There were six of us me, my wife, daughter, son and his daughter and son. The house is located close enough to any activity you want to participate in boating swimming dinning para sailing diner cruise fishing and it’s all walking distance the house is large enough to accommodate everyone and allow for alone time if wanted it was a perfect comfortable location.

This was my first time in Lake George and the house was walkable distance from everything in the village area. Visited with my sister and 7 children and the house was very spacious (easy to get away from the chaos). The house is more "comfy" than "luxury" as the posting suggests, but that was preferable for our family. One minor suggestion: the downstairs bedroom could use a dresser as there was no place to unpack clothes which is a minor inconvenience for a week-long stay.

The very best aspect of this property is it's convenient location. We were able to walk to most things in Lake George...the beach, Ft Wm Henry, the boat rides...and importantly the fireworks. Also, it was an easy drive to hiking, golf and trips to Fort Ticonderoga (and Vermont) and well as Bolton and an entire day at Lake Placid and all the Olympic sites. In addition, Jennifer was very prompt, cordial and efficient in answering concerns regarding missing items.

Location was very good. Interior was a little tired and could use some updating. Basement bedroom was freezing cold and difficult to regulate. Many light bulbs were missing or burned out. Kitchen, including refrigerator and counters needed additional cleaning. Not nearly enough silverware, bowls, and cutting knives.

This is a beautiful home perfectly located near Lake George Village. There was plenty of room for our 7 family members. We definitely would choose this home again for our next visit.

We love the condo because of having so much room. It nicely accommodates 10 women. Having 4 bathrooms is also a plus! We have rented for several years during the Winter Carnival and love that it is within walking distance to downtown. We have always given a 5 star rating but the condo is in need of some updated furniture (chairs are wobbly and some of the mattresses are in bad shape, couch is heavily stained. The rugs are stained. All of the bathroom toilet paper holders fell out of the walls. The clock above the tv had a corroded battery. The top of the tv stand was overly dusty. They ask that you leave the condo "broom swept" but do not provide a broom to do this. One more thing I've noticed is that the previous tenants leave pantry items.These items should be thrown away before the new tenants check in. We plan on renting in 2025 and hope to see some improvements.

Clean, spacious and well equipped home a couple minutes’ walk from the lake. Check in and check out was seamless and communication with the owner and property manager was easy. Plenty of room for everyone in our group of 8, which included children. Would definitely stay agin when in the area.

Very nice townhouse unit, very comfortable for our group of 11 ranging from 1 yr to 72. Walkable to Million Dollar Beach and another beach in a small park. Excellent food choices nearby at The Garrison and East Cove restaurants, both easily walkable. Lake George is a fun place for everyone, from jet skiing to mini-golf to Six Flags. Already planning for next year!

The condo was exactly as described, had everything we needed and was in a perfect location! We loved the comfortable “feel” of the home. Communication was easy with the owner and with the property manager. The property manager was super kind when we had to call and explain that we had locked ourselves out of the house with all the keys inside…just moments after arriving! He came to our rescue quickly and with a smile on his face… We would easily choose to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great location with quick access to the beach and village. Plenty of room for the family and very quiet area. Also was able to watch the fireworks from the back deck. Check in and out was a breeze and the condo was perfect.

The layout and location were wonderful for a family with adult children. Everyone had their own space and privacy. The proximity to the lake and village couldn’t be beat. The interior could use a little love and refreshing but we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable.

We had a great stay. Love the location to the town. Plenty of parking, and so much space for all of the guests. Loved the outdoor deck, and the garage. Plus the extra fridge in the garage for our beverages was very helpful as we had a ton of food! Greg is a great property manager and very responsive to our questions. Great stay. Thank you so much!

The house was very nice and huge. It had three floors and three parking spots. We all had plenty of space and the three and a half bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready. We used the bbq to make dinner. The kids all had a blast staying there. The owners were great and very easy to communicate with. They always got back to me right away. Great area as well very peaceful and close enough to the main road with plenty of stores and restaurants. We’d definitely book this house again.

We enjoyed our stay in Lake George! It was my husband and I, our 2 toddlers and my in laws staying. We had plenty of room to spread out for sleeping and even hosted a gathering with some of our other family staying in the area. The townhouse was very clean, cozy and quiet. We also found everything we needed in the kitchen. Overall we were very happy and would stay again!

Loved this place, we will be here again for sure! Unbeatable location, comfy beds, super clean and enough bathrooms so everyone basically had their own! The extra fridge in the garage was a nice touch. Communication with managers was quick and they were able to accommodate a few requests. Everything you could want!

This was a great, spacious house for our family of seven. Loved how the house was close to the village but also close enough to route nine to go to other areas of Lake George. We thought the house was closer to the village than it was. We had thought the kids would easily be able to walk down to the beach and shops but being over .7 miles away, and given the fact that we were there during the heat wave, they weren’t a fan of the walk. Overall though the Lake is gorgeous and we loved the property.

This property is awesome! Jennifer was responsive right from the start! Very quiet despite being on 9L. The layout of the townhouse is perfect for a larger group. My husband and I were the only ones for most of the week, but it did not feel too large for us. Had 8 for a few nights. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the oven was pretty dirty but other than that it was very clean. The house is well stocked with towels and sheets, cleaners and paper goods. It was a great experience and I would rent again!
