I LOVED the fact that they had socialism hour ( with the complementary drinks and snacks).
I love the fact that they have breakfast every morning. I love the fact that it smelled really really good inside the facility. I love the fact that it was clean inside the facility. Oh that there was a lot of stores near also a WATERPARK 7mins away walking distance…
It was a few things that I did not like. The fact that there was hair in my refrigerator the fact that I wish they just would have wiped the dust down before the guests arrived. The fact that no one barely spoke English and there was really a barrier with communication. My son had an accident in the room and I was axing them if they could change the sheets for us and they told me they didn’t speak English and no one knew what I had wanted, and the fact that the laundry room was a little dirty like I think they could’ve clean the machines better, and fix the lock to the pool area. Overall, it really wasn’t that bad however, the only thing that I didn’t like was that the staff didn’t speak English in the ones who could speak. English were very rude and act as though they didn’t want to work or come from behind the desk I just felt like they were a little bit lazy. Maybe they had a long day I don’t know it was just bad timing with me I guess and a couple other guess I noticed that the staff was a little rude but if they’re going to have someone on staff that speak Spanish at least have a coworker with them that speaks English that can translate, I understand , it’s a lot of Hispanics down that way, but they should be bilingual but overall a nice hotel . P.s PLEASE PLEASE PUT MORE BACK or sausage omg 😱 if I see 1 more half cook sausage link again!!! Or ATLEAST have them get precooked sausage yeah everyone was talked about the meat options make fake 🥩 steak, ham, grabble, bacon 🥓 🦃 bacon 🥓. Something.

Location was great, staff was nice and breakfast spread was wonderful
Walls were thin. Could hear the people in the rooms on either side of us talking in a normal voice and children we’re constantly running down the hall, day and night.

Great area. Pretty good breakfast. Had a complimentary social hour three days a week which was a great bonus.
Guest laundry machines were inconsistent but worked most of the time.

Size of suite, great breakfast, enough parking space and sunsets.
Dirt outdoors, pool area, unfriendly staff, hanging out, not seeing dirty tables or other work, not greeting just chatting very loudly with their friends.

The elevator broke shortly after our first use and wasn’t fixed until 3 days later. we were on the top floor.

Management was very rude and would not try to resolve a billing issue that was caused by the hotel. Then he had the nerves to ask me to leave the property.

terrible staff...if youre a woman, prepare to be treated with such disrespect and prepare to be spied on and have your room entered when you arent there. i would never stay for ihg again in my life. and even after complaining, no repsonse from any management.

good location spacious rooms
staff was incredibly rude. not a single one spoke English. not accommodating at all. refused to give us more than one blanket or an extra pillow for the pull out sofa. refused to give my friends in the next room any more towels when they went downstairs bc they ‘were busy - come back’ …. completely shocking how awful they were.
breakfast was awful as well.
no orange juice. out of syrup for the waffles. out of yogurt but had tons of the toppings. no bread for toast. out of clean plates. tan out of silverware and had to give plastic wear for everyone. and no we didn’t go down to breakfast right before it ended, we went at 8:30am. the entire experience was horrible.

Room couldn’t be canceled since it was booked through a third-party still had to pay even though we couldn’t stay there since the website showed an indoor pool being the only reason we came, and there is not one

It was filthy. Dirty sheets and dirty towels. We chose to leave and find another hotel. Do NOT stay here!

Loved the weekday social. Sauce was delicious! Breakfast was ok. Glad there was a few options. Hotel was clean and very nice. Loved the outside area. Staff was friendly and nice. Loved the room. Design of room and hotel very nice.
Staff did not speak English, hard to get needed items sometimes. Pool was closed and I don’t know why. Website said there was an inside pool but there was not. Breakfast bacon was really greasy.

it stinks very bad, especially the second floor smells like you’re sleeping in dog piss. Elevators did not work, stair way smelled like straight weed!

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped to handle creating an evening meal for one, and the room was tidy for the most part.
The towels in the restroom still had bits of either facial or pubic hairs on them when I utilized them, which I found disgusting and disturbing that there were no quality checking measures to prevent that from happening. The counters were dusty, which I didn't like as it meant that the hotel staff either skimp out on dusting their surfaces or the room wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival, I hope it's the former but realistically assume it's the latter.

Very clean and in a great location
As soon as I got there the hotel 7clerk named Heirberto said that they were unable to charge the card from booking so I called booking and they said that the hotel tried to charge more than the correct amount. The hotel was booked for 5 nights but on the 4th day, the hotel said that I was only booked for 4 nights. I called booking again and they put me on hold while they called the hotel and come to find the clerk from the first night Heirberto changed my reservation to 4 nights so that the payment from booking could go through. If I'd never asked for room service we would have gone out that day and come back to find out that our key card didn't work because we were checked out.
