10 days of fun. Even though we had much rain we had a nice relaxing stay.
Bruce and Maureen, again, are the bestest hosts. We will be back again next year.

Absolutely loved everything about staying at Bruce and Maureen's place!
To me it was even nicer than the pictures, they don't do justice to how cozy and instantly comfortable it is. The beds were great, the living room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean and easy to navigate. The outdoor shower was a decadent treat!
Mostly, the hosts are wonderful people who made us feel incredibly at home.
If I could give it more than five stars I would!

This was our third try to find the perfect cottage on peninsula lake. From the minute we arrived we knew this was it. Everything is so well cared for and the cottage is clean and well equipped for all of needs. The setting is so private and quiet.
Bruce an Maureen are the most incredible host. We hope to make this our permanent vacation cottage for years to come.

This is our second year renting this lovely cottage and it, again, lived up to our already high expectations. The cottage was amazing as always and this year we got to meet more of the friendly neighbours along the Springsyde Path. Amazing experience, start to finish. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage and fantastic location!

The cottage is very clean, organized and well-equipped, including the kitchen utensils and small appliances. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable 5 day stay. The cottage is the nestled into a small, friendly cottage community and the locals strike the perfect balance between being friendly and helpful (including rescuing us from a tipped canoe) but still giving you enough space for some solitude.
The comfortable vibe of the cottage makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. It doesn't feel as if you're staying at a stranger's home. The sleep cabin is perfect for additional guests or family members and provides a little extra privacy. It is a short walk to the cottage so you don't feel excluded.
The outdoor shower is AMAZING and was well used during our stay!
Overall - a great time and Bruce and Maureen were perfect hosts!

This cottage is fabulous!!! Very close and convent to Algonquin Park and Huntsville; but far enough out to have the privacy and quietness
for a wonderful wilderness vacation. The cottage is in a nice quiet bush area right on the lake. The beach area is clean and crystal clear ((great place for children) and a wonderful dock for lounging around or just kicking back and watching the incredible views of the sunset from the private dock. The cottage is very clean and spacious with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. The owner Bruce is wonderful person to deal with and is quick to answer if you have and concerns. We look forward to going back.

We really enjoyed our time here. The cottage is really comfortable, clean and spacious. We spent most of our time by the dock, and the lake view and swimming is excellent. Bruce and Maureen were very helpful and friendly.

We had such an amazing time! Bruce was a pleasure to deal with and the cottage was clean, cozy and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Having meals in the screened-in porch was lovely. The muskoka chairs on the large upper deck were thoughtfully arranged to catch the morning sun. The waterside deck had sun all afternoon and we spent many enjoyable hours reading there as a family before dinner. The shallow area beside the dock was perfect for splashing around and throwing a frisbee or football, while the floating platform offered a great deeper swimming option. So much to do with fishing, canoeing, and great hiking trails, golf courses and Huntsville nearby. Beachside fires in the evenings under the starry sky ended our days. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning!

A beautiful, cozy little cabin. Right on the lake, with it's own beach, dock, and swim platform! Also comes with a canoe to go explore the lake with. And there's a beach-side trail through the forest that was great for an evening walk.
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The whole place is beautifully kept. Kitchen was very well stocked. Also had lots of board games that came in handy on a rainy day. Bruce was very helpful and responsive.

Bruce and Maureen's cottage is fabulous! The view of the lake, the sandy beach, the hammock, the canoe, the loons - it's all 100% on brand for a great Muskoka cottage vacation. The kitchen has all the gear you need to cook meals from scratch, and the outdoor shower!! So amazing! We had an absolutely brilliant time, with fires every evening at the fire pit, hiking at Arrowhead and Algonquin, and canoeing. Highly recommend!

We had the most fantastic week at Bruce's place! The property is beautiful and the cottage has everything you could want/need, not to mention it was so clean! Bruce was super responsive any time we had a question. We can't wait to return!

Everything was great. The cottage is clean and fairly large, very cozy with couches and pillows. The kitchen is very well stocked with both pantry items and cooking gear. The lake is gorgeous and clear with sandy bottom. Plus the hosts were so friendly and communicative! Would definitely return again.
