This is a large 4 bedroom , three story family style home. A former Inn called the "Sea Breeze"! There are plenty of couches and a futon, a great supplement for extra beds. The ground level changing stalls and spacious shower is wonderful after a long day in the sun! The 40 foot three season porch has comfortable seating and amazing view of the Nubble Light House as well as Boon Island. The house is located on a double lot, which provides an ample sized grassy yard for countless activities.
Short sands is less than 2 miles away.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. We love it so much and find it very relaxing. It is in the perfect location, Plenty of space for everyone, and everything you need for your beach vacation. Paul and Jennifer are wonderful to deal with and are great with their communication. This comfy home is in the perfect location! Easy beach access and the best front porch(enclosed ) to see Nubble light, sailboats and fire works! Very clean and family friendly !

House was large and well appointed. Hosts had everything we needed. Just bring beach towels, clothes and food. So easy. Plenty of parking. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great week and will definitely be back.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owners were helpful, responsive and a delight. The house was everything we wanted, from the location to the great spaces inside the house for us to gather together or to have some alone time. The front porch is an absolute delight for the sunrise and the back porch for amazing sunsets. There were great toys for the kiddos to play on that kept them occupied for hours when we needed a break from the beach. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed. Just a fantastic time and already have our next trip booked!

This is our 3rd year renting and we just love it perfect spot we can’t wait to come back year after year could not ask for better ! House has everything and more with a few extras thank you Jennifer😊! And she’s right there if need anything or just a quick question porch , beach , back patio everything is just beautiful! Plenty of room, parking and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Specious backyard and a lovely enclosed front porch for that great ocean view. We made some wonderful family memories there. Love it!

We were so happy to find this home to stay in for our family get away! This home was in the perfect location and had everything you need. The front porch is the gem of this house as it faces the ocean and the watching the sunrise every morning was amazing, we spent so much time on the porch just enjoying the view and each others company. Paul and Jennifer were great with communication, we could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you so much!!

Great location. Big house with a lot of kitchen accessories. Dated and not very clean and the main shower is in the basement which is uncomfortable for some people. Owner is terrific

A family vacay for the books!
We had a fabulous time at the beach house at york! Can’t beat the view and the proximity to the beach. It was very roomy and perfect for a larger group. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the salt air breeze. Loved the fire pit and the front porch! Thank you for a great stay.

This is the second year we've stayed here on Long Sands. I don't even know how I can explain what a wonderful experience our family had in this wonderful beach house! We enjoyed relaxing and spending time with family, some who visited and some who stayed. The location is on the quieter end of the beach. You lose the beach at high tide but there are stairs and some rocks where you can enjoy time in the beach chairs provided while waiting for the sand to return. (which also keeps some of the beachgoers away, choosing to go further down the beach. ;-) ) The walk from the house to the far end of the beach is about 2 miles round trip, which we enjoyed very much! The house has everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation, whether you decide to make elaborate meals or go out to the local restaurants. (several within walking distance) We used the gas grill for a cookout one afternoon, which was a lot of fun!
The view of Nubble Light right from the picture window on the porch, can't be beat!!! I'm not a morning person, but I had to get up each morning to watch the sunrise!!! It's an absolutely beautiful experience!
The beds were comfortable and plentiful. There is room for at least 12 people to sleep in actual beds upstairs plus there are several couches to add extra sleeping space. This house is so big, you can find a place to have a little time to yourself even with a large group.
There are plenty of puzzles and games there, which we used on our first visit, but this visit we brought our own Nubble Light puzzle that we had purchased during our trip the year before! We had 3 "littles" visit one afternoon and they were excited to use some of the many toys available.
If you need to stay connected, the wifi is excellent. There are two TVs in the house. (one in the living room and one on the porch, so you can watch the game with a beautiful view of the beach)
Jen and Paul are very easy to work with and communication is excellent!

Fabulous house!
We had a wonderful time at this fabulous house! Plenty of room for our group of 9. Every amenity we needed was there. The front porch overlooking the ocean is priceless. Being steps from the beach is super convenient. This was our second stay and we hope to be back again!

Family vacation
Loved the whole experience from check in to check out. Plenty of room inside and outside with a gorgeous enclosed front porch. They even had games, chairs and beach stuff. We rented next year.

Everything we had hoped for and more!
We stayed here with a large group of 3 families, 6 adults, 7 kids and 1 dog and it was absolutely perfect for us! So much room for everyone. There were outdoor toys for the kids to play with out back when they needed a break from the beach or when the tide was up. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook/ eat. Jennifer was extremely helpful with anything we needed and truly cared about us having the best time. The house felt like home and made our trip the best one yet! We will miss this home terribly as they’re all booked up for 2022 but as soon as we’re able to, we will be booking for 2023 and every year thereafter!
