Our family meet in Gatlinburg for a family type reunion there was 20 of us in total and there was plenty of space every bedroom has a bathroom so that was awesome!!if you got a large group this place is perfect and you can be on the main drag in less than 10 mins and that’s driving and parking!! We love the Smoky Mountains didn’t want to come home!! We saw bears everyday! I’d give this place a 5star! Very close to perfect!!

Booked this property to stay at for my wedding and it was spacious, clean, and well equipped! Everyone loved it and we will be booking again!

Thank you Justin and Kari for letting us use your beautiful cabin for our trip. We had an amazing time. The property was very clean and organized. We would recommend that if you have a big family to stay here.
5.0
From beginning to end, our stay was amazing! Justin sent helpful information, offers, and was very helpful with any questions we had. This house was perfect and super close to downtown. We had so much fun enjoying our girl's trip. Will definitely be back. We even saw Nelly, the local black bear the first night we were there.

Huge house. Perfect for our homeschool basketball coast nationals. Everything was great. The floors in the kitchen need some love but everything else was great. Would book again!

Great rental property for large groups. Seven bedrooms, seven full baths and two half baths. Great open layout in the kitchen and living room and dining room. Great entertainment area downstairs. Super clean property. Great host with great communication. Only negatives were the laminate floors around the kitchen island were loose and broken and needed to be replaced and were somewhat of a fall and trip hazard. The porch decks could use a cleaning. And there was a lot of trash around the property from the trash can bins that needed to be cleaned up. Overall a great place to stay, and would book again.
2.0
Overall decent but needs better management. Steep icy driveway which caused minor injuries, extra expense/ time spent clearing/ damage to vehicles. Had to carry luggage up an icy hill 75 yards. No salt or shovels available as told by host. Too much heat on 3rd floor and not enough on 1st. No hot water on 1st. Loose flooring in kitchen. Crockpot barely works. Insufficient bath linen. Broken floor broom. Kitchen drawers won’t stay shut. Missing knob on sauna tub timer. Fireplace gas log pilot light hard to light, should be left on! FILTHY outdoor grill and empty grease covered tank. Outdoor stairways should have snow screens, very icy and unsafe. Honestly, if I owned this, I would be highly upset my patron houseguests had to suffer the mismanagement of my property and the host should be ashamed of himself. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN!

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Excellent communication from the host- very clear and easy check in and check out information.

The size and location was perfect for our large extended family! It was only about 1 mile from the main strip in Gatlinburg. We could see Anakeesta from our second floor porch! Maybe 2-3 miles from a large food city grocery store. Very handy location for everyone for everything we wanted to do!
The property was all as advertised and the size and sleeping arrangements were perfect. The hot tub was not functional unfortunately and we were looking forward to that. It needs some attention to some items like the plumbing in some baths and some work on the laminate floors. And I would request more space for trash. In a house that large that can hold 26 people, a lot of trash is created and there was limited space to dispose of it. Lastly, some updated smart TV’s would be great but not a deal breaker. Just tough to keep up with multiple remotes! But definitely 4 out of 5 stars for the overall condition. 5 star overall for the trip though!
Justin, the property manager I dealt with was amazing! He text information all hours of the day and on weekends and had no problem answering stupid questions. He Apologized numerous times for the inconvenience of the hot tub and even gave us some credit back and a discount to use in the future!
All the BEARS was the best part! We got to see black bears all five days we were there! The kids absolutely loved it! Adults too! At one point we seen six different bears on the property at one time! And could view from a safe distance!
5.0
Everything was as shown and as expected. Very nice cabin, with very nice, remote, quiet feel, while still a very close, short, easy drive into town (even bike-able or walkable in nice weather).
Getting our visit by the bears was an awesome experience and highlight to the stay!
4.0
Overall, we would stay here again.
Positives: Close to town! The Bears - They were the highlight of our trip, we sat out and watch them play for hours! The amount of bathrooms - every room as a bathroom attached! The big open kitchen/living room on the main floor. This accommodated all 20 of us with extra beds and extra rooms! The porches were wonderful!
Negatives: Upon arrival, the hot tub cover was destroyed and the water was brown and dirty. We assumed the bears had some fun! Someone came back out to clean the hot tub. However, we never went swimming in it because the bears continued to jump in over and over throughout the trip. So if you are looking for a place with a hot tub that is usable, this is probably not a good option. After confirming that a grill was on the property before arrival, we all bought steaks to cook on Friday night. We turned the grill on and it would not heat up and only like one burner was working. After asking and communicating with the owner, he sent someone out to fix it on Saturday Morning. Also, we thought the house was tucked in by itself, but they are building multiple houses right in front of this home.
Overall - Was a wonderful stay. The owner fixed all of our concerns. We enjoyed every minute of the stay and would 100% come back again! The bears made our trip memorable.

Family of 12 stayed with plenty of room. Really enjoyed it.

Entire family had fun. Close enough for a short drive to the tourist attractions and far enough away to be away from it. Beautiful home at the top of a culd-a-sac. We had a great time with the local bear Nellie (not aggressive and tended to stay away while we were outside). We had a wonderful experience!

House was perfect for the group we had, loved all the parking for our bikes. Saw a lot of bears and turkeys while we were there. Would have given 5 stars but the back drive if the house could use some attention. Other than that we will be booking agin in the future.
5.0
We had nearly twenty people staying with us and the property easily accommodated all of us. The many bathrooms really were nice to have and appreciated by all. We had bears visit us (a mother and four cubs) which was exciting. A little scary until we quickly realized they had no interest in us, just the trash cans. We did not feel unsafe at all. It would have been nice to have a larger refrigerator and larger dining area, but honestly it worked out just fine and everyone was very happy with the property.

This was a great cabin to host a big group and is in a great location. Located in a pretty private environment but still just a short drive away from all the action. Hosts were very responsive and everything was set up perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

Like the property. The rooms are big. Good wate pressure. Hot water is quick.

There was a refrigerator outside unplugged which we could have surely used but couldn’t. The house is great. The bears visited daily’s mom bear with four cubs made at least 3 appearances. The area activities were super. We did several activities done 4 years ago. We had a great time.

First of all, this is a lovely cabin, and our family enjoyed our stay. The property managers were quick to respond to requests, however I cannot provide a 5 star review for property that has broken furniture, faucets/sinks that don't work properly, beds that are not completely made. The cabin was lacking light bulbs. We replaced all that were available, but I learned that nearly every room was missing bulbs. The eating area has three enormous dining room tables, but the space will not accommodate all of the tables with chairs. When we arrived the space looked like a storage area with chairs and tables strewn here and there. Even though the property has solid surface flooring, it still needs to be mopped. Within minutes of arrival children's feet were all dirty. The table lamp in the living room that sat on a small end table kept falling over because the table is broken. We eventually put the lamp on the floor to prevent it from breaking. I don't think the windows have been cleaned for a very long time... Possibly more than a year. The Kitchen has a crock pot, but no crock. It's great that there is an extra fridge/freezer, but it has not been defrosted for a very long time limiting the freezer space. The one king bed off the living room was made with a flat queen sheet on the bottom instead of a fitted sheet. The top bunks were not fully made with both sheets. We realize that bunk beds are hard to make, but if your going to offer them, you should make them before.
5.0
We had a great stay at this property. There were 15 of us with 6 different families being represented coming from all over. We had plenty of space. The living room area was big enough and we spent most of our time out on the deck enjoying the beauty of God's creation.
We had wildlife walking through the property throughout the week. Turkeys, black bears and even a coyote one day. We watched it all from the deck. It was only a few minutes outside of the strip in Gatlinburg, but you would have never known you were that close. It was peaceful and serene.
The house was very clean when we got there. There were a few of the 2nd sinks in bathrooms that were not working and the water pressure/hot water did struggle a bit when we were all getting ready to head out in the morning. The one night we used the grill, only one part of the the grill would light, so that slowed up cooking a bit. None of that soured things for us, though.
Overall, we would highly recommend this home as a great place to stay and a great value for the price. We would stay there again. You can't beat the location, the scenery and the chance to sit on the deck and watch the wildlife stroll through. Thank you for a great experience!!

Large house, lots of deck space. The check-in process was a bit difficult as we didn't get directions until after arrival, but overall a very good experience. Would go back for sure!

Our large group really enjoyed staying in this cabin. Justin was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire stay. The cabin is gorgeous, spacious, and very close to the strip. It also had plenty of space to park multiple vehicles. We would recommend any sizable group looking for a place to stay in Gatlinburg to truly consider this one.

This cabin was an amazing place for our family to stay. It was a great location to downtown Gatlinburg (less than 10 min) and it had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was great that couples and kids were all able to have their own rooms with a full bathroom. The cabin was clean and communication from the owner was fantastic! I highly recommend this beautiful cabin! BONUS: We were welcomed by Nelly and her cub 2x! It was an unreal experience!

This house is in a great location with lots of space. There were a few problems but the manager tried to correct them quickly although the internet went out and we were unable to use the wifi TVs and that was not fixed while we were there. We asked for an early checkin since the house was empty and clean prior to our arrival but that was denied and when we got there the entire house was 45 degrees. It took hours to get it livable and we had a 5 month old with us. We have rental properties and try to be more accommodating. The space was great, lots of rooms and bathrooms for our party of 14 and close to everything. Other than the cold and checkin it is a great property.

This great cabin feels secluded but is just minutes from town. The drive up there isn't too steep, and as far as Gatlinburg driveways go, there was lots of parking (held our 6 vehicles just fine), and while it's a bit steep, it's not too steep at all. Each room has a private bath - which was great & it was sparkling clean - not a cob web or dust bunny in sight!!! And, I am picky about cleanliness!! Beds were decent & very clean - I brought my own pillows because I am particular, so if you are too, I'd suggest you do the same. The kitchen is great for a group & they even had an extra half fridge which we really needed, so that was perfect for storing the sodas and waters. When we arrived, we were even welcomed by some beautiful wild turkeys! Excellent stay, thank you!!

My Family and I really enjoyed this property, very spacious and comfy, it makes you feel in a loving home, it has everything you need and more! The kitchen was very stoked with everything you need for those that likes to cook, all bedrooms has their on bathrooms which to me is a super win. Great location,
Just like 4min from the downtown. For sure my family and I created beautiful memories in this house!

We found out on day 1 after checking in that we had no hot water. Since we are black I will say we went back to slavery time and management did not care. We had to boil hot water to take baths. Imagine 18 adults boiling water daily just to get a wash up. Once we found out the hot water heater was outside and frozen we got no apologies from the host. When we asked for compensation, they gave us $520 in compensation!! REALLY!!!!!!!!!! I wonder what the compensation would have been if we were not African American. Then when I told host this was not sufficient in a email he stopped responding to me! I would not advise anyone to stay at a property that this host has because he does not have the compassion to call and apologize or even respond back to your demands. We got a short blame on the weather. NO!!! How bout you stupidly have a hot water heater on the outside of the house and made no plans for cold weather coming in! The host and manager knew a week in advance that freezing temperatures were coming and they made no preparations. All they care about is the money!! I will post this on all social media and make sure that no one uses a cabin under this host or any management that he represents! Worst Christmas ever and we owe it all to this management and host!! So, if you are thinking about renting this cabin I would advise against it because if something goes wrong they don’t care.

This property had good parking, 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, ample space, entertainment room. Plenty of room to accommodate our 23 people in our group. Nelly (the bear) made her appearance several times & gave such joy to the team. ONLY complaint is to have the hot tub on the 2nd or 3rd floor as there was only 1 way in & if the bear came up, it would have been a bit scary. Luckily she strolled past us on the land. Woke up to a bit of snow which was beautiful!

Very clean and huge property to accommodate everyone.
