The place was very clean and nice. When I seen the photos online before booking I was a little skeptical but when we arrived everything looked so much better than the pictures. Staff at check in were very friendly. My only complaint would be getting woke up early by the construction they were doing to the outside of the place but that was just more motivation to get up and get ready to drive to the beach sooner.

The hotel was clean and near many good food locations. The rooms were clean and so was the lobby. Staff was friendly. The beach is a 5 min drive. It was a little bit run down as far as the building conditions, ice machines, and vending machines. The parking lot was ok. The breakfast options were horrible.

Wonderful hotel!!!! The room was big, confortable, and the staff was AWESOME! Super kind and helpful. The breakfast es very very basic but we are definitely coming back. The location, the parking, everything else is perfect for a family vacation!

Old, not clean... especially the bathroom.

Room was very good and clean. But, my stay was paid in advancement at $490 prior to arrival, and my card was charged an additional $273 by the property for unknown reasons.

The inside was nice but room had limited lighting. Not enough towels and rags. Had to ask 3 times for clean rags and towels. Poor water pressure

My stay was nice overall. The place could use landscaping maintenance - tall weeds all around the building & pool area. Also should not advertise breakfast as a buffet when it's only continental. Muffins & juice are not a "buffet".

Below IHG standards. Extremely limited breakfast options, limited housekeeping, limited staffing. Room was clean, but A/C condensation leaked on the floor constant, TV did not work properly (we were in and out too much that we didn't worry about it, just left TV off and put towel under A/C). Pool area was unkept, weeds growing, broken furniture, no towels. Pool itself was clean and water was great. When asking for towels for the pool, we were told to go to housekeeping ourselves to find some. Staff was friendly and nice, just few and far in between, possibly new and learning? Just not the experience I'm used to when staying in an IHG property.

Checked in to hotel and went up to change so kids could go to the pool. Immediately it felt as if they had the heat blowing through the vents in the hallways, and the lights were very dim. Went back down to the pool and got in and the pool was DIGUSTING. Got back out and went back to the room to shower and miraculously the key stopped working (wasn’t even 20 mins from when we initially went into the room). Went back to the front desk and was told someone would come up to look. Stood at my room for about 10 mins waiting for someone, sweating in the hot hallway with my kids, to the point where we decided to go wait in the air conditioned lobby. Eventually went back to the desk to ask when someone was going up to check on my door and she stated she “thought I was waiting for something else” and printed me another key. Went back up and got to my room to shower in which the bathroom was also dirty. The shower wasn’t fully cleaned and had dirt and looked like mildew around the trims of the shower, so me and my kids did a quick shower with our shoes on. Meanwhile my mom called to speak to a manager in which she informed her the pool was out of service and had been for a while, though there was no signs posted nor were we informed. In fact there were other people swimming in the pool when we got there. She was told the manager was busy but would call me to speak with me directly. Packed our things back up and checked out immediately. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hotel was in a great location as far as eating establishments. Stay in room was good and the room was clean for the most part. Only main complaint I had was that the complimentary breakfast was awful. They really had nothing.If you are a fan of bagels, when they had them , was the only thing they had along with mini muffins and only juice and coffee. The hotel itself was an old Hampton Inn at one point. I would recommend this hotel forrr short stays. All in all it was a good experience with them.

We appreciate the staff working with us but they do not take any cash at all which was a hassle but we worked together and figured it out loved our trip and had an amazing time

To say that this hotel offers "breakfast" is a stretch of the truth. For my three-day stay the milk and yogurt containers were all frozen solid. The cereal "bowls" hold about 1/2 cup of dry cereal. There is a Dunkin just next door - plan to eat breakfast there or somewhere else. The price was good for the summer beach season. Housekeeping brought fresh towels the first day, but I never saw them the second day.

Very close to the mall and outlets as well as the beach. Only thing that i suggest for this place to be better is a hot breakfast. i got a little tired of eating a bagel or frozen waffle lol. Otherwise awesome stay!

Hotel was clean and A/C was cold… that’s just about all I need. Breakfast is pretty Mid but not a dealbreaker

They offer breakfast, but a cold breakfast. It's not a proper breakfast. High humidity in the rooms. Partly that's why the air conditioner year water on the floor. This was a problem in several rooms. The customer service was still good, the hotel was so clean.

It was a very nice trip. The only problem I kept having was having to deal with them keep taking money out of my account that put his strain on our spending. It ended up Hotels.com had to give us a refund because the hotel debited our account for the full amount. Again, that put a big strain on her spending and we had to cut a lot of our plans out I’m not really sure if I could book again this way it was really hard But all in all the hotel itself was really nice

Electronic locking mechanism was loose on the door and rattled around. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. The hallways were so hot - they clearly do not air-condition the upper room halls.

I paid a little more than I would have paid at comfort inn and suites thinking it would have been better. Next time I’ll just go with my gut and stay elsewhere. The bathroom with the most light, all 4 plugs did not work. The refrigerator froze my fruit so I had to throw away 20bucks worth fruit. I went to make coffee and there was not sugar or creamer for coffee. I stayed on 3rd floor and the ice machine doesn’t work therefore had to go to another floor. The ice bag looked like it had been used and had a hole in it. The tv is to complicated and would not change channels. So my fridge hole stay I watched one station. You also need lights in the parking lot it is not safe for single women. Hope this helps you improve your hotel.

The hotel was very clean and greatly located. Lots of options close by to eat, shop, etc.Great price as well!

For almost $500 per night per room I expected more. They had to take towels, sheets, pillows and blankets from other rooms and guests after we had already arrived in order to accommodate because they said they didn’t have enough for all the rooms, then you had to pay extra if you wanted to wash anything (I have stayed at many other hotels in this price range where these features are included due to the price). Their all inclusive breakfast consisted of 3 muffins, 4 bagels, 4 yogurts, and a few mini frozen waffles…for the entire hotel I had a business call so I stayed for two hours in the lobby watching to see if it was ever stocked with anything else and it was not. Massively overpriced, poor service, poor quality….this location either opened prematurely and is scamming customers or is on their way out. Evoke chain has now lost me as a customer for life.

In the middle of the night the fire alarm went on . Like 8 times we can barely could sleep . My husband went to ask what what’s happening and they said nothing was happening.

The cabinet door to my refrigerator was broken, there was hair in the bathroom (and I’m bald so it’s not me!) the outside doors all said they were locked and you needed a room key to get in— but they were not. There were always open and unlocked. And the icing on the cake, the fire alarm would not stop going off. They at least transferred me to another hotel.
