Пълна трагедия, не отговаря на описанието

Като цяло 6 човека не бяхме очаровани от престоя си на това място.

Не ни работеше климатика в 40 градусова жега с бебе на 3 мес. Вътрешния басейн, СПА зоната и фитнеса не функционираха, въпреки че го пишеше в екстрите за престой. Храната не беше вкусна, а беше скъпа (намерих косъм в салатата си и конфитюра на закуска беше развален). Нямаше частен паркинг, а го пише. Нямаше ПОС терминал в ресторанта. Външният басейн не беше частен за гостите на хотела, а идваха външни хора и ставаше нетърпима лудница (Не вярвам да е чисто, след като през уикенда се изсипваше цялото село на басейнче, "ден година храни"). Цяла вечер нямахме топла вода, което с малко бебе е огромно неудобство. Близо час нямахме вода и ток. Пълна трагедия. Не препоръчвам на никой. За това, което получихме, престоя беше доста скъп. Хотелът е в самото село, не в полите на планината, както пише. Така и не разбрахме какво го прави ЕКО. Много прехвалвания за нищо, жалко за високия, изцяло неоправдан и изкуствено завишен рейтинг в Booking. Съжаляваме горчиво, че го посетихме. Описанието на услугите и екстрите подвежда и няма почти нищо общо с действителността. Нямаше шампоанчета и сапунчета в банята, както пише в описанието и както предлагат в другите хотели за удобство, а някакви пълнители с евтин сапун. През деня и вечерта имаше сватба и беше свободна само външната част на ресторанта, където пушеха на всички маси около нас. Не разбрахме какво беше специалното на закуската - беше шведска маса. Детската площадка беше изключително малка. Нямаше обособено място за почивка за гостите на хотела. Описанията им лъжат и подвеждат. Жалко, че от Booking предлагат такива места. Нямаше осигурени рампи нито в хотела, нито на басейна за детски колички и инвалидни колички - за мен с бебешка количка на 2 етаж без асансьор ми беше изключително голямо неудобство по стълбите. Отзивите са на група от 6 човека.

Absolutely fantastic

Everything just wish we'd stayed longer. Absolutely amazing place, the staff were so helpful and friendly, the food was excellent, to be honest I can't recommend this hotel enough. Well worth a visit :-) Breakfast was really nice and plenty of choice.

Dissapointing experience

Big rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast

- The bathroom was very weird by design. Even though it was quite big, the shower was placed in the middle, on one of the walls, with no curtain or shower tub. The result of every shower was splashing water all over the bathroom and a floor filled with water and wet for a long time after the shower, which is very uncomfortable to use - The personnel hardly speaks any English, so it's very difficult to get information, especially in the restaurant - The pool is not located in the hotel, but in an adjacent building and it closed by 7 PM, when we arrived, so we couldn't use it, which was disappointing, as this was one of the reasons for picking this location.

very nice stay

Breakfast was very good . The hotel is located near the river and it is so nice to hear it when you are outside, inside the room we couldn't hear it. It has a nice outdoor space with playground for the children, very nice plants and the sounds of the river...so wanderful. The room was very good, very clean hotel, polite staff. I would recommmend the hotel to anyone who wants a holiday in a nice and clean hotel and spa .

Its a good place, but they are definitely not targeting traveling people with kids

Food and location are pretty good to be honest, in addition they also have beautiful garden.

Just before our arrival it was rainy, which justify to some extend that our apartment was flooded with water, but what truly set me was that the receptionist didn’t really knew what to do or was even interested in seeing with his own eyes, so he called the owner and kept repeating “they said it was flooded” which… long story short we ended up with two rooms instead of apartment with kitchen and we were traveling with a baby :(

Nice place but there is place for improvements

Wonderful big balcony. Nice location for some waterfall walk in the Belasitsa mountains. They have a good restaurant and in fact the cook is the only English speaker and once he helped us to clarify the pool schedule problem.

The staff doesn't speak English at all and probably due of this issue they look unfriedly for non Bulgarian speakers. The kitchen of our apartment required major improvements is almost empty, and when we used the oven the electricity stopped in our room. The cleaning could be improved as well. 2 days from 5, they closed the pool earlier due of no too many customers that its completely unpolite since we choose this place for the pool and we paid for it.

Pleasant

One part of the hotel seems to be completely new . It is clean . Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good.

In the description of the hotel there was a spa center , 2 swimming pools. In reality at the moment of our visit , only one swimming pool was open and it wasn't even private for the hotel but open for outside guests. There was no spa center and the second pool was closed. We had 2 rooms in one of them air con wasn't functionning properly. There was no hot water during the night and even no water at all at one point.

Superb value for money. A very good hotel in most aspects.

The hotel is great. Situated in a village at the foothills of Belasica mountain, it has a great courtyard where you can also sit and dine if you don't want to sit inside. The rooms are big, well furnished and bright. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is big. The spa has everything one would expect. The restaurant is cheap and the food is decent-to-good. Especially the salads are great. Overall this is a great value for money.

Some of the pillows were lumpy so I did not get a good night sleep the first night. Unfortunately the included breakfast is made with low quality ingredients which is quite disappointing. The coffee included with breakfast is nes, not espresso.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Eco Hotel Momata. The manager, receptionist, and all of the staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and well furnished, and the restaurant served great Bulgarian cuisine. The spa was well maintained, with a terrific pool, steam room and sauna.

Superb

Everything was good, we enjoyed a lot staying there. Clean rooms, multiple options for breakfast. Unfortunately, we were just crossing by and we could'nt enjoy the pool which looked amazing. The only think that we think that could be better overall is for personal to improve a little bit their english in order to be simplier for both parties. The manager was full of joy and energy and we wanted to connect more but unfortunatelly we don't understand the local language.
