About this house rental

Our first floor residence has everything you will need to make your stay in Chattanooga perfect! It is located in the revitalized Southside.
You will be within walking distance to the best local restaurants, entertainment venues, and art galleries. The free electric shuttle will take you to many more points of interest Downtown.
If you prefer the outdoors, you are only a short drive to hiking and mountain biking trials, climbing opportunities, and white water rafting.

Off street parking behind the house is provided as well as a parking tag for parking in the street in front of the house.

The place was clean and comfortable. Easy to walk the area. The front bedroom has a double lock door that leads to the street entrance to the upstairs unit. ( door is locked so nobody has had access to either unit)Light and noise could be a problem. This was our first experience with Vrbo and over all I think a very good one! Chattanooga was a great place.

Loved this place, great location close to so many things, clean and great communication with host. We had 6 adults so it was perfect. Only thing I would suggest is putting a tv in all bedrooms. Would stay here again!

We had to travel on short notice due to a death in the family. The owner was very gracious and helpful which I really appreciated. The house is beautifully and comfortable decorated. It was perfect for us and we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch with morning coffee. The neighborhood is undergoing gentrification and is looking great. We were in walking distance to a great little breakfast places and several fun pub/restaurants. Not to mention the iconic Chattanooga Choo Choo just around the corner! I will definitely book again when we return to Chattanooga to visit family. It's a great property.

Our family had a nice time in Chattanooga in December. The house had plenty of room for 5 people. We had a few dinner guests one evening and had enough space in the kitchen and family room to hang out together. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big dinner except there was only a single dish towel which proved challenging since there is no dishwasher. Parking was easy. The street where the house is located is quiet. The general area, being downtown, had the typical city noise going on. Overall, the house was as described in the listing and we enjoyed our stay.

We surprised our kids with a weekend getaway to Chattanooga and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. There was so much space! It was exactly how it was described. Our family of 5 was very comfortable! We decided that this was one of our favorite places we have ever rented. It was obvious that the owners take pride in the their place and want you to really enjoy your stay. Very close to all the attractions that we wanted to see. Thank you so much Tara and family!!

Had the family in town for graduation and rented both the upstairs and downstairs of the house. Everything was clean and uncluttered. Plenty of room for 12 adults! Walkable to all our favorite places we visit when in Chattanooga.

Loved this property - we had an amazing time. The property manager was responsive and accommodating when I asked to stay an extra night. The location was wonderful, we could walk to so many things. The house had everything we needed, and more! We were very comfortable and felt tight at home. Would absolutely come back.

This home was even better than described! Furnished beautifully and very clean! We had everything we needed at home! Lots of space for our family of six when we came to town for a cheer competition! Very convenient location to walk to the Choo-Choo and get on the bus that would take us to the convention center and the aquarium! Also convenient to drive to go to Ruby Falls ! We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Check in / out was easy. Owners give great tips and are very accommodating. The neighborhood is very nice with a good variety of restaurants in walking distance. Pros: The beds and furniture are comfortable. Off-street parking. The unit is one-level with no stairs, including a ramp to parking space. Great neighborhood. Easy check-in / check-out. Cons: Sound travels within this unit & shared walls of the duplex. (This was not a big deal for us. Just a "quirk" of a vacation rental.) I recommend this property and hope you enjoy your stay.

My wife and I and another couple were visiting Chattanooga for a weekend getaway and to see Riverdance. This place was not just a little stay over, it was a completely equipped 3 bedroom apartment with all amenities except for a complementary dinner. Centrally located with easy access to all the downtown venues. Easy access to off street parking behind the building was a great plus. We highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

Space is clean and comfortable with a very nice ramp in the back for elderly/disabled access. The location was perfect for activities downtown with walks or short drives to shops/restaurants/bars/entertainment. The property manager, Owen was awesome! I would recommend this property to friends.

Owners were quick to respond to any requests. Home was walking distance to restaurants, tourist sites, and shopping. We actually occupied both top and bottom unit which worked well for my various family units. We could put younger kids to bed downstairs and all go upstairs. Sound did not seem to travel and bother anyone.

11 of us rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for my brothers wedding a couple doors down. Every thing was great! Beautiful space with huge rooms. Key pad entry was a breeze and the ramp in the back by parking was perfect for my grandfather with limited mobility. Great location - within walking distance to some restaurants.
