Newly built in the traditional style, using locally sourced stone, the six bedroom villa is the epitome of contemporary luxury and style, delivering all the comforts of home, with a little extra opulence!
Each of the six bedrooms is generously proportioned and beautifully furnished, with large windows or French doors opening out onto the terrace, or a private balcony. The property also offers four spacious bathrooms; a separate W.C.; and a large, open-plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen, complete with all the mod cons.
As well as the charmingly maintained terrace, the garden includes a well-equipped barbeque and dining area, and a private swimming pool, overlooking the bay.
Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
Just 1,5 km away from Mikros Gialos, where you can find a selection of excellent bars and restaurants, and gain access to the crystal clear water and immaculate beach, Villa Giapis provides an idyllic location for a dream family holiday.
