Can't compliment this place enough, exceeded my expectations in all areas. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. One of my fondest memories was when he helped us chop wood for a fire. Highly recommend!

Located in a traditional peaceful bulgarian village

The location was amazing, as this is located in a traditional bulgarian village and the views are amazing. We enjoyed the shared bbq area, but you must buy food from outside the village. The hosts were very helpful as they guided us on where to go to buy the food. It was a nice experience to interact with the locals even though they could not speak english, however google translate is your friend, and it was nice to see animals close up (e.g cows, cats and dogs).

Unfortunately, the last part of the road leading to the entrance is a little bit bumpy. The downstairs shower had a certain odor. Also, there is a sauna and coffee pods at a fee.

The house is spacious, cosy and have everything necessary in the kitchen! It was spotless clean. The host is very nice and welcoming. I highly reccomend the home made bio breakfast from the housekeeper!

One of the best places you could stay at

The location and view are exceptional. Spacious and cosy villas with everything a family with young children might need. Communication with the host was perfect and the lady who does the cleaning was very nice bringing us home made breakfast every morning. We tried 5 or 6 different options and everything was very good, only the tikvenik was a bit too sweet for our taste. Breakfast, coffee capsules, charcoal and sauna are paid extra. There are plenty of things to do around but even just staying in the village is enough for a great holiday.

Some of the doors need changing or fixing because they squeak or don't close. A microwave would make a good addition to the kitchen. I personally did not like the fact that all liquid soaps and washing up liquids were diluted but the other people in our group did not mind it.

Great place with a fantastic view. The house was super spaciousc and comfy. Vasko (the host) was also super communicative and responsive. Would certainly recommend.

Great value for the money with amazing view.

The view was absolutely amazing and the village is full of friendly people. Almost everything about the stay was wonderful. Hosts prepared all additional requests upon arrival. Gave us access to a smaller barbecue and gave us wood to prepare the barbecue. We were offered home-made breakfast for additional payment and we recommend it - very tasty and the price is excellent! Both the villas were clean, the beds were big and the bathrooms were excellent! Kitchen is OK - it has just the essentials, but enough if you are prepared (pots and pans were enough, there is no pantry with salt, oil, vinegar and spices). There is dishwasher, which makes the cleaning afterwards great - capsules were provided for free. All TVs were smart and you could play Youtube and Netflix on them or you can just use it to watch cable TV.

Most of the things we did not like are very minor, but still do not meet the high standards - we had to purchase additional coffee capsules from the host, which for us is kind of odd. All soap and dish washing liquids were filled with about 30% actual product and 70% water. In one of the villas the temperature did not get above 23C degrees in the big rooms and above 21C in all bedrooms.

Harmony, nature, comfort- amazing place!

This is a one-of-a-kind place full of energy! The concept is amazing- modern villas with all facilities that you may need, comfort beds, great atmosphere and nature all around! It was so relaxing to have my coffee on the sunny terrace enjoying the wonderful mountain view. I really felt recharged only after one day at farmhopping village and definitely will come again! There are many places for walk around, the host has prepared even a very nice map where you could go during your stay. The locals are also very welcoming. Vasil told me that in spring and summer you could buy farmers products in the village (eggs, milk, cheese, the traditional bean, vegetables). 100% recommended if you would like to immerse in the village lifestyle and find yourself in a perfect harmony! Lovely place

Everything. The position is really good and close to Bansko. The view is breathtaking and Vasil was super nice, helping us and making us feel at home. And the most important, the village is pet friendly 🙂

Overall good quality house but expected at least some toiletries, basic cooking ingr. like s&p

It was clean and well heated for the winter season. Good size of rooms.

I did not like the fact that there were no toiletries, basic cooking ingredients like salt and pepper and we had to pay additionally for the woods for the fireplace and the sauna which was in the private house.

Very good

The location and the view The villas are quite new you can tell and they are cozy The kitchen is well equiped and there is small portable bbq in case you don't wanna go to the common area.

There were no curtains in the house and this was a bit creepy as everyone who passes sees what you're doing. Second we were in the middle. House and right by it there was a trampoline and the kids from the other house came like at 8 am and screamed Also the bbq area is very small If one house goes there first the others can't use it.

Great family trip with an incredible view!

The location fantastic and the view the best we have ever had in Bulgaria. The internet was reliable and the hosts helpful but not intrusive. We were there during the middle of the week and had the property to ourselves. We will plan to come back!

Some of the interior doors could use minor adjustment so they shut properly without squeaking.

Exceptional

Great location in a wonderful small village nestled between 3 mountains. Very close to Bansko. The host was very polite and always there to help. The houses are very big and spacious and the rooms were very clean and spacious enough too. Lots of room for parking. Thank you for the hospitality!

Superb

Really spacious and fully equipped house with the best view ever, nice yard and barbecue.

If they fix all the strange or badly made things and pay just a little more attention to the cleanliness, it would be the perfect place to stay.
