A very unique and premier rental on Lake Hartwell directly across the lake from Clemson University. Capture the views of Tillman Hall, Death Valley, and the Walker Course from your living room, porch, and bedroom windows. This home sits just three miles from Clemson University. One of the best lakefront rental properties in this area with an unobstructed view of beautiful Lake Hartwell. This home features four bedrooms with two master suites. Open floor plan allows for large family gatherings. Relax outside on one of the two large porches. Underneath the new addition offers another large and shaded area that could be used for entertainment.. Bring your own boat or rent from Clemson Marina. Clemson Marina is within walking distance and offers boat rentals, gas, dining, and a playground for kids. The dock associated with this house is one of the largest covered platform docks allowed on this lake and sits in deep water. The shoreline also consists of approximately 150 feet of white sand. This is a family owned home that is very clean, updated, and well maintained. Property also offers a very spacious front yard that could also be used for recreation. Cornhole boards are included. The perfect getaway home for vacation and/or Clemson related events.

The house was perfect for Clemson parents weekend, although we weren't there as much to enjoy everything it had to offer the convince of getting to campus was fantastic. The house was very clean and comfortable. Next time a longer stay.

Our family absolutely loved our stay this weekend. The property location was PERFECT. Great views, convenient to the boat landing, house size & accomodations were just right. We loved the home and rented a boat for the amazing dock on the lake! It was absolutely perfect for a family visit to attend our son’s Clemson graduation. Location on the lake is prime, so close to campus and accommodations were perfect.

This is a great property with plenty of room for fun and family. We enjoyed a week's stay. Lots of family gatherings and never felt crowded. Very quiet and serene and felt quite safe. No baby furnishings available so need to make your own arrangements. A baby gate would be helpful to block staircase to lower level. Communications with property host were easy and helpful. We'd definitely recommend others rent the place and will look into re-renting when we return to Seneca area.

We absolutely had the best time at this perfect house! The only complaint we had is that time went way too fast! The hosts are super nice and responded quickly each time we reached out. Our family made a lot of good memories and we loved it!

Great house in the perfect location. We spent the entire time indoors due to heavy rains, but we still made the best of it. Short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication with the owner.

We recently stayed here for our son’s college graduation. This house was perfect for our family which ranged in age from 16-70. Comfortable, close to amenities, and super convenient, I almost don’t want to review for fear of never being able to book it again!

This property was amazing!!! The house was beautiful and super clean and had everything you may need for your stay. The yard and dock were perfect, we spent a lot of time on the dock swimming with the kids. We will definitely save this location for future stays.

Amazing house! We had such a great family vacation and plenty of room for everyone. The weather was amazing, and we had so much fun on the beautiful dock and even brought our boat. We went fishing, swimming and just relaxing in the water. Spent nights on the screened-in back porch and had a lots of family fun. Minutes away from the Walker Golf Course at Clemson University where the boys played a round of golf. The home was clean and well stocked with plenty of linens and amenities. The property owners were amazing and very attentive. I could not recommend a better house to rent.

Spent a week here and had a truly wonderful time. The house is in a perfect setting. We spent most of our time sitting out on the deck looking down over the vast grounds to the water below. The house has everything you need and so much more. Fully recommended!!

I wish we had found this home 3 years ago! Absolutely perfect stay for multi age groups and for visiting clemson university! The owners were wonderful in answering questions before we arrived and everything was spotless and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and the yard was pristine. My favorite was watching the sun rise with a coffee from the 3 season porch each morning. The dock and beach area were so inviting!! Thank you for this great property!!

Fantastic House!

This house is amazing! Extremely clean with lots of extra towels, linens etc. We were in town for parent's weekend and 10 of us were very comfortable - and only minutes from Clemson. The lake was perfect and we rented a Pontoon boat around the corner. Mathew was exceptional and was available to help answer any questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

We rented this beautiful property when moving my daughter into Clemson. It was everything we needed to feel comfortable, convenient, and make the transition very easy. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and more. Extremely clean. Beautiful lake view. Very friendly and helpful owners. My husband even said he felt like he was in a spa 😊- that could have been Bc of the outdoor TVs and screened in patio! Would definitely return and recommend.

Just stayed in this home with 4 adults and 4 kids ages 2-6. It was PERFECT. The yard was great for games, the beach area was perfect for kids to play and easily enter the shallow water to swim. The dock was beautiful and perfect for docking the boat we rented. The house is on a great area of the lake, even for Memorial day weekend it wasn't over crowded with boats or too busy. The home was clean and well stocked, and Matthew was very easy to contact and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this property!

My husband and I booked this home as a weekend get together with our grown children who live in Greenville and Charlotte. Our time there was everything we hoped it would be! This home is beautiful and clearly well cared for. The home is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. The outside space is fantastic, with porches and a gorgeous yard that gently slopes to the dock. Our time at this lovely home was exceptional, and we hope to return again soon!

This home was everything and more that it’s pictures described it to be! It was beautiful, easy access to the marina and the yard was breathtaking! We enjoyed playing baseball, we rented a boat, and we played in the little sandy beach at the end of the property. It was absolutely beautiful and one of the best trips my family and I have ever had! Matthew was wonderful to work with and responded quickly.

We so enjoyed our stay in Clemson. The house was great and plenty of room for our family of 5. The location was very convenient to the marina and so many restaurants where we picked up dinner. We will definitely go back again and Lake Hartwell is so beautiful and peaceful during the week.

I went on the trip for my annual girls trip, plus a few younger kids. The house was super clean and stocked with lots of towels, floats, shampoo, cleaning supplies, and basically everything we needed. The house was big and beautiful! The showers are amazing too! We loved the screened in porch and the hose outside for the kids. Plenty of chairs and fun supplies! The owner was quick to reply to any questions and to keep me updated. The dock is huge and the marina was so close which made renting boats easy and stress free! We loved it!!
