houses is enough that noise is not an issue at all. It feels like you’re all alone with your group.

The house was great for our weekend trip with 4 families. The house and rooms are very large. Plenty of parking. The location was nice being right outside of of Gatlinburg but the trip up the mountain is a little daunting with the steep roads and low visibility (fog). Would definitely recommend arriving before dark and when weather is clear.

The cabin was exactly as it is listed. Accommodated everyone perfectly. Check in and out was great. Cabin is well stocked with essentials. The only real issues we had was the parking doesn’t fit 5 vehicles as suggested and the trash bin isn’t large enough to handle large groups. Overall great stay! Would definitely stay again!

Overall, we had a great stay at Josh's property for our family Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our group of 16! The check in process was easy and the host left us a Thanksgiving care package which was the cutest surprise. The house was wonderfully decorated for Christmas which also made us super happy! The first night we were there, we saw a precious family of bears which was very exciting. We would absolutely stay here again if a few updates were made such as: - broken shower knob in the down stairs shower - paint touch ups - some walls need cleaning - upgraded bedding (we had to buy a $100 mattress topper the second day because the downstairs bed was so uncomfortable)

Our family of 13 stayed on this property. We enjoyed being there. It was centrally located that fit all our needs. The only thing we would recommend if you have a big group like we did. Scatter out times for showers due to hot water! The manager responded promptly if we had any questions. All in all this cabin was great for our family! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
