I absolutely loved our stay. Our room came with complimentary umbrella and chairs that men set up on beach for you. Beach was just a short walk across the street and had private access for guests only. The view from balcony was priceless. Within walking distance from many shops, restaurants. I would recommend for a couple or 2 friends that wanted a quick beach getaway.

I loved the view it was cozy but definitely needed some new flooring and some updated furniture for the size it could be fixed so cute. But the price was very reasonable we had a great time.

Pros Comfortable bed , warm pool , good food in restaurant, beautiful view Cons Carpet is disgusting, needs painted, shower head sprays everywhere but down , the hallways stink , takes forever to get an elevator, if you’re coming back to your condo at night time you will almost never find a place to park people park there for the restaurant and the tiki bar across street and will park their golf carts in parking garage that states no golf carts and the security guard will roll his eyes at you when there’s no where to park at the “resort” you paid to stay at and say to you what do you want me to do ! Definitely will not stay there again we actually left a day early due to the parking situation

The room have an amazing view! Very small very cozy…but frat houses have better furnitures! I was very disappointed about that. Nightstand was pretty disgusting. Building amenities restrooms DISGUSTING! Won’t be staying in that property again.

We ended up staying here for three nights after booking through Expedia. It was labeled as a “hotel”. This is not the case. It appears to be condos that are rented, which would be fine if that was disclosed upfront. There is no front desk after 5, limited amenities, and we had to take out our own trash lol. Not that big of a deal but really? For a resort we expected perhaps towels for the beach, on-site staff after 5, some type of room cleaning, etc. You do get a chair on the beach and an access code but that’s about it. Again, that’s fine but should clearly be stated when booking. Also, these are connected rooms so you hear every single thing from the room next door as if they were in your room. A little rough. All of that being said, the staff is very very nice but that can only go so far when there’s not much they can do for you.

Had some minor downsides but over all ok. It’s good mostly for just sleeping not for the vibes. In my option they need to upgrade the looks on the rooms. Felt like I was in year 2013.

The condo was perfect for a three day get away. The beach bonfire was awesome, the onsite restaurant the Royal Palm Grille is amazing. Front desk and resort employees were very helpful and provide excellent customer service. We were very pleased and will stay again.

The room I rented was old and worn. Not clean. Stairwells not marked and dirty (I prefer to take stairs when possible). The resort itself has some nice features including the outdoor areas (sky bridge, pool area and sky deck).

The unit was small, but it would have been very comfortable if the air conditioner worked. The fan worked and constantly blew lukewarm air, but the air conditioner only worked two days out of the four whole days that we were there. There was not any table that accompanied the two small chairs on the balcony and in the morning trying to enjoy the sun coming up you had to reach down and place your coffee cup on the concrete balcony deck. It sucked when you pay good money and get terrible accommodations!

We knew the room would be small which was fine, but we didn't know the problems it had coming with it! So, first off they say they offer free Wi-Fi but they don't. There is no modem or router in the room. When we called for help the tech even said they had no signal to our room. Then our fridge was not working and was frozen over we had a toddler with us so we had to have a fridge for milk. When we called for maintenance they said it could be anywhere from 24-48hrs before someone would come out, and which nobody ever did and no call back either! The mattress is like a California king size bed on a king size box spring so when we were sleeping we would roll off the bed because the bed was hanging off the side. The hair dryer that was provided for us caught on fire while using it. There again called maintence and went down to the front desk NOBODY COULD HELP!!! Lastly, they provide you with towels to use, but if you use any of the linens (besides the bed) you must go find the laundry mat and wash them before you leave or you will be fined! Per the list of rules they give you on the sheet in the room. This room is also conjoined with another room and they had access to our room if they chose to unlock it! Super uncomfortable! The beach access code was changed TWICE while we were there and nobody would tell us the code besides other vacationers while we were locked on the beach and couldn't get back to the hotel! I have pictures of things that went wrong as well. I have emailed and emailed and nobody has responded will be calling tomorrow to speak to someone! Also, people at the front desk refused to help us with anything! Just save your money for a much better hotel room!

Great location and view, but this unit needs to be updated to improve marketability! Carpet was yuk, furnishings and wallpaper old! Kitchenette adequate, but dishes must be washed in vanity sink. Served the purpose, but disappointed.

As advertised...my only complaint was that the mini fridge kept freezing everything. Even after adjusting every day. The balcony glass also needs to be cleaned weekly.

Great location! Close to restaurants and access to the beach. Awesome view of the ocean right outside the window! Very uncomfortable bed. Tiny fridge that froze everything even turned to low. Included many small appliances like a blender, toaster, keurig, etc. Internet access is weak and slow.
