Copperhead Cabin is a unique barn style cabin with Shou Sugi Ban siding and a metal copper roof. Front, side and two rear decks show off the beautiful beginning of the 25 acres available for exploring that include 60ft rock walls, treed hills and two creeks that come together in the middle of the property. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or hammock. There is plenty of seating around the fire pit for s'mores and chatting about the day.
This cabin can sleep 9. The Loft has room for 5 (Twin Bed, Full Bed and a Daybed with a trundle pull out). The main floor sleeps 2 in the King Bedroom and the walk out finished basement sleeps 2 in the Queen Bedroom. All three levels have a full bathroom with shower.
The main floor has a two-story great room with comfy seating and a large TV for those who want it. Adjacent to the great room is the kitchen and eating area. The large kitchen table seats 6 and there are 4 bar chairs at the peninsula in the very well stocked kitchen. The chef of the family will love the 4 X 3 window above the sink to look out at the beautiful woods or see what the kids are doing on the deck.
The walk out basement has a pool table for bringing everyone together and another lounging area with a TV and DVD player. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside of the walkout basement is a deck with a hammock and a hot tub that overlook the wooded hills. Keep your eyes open for deer!

We have cameras facing the driveways for security purposes.
**Remember this cabin is in the woods. Wifi is not perfect. Streaming online is a "maybe". **

This was a great house for our annual girls getaway. The house was great! Well made, extremely clean and lots of room. Very comfortable couches and bedding and we had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprized that the loft beds were not bunked. Hot tub was geat and we really enjoyed the firepit.

Amazing property and location. Not too far of a drive from hocking hills, but they have some hiking trails on the property (can be pretty steep at times), but definitely worth the time to check out. Communication was great and of you want to just relax and enjoy nature this place is fantastic as well!

Second time staying here. It was beautiful and relaxing. Wish we didn’t hear the construction but that happens when they're building more cabins. Such a good place to stay :)

Absolutely perfect Hocking Hills cabin. More then enough room for 6 adults. Loved the outdoor spaces: porch, fire pit… and the beds were outstanding!!! We all slept great!! Very new construction. Great location, easy to find and not far to local attractions. Hope to come back again… 4 stars!!

We have stayed in a lot of cabins over the years, but this one was by far the best. Everything was new, updated and very clean. The rooms were gorgeous, the fire pit was perfect and everything about the place was charming! It was perfect for our group and if we are ever back in the area we will be staying here again!!

We wanted to get away for some hiking and enjoying the outdoors without making a long drive. Hocking Hills and Copperhead Canyon were perfect! The house was perfect, the layout, both inside and out really worked well for us with children from 4 years old, parents and grandparents! The kitchen had everything we needed! We enjoyed hanging out at the fire pit every night. Will definitely be back!

My family and I absolutely loved the beauty and cleanliness of our Copperhead cabin! I loved having a full kitchen to prepare food in. The game room with the pool table was definitely a bonus, as was the hot tub!! The beds were so comfortable and we were supplied with plenty of pillows and blankets. The location was private but close enough to drive to local attractions. We hope to return in the future! And we highly recommend!!

Very welcoming great communication. Air conditioner went out while we were there sent someone immediately and was fixed. Would definitely recommend this place and if I was returning to Hocking Hills, I would definitely stay there again beautiful beautiful home.

Beautiful cabin the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room for the family to relax and spend time together. The pool table and hot were a big hit for the kids and adults as well. The beautiful balconies with seating were also a nice place to relax. We also utalized the fire pit area both nights we stayed. We had an issue with the hot tu. The first nighy we were there and Mechele was quick to respond and came down and fixed it righy away! Will definitely book again and recomend to family and friends!

This is our second year staying at Copperhead Cabin for our annual girls trip. Mechele is a pleasure working with and always accessible. The house is beautiful and always super clean. The property is so quiet and peaceful, but a close drive to anything you may need. We will definitely be coming back again next year!

We stayed at Copperhead Cabin April 6-11 celebrating my birthday with two other couples. Perfect size for our group. This cabin is beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about it. The home was spotless upon entry. The kitchen was the best fully stocked kitchen we have encountered during our many VRBO rentals. Beds were super comfy. Hot tub was fabulous and we loved the outdoor deck conversation set and fire pit areas. We played many games of pool and enjoyed the board games as well during our evenings after hiking all day. The owner is very responsive and kept in touch with us and answered any questions we had. Check in was a breeze. The only negative is that we had to leave. Thank you Mechele for sharing your beautiful home with us. If we plan a trip back to the area we will definitely be staying at Copperhead.

We had a great stay here. House was really nice and clean. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for my family of 5. We didn’t even use the bedroom downstairs because the kids all wanted to sleep in the loft, but we did enjoy a few games of pool downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

This cabin is exactly what is advertised. We had 8 adult woman in the house and we were all soooo comfortable. We loved that we could be in the kitchen, or at the table, or in the living room and still be together. Everything was flawless. Super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed! We sat, ate, drank, played pool, sat in the hot tub. Truly the weekend we needed! If you are looking for a clise place to hike, we did caldwell cliffs - very easy to get to from the house and the views there were amazing! Highly recommend, in fact, some of the girls are going to book this cabin for their families!

This property is amazing. The host has thought of everything. Detailed instructions on how to find the place were given prior to check in. The house was immaculately cleaned. The cabin was even better than the photos! We enjoyed the cabin, we played a few games and enjoyed the quiet. We went to the trails near by and we got to experience this with the snow falling, it was nothing less than magical. Thank you for such a great weekend away!

This was our second stay at Copperhead and, once again, it did not disappoint. Compared to other properties this one is conveniently close to the highway yet secluded from the road so you feel alone! The house itself is impeccably clean and meticulously maintained. Communication and check in were flawless. We’ll definitely be back!

We just stayed at the house from January 25-29 and absolutely loved our stay there. The house was super clean and easily accessible. The owner was communicative and responsive. The house had all of your needs to stay in but also wasn't too far if you wanted to go out. The house was about 20-25 minutes from the major hiking trails but we enjoyed the drive through hilly Ohio to get to them. The hot tub was fantastic, unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use the firepit. If we plan to return in the fall, we will definitely look to see if this house is available!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was amazing. We had enough space to enjoy ourselves without feeling cramped. Beds were comfortable. WiFi worked great!! My only complaint was that I had to leave. 😍

The property was even more lovely than the photos online. It was super accommodating. Had everything and more that we needed. The best thing was that it was very well insulated and for those wanting to rest could and those that didn’t weren’t a bother. Highly recommend!!

My daughter wanted to take a few friends for a getaway to a cabin for her 16th birthday and this is where we landed. The home is beautiful with so many great amenities. It was decorated for Christmas with a beautiful tree that added the ambiance! The girls enjoyed the hot tub, us 2 adults enjoyed the cozy couches inside. We would stay again and highly recommend this location and the owners!

Well stocked, clean and perfect for families. Communication was great. A but further away from Hocking Hills than we anticipated but was worth the extra drive time. We were not able to get internet during any of our stay but that was ok with us. We will be back!
