Stayed for one night

Friendly and helpful staff Room was clean and comfortable Checking in and out was easy. spacious parking lot in front of the entrance

Nice room and a decent stay but lack of sleep.

Clean, check-in process and the digital keys!

Even with the blackout shades the room was very bright at night because of all the stadium light outside the room.

The pancake machine was fun for the kids to watch, pool area .

The pool area was really clean .

The room had a bad smell , the sheets where clean So maybe it was coming from the mattress.

After finally getting checked in there was a problem with the hot water.

The breakfast was fine.

Upon checking in, my husband was told there was no reservation in my name, even after he showed the email with our confirmation and everything. I called the day before to make sure everything was fine with just my husband and grandson arriving for the stay, since I was unable to make the trip. They added my husbands name and I was assured there would be no problems, I had to call the hotel to see what was going on. They later was allowed to check in.

Don't stay elsewhere in The Colony. This place was amazing and fairly priced.

Perfect stay. Friendly front desk, super clean room, great bedding and pillow, large TV with lots of channels, solid wifi, easy parking.

Could have offered more different food like bacon, fried potatoes. The AC worked really well

The business center wasn't working as far as getting on the computer so I could print out some documents. I asked on Friday and Saturday and it was never fixed! The water pressure was terrible, I could barely wash the soap off my body.. didn't even try to wash my hair. I asked for it to be looked out, same as before but no one told me anything about what was done. From Friday until Monday there were no pool towels! That was the busiest time. Do you not wash towels on the weekend?
