My wife and I rented this home for a summertime vacation. The house was lovely and immaculately clean. We loved the location; we brought our boat and made use of the dock which was perfect for out 21' bowrider. We already booked for next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, very well equipped, with a nicely landscaped back yard. We enjoyed having the dock for our boat and love beautiful Lake George.

This property is lost. The yard is spectacular, the home has all the amenities needed and the location is quiet but close to town. The lake area is fabulous. We were a family of four adults and the space was good for that number with two bathrooms and good sleeping space. The furniture is set up for lake viewing and the windows afford tons of light. We would rent this property again if we were in the area. The outdoor spices cannot be beat. We rented a boat and used the dock. The fire pit is great and the grill was in good shape for cooking outside. This is a top notch rental!

Prime location
This is a lovely, clean little house on a quiet part of Lake George that we really enjoyed. We had to rent our own kayaks to take advantage of being on the water and got very lucky renting through Shurable.com from a neighbor just a few doors down--the kayaking was gorgeous. The house was very clean and comfortable, and once we located and removed the 6 overpowering Glade air fresheners left by the cleaning crew, we were able to relax (no house rental should come with one let alone six air fresheners as not everyone can tolerate strong scents). We really enjoyed sitting out by the water, very peaceful and beautiful views--a bald eagle even swooped overhead one afternoon. Would stay here again.
Minor inconveniences: no coffee pods provided for the Keurig, no laundry, and no extra amenities in bathrooms, including soap for the shower. Stores are a bit of a drive so if you forget your toothbrush you're out of luck until your next trip to town.

Family vacation
Overall experience was very good. I would rent again. The only thing that was a bit misleading was the availability of the house kayaks shown in the picture. It was not for use of the guests.

Great Lake House - All that you Need
The house was great for our family vacation. It has all that you need for a great week. The deck beside the lake prefect for dinners or just relax outside. The dock is prefect if you bring your boat. The location on the Bay is great for Wake Board and Water Skiing. Also, makes for a nice run up to the Narrows or down to Million Dollar beach! The only comment I would make is the evolve team is hard to reach and communicate with. The Local contact is great!
We will be back!

Great Location on the Lake. House all that you need for a great week!
We found the house to be the prefect location on the lake. Easy to go up to the Narrows and easy to get down to Million Dollar Beach. Dock Access is great. The Bay is great for Morning Water Skiing and Wake Boarding! The house has all the you need for a great week. Just one thing to note.... Bring More Bath Towels! Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful views!
Although we didn’t have the most amazing weather this weekend we did have a relaxing time and enjoyed wonderful views from this property! The only 2 points I will admit were disappointing were the parking- truly only 2 vehicles- no room on the street to park another car. Also when we arrived we have to dust the surfaces quite a bit. Overall it was a great location for a relaxing trip with my parents and little family.

Great Stay!
So many great things to say about our stay! The property, from the home to the yard, inside and out - completely clean. More than enough space for the four of us. Extra space upstairs allowed for some of us who had to do some work to check in on Zoom meetings peacefully. Kitchen has all you need. Location is outstanding. Quiet neighborhood. If you want a quiet retreat, you can have it; if you want something to do, the village is minutes away. The view: Spectacular!!!! We didn't want to leave.
