House has all amenities needed. Backyard was perfect for large groups. Pool was amazing. The only semi-negative would be that the house feels lived in and a bit cluttered and dated.

Stayed here for a family weekend getaway, 6 adults and 1 baby. We all fit comfortably in the main house, which had a very easy check-in process, was clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc which was great for eating in! Our family's favorite part of the house was the theatre room, with hundreds of movies to choose from and every streaming/ channel you could want. Outside, we really enjoyed the pool and diving board, my 1yo in particular loved splashing around on the baja shelf all day! The property was very close to town, great for grocery store runs and getting out on the lake! We would definitely stay here again!

Lee is an excellent host. He greated us when we got there and gave us a quick tour. He even had fresh popcorn waiting for us. The whole setup was great. Everything was well stocked. Plenty of towels, dishes and anything else you could need. The pool and the movie room were a big hit with the kids. They also loved the basketball. Kids were well entertained. There are also a lot of clise by activities. We enjoyed the lake and the near by parks. If i could give this trip 10 stars i would.

We stayed at this location for the month of February. Our kids and grandkids came for a long weekend and had the time of their lives. They enjoyed all of the aspects of this home and camped out in the theater room. How fun! Lee was always available and helpful - never intrusive, We very much enjoyed our time at this location.

This property is awesome! Itās built on a double lot which allows it to have a huge pool and backyard. Iāve stayed at several rentals in Havasu and this is our favorite one. My 10 year old loves the movie room, basketball court, putting green, huge pool, and diving board. Inside of the home is nice, the pictures donāt quite do it justice. None of the furniture feels cheap the way it does in a lot of rental properties. The same thing can be said about the kitchen and cooking utensils. The WiFi in the home is excellent. Lee is a great host and an extremely nice guy. He is always willing to go out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay at his home. Thanks again Lee, we will be back!

Our family and friends absolutely adored this VRBO. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. The theater room with slot machines and games was a hit, and the generously-sized pool became our go-to spot when we weren't at the lake. The option to add the Casita to the rental was a bonus. The location is convenient, with shops and Rotary Park nearby. The keyless entry system was a breeze to use. Lee, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with and always responded promptly. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Mr Lee responded very quickly with any questions or concerns. It was a beautiful 4 bedroom with an awesome theater room and a huge pool to come down and relax after an all day at the River. Also to mention a nice shaded BBQ area that we definitely enjoyed. Also to mention an outdoor fire place area that we didnāt use cause it was too hot lol. We will definitely be coming back to this property again. Mr. Lee thank you again for having us.

We enjoyed this house very much. Everyone had plenty of space to enjoy recreation, eating and outdoor living. We especially liked having the outside kitchen and the basketball court. The location was awesome, being so close to the skate park and the lake. Lee was very helpful and greeted us upon our arrival. We enjoyed family movie night accompanied with movie popcorn. The furniture was very comfortable and it was nice to have multiple rooms to watch TV. We visited early April so pool temp was too chilly to lounge in. We enjoyed our stay and if we return to Lake Havasu we would stay again!

What can I say! We had the best time staying at Lee's house. We were 2 Minnesota retired couples looking for a warm winter get away. He had a lovely home. Very spacious. His movie room quickly became our favorite room in the house in the evening. He has a beautiful pool and although it was a bit to cold for us to use it we did enjoy sitting there in the afternoon enjoying our cocktails.
Lee was a very attentive host. Gave us lots of tips on things to do around Lake Havasu and always checked if we needed anything.

Our entire family enjoyed our trip to Lake Havasu and spending time at Leeās home. Beautiful property, comfortable and very clean home. The beds were all comfortable as well as the entire home. There were so many things to do from the movie room, basketball court, putting green, amazing pool, and outdoor kitchen. We ran out of time to do everything but it was an amazing home. Would highly recommend and return! Our host Lee was very responsive and full of knowledge of the area. Loved the location of the home, it was quiet and relaxing, yet minutes from everything.

So much to do!
By far this is my favorite place I've stayed in Havasu. Lee is an amazing host and goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The property is clean and on a huge lot with so many things to do. Between the movie room, putting green, basketball court, and huge pool there is always something to do for the entire family. Everyone that makes the trip always loves the house. Also the WiFi is really good incase you have to get some work done over your stay. Thanks again Lee!

Relaxation destination
This place was awesome. The layout of the property is great. From the putting green to the bbq/outdoor fireplace. Nice quiet evenings to layout by the pool and relax after a long day on the lake. Lee was a great host very informative and helpful. The house was very clean and fully stocked with anything you need. All the bedrooms have nice comfortable beds and the movie room is a great place to lounge and enjoy a movie with friends and family. Definitely will be back.

We had 2 families that stayed in this home and it was very spacious. Lee was an awesome host & could easily be reached if we had any questions. The theater room was a favorite with adults and kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Iād love to stay here again!

Best backyard in Havasu!
Lee is an amazing host and we absolutely loved this house. The property lot is huge and offers so many things to do. The basketball court, putting green, fireplace, BBQ pattio, and huge pool with a diving board makes this the best backyard in Havasu! The whole property is well lit and looks very good at night. Inside the house was clean with plenty of common space. YouTubeTV allowed us to catch all of our favorite sporting events and the WiFi was really good too. The movie room is incredible and was a great place for everyone to hang out at night and enjoy some fresh popcorn. Lee's movie selection is filled with hundreds, if not thousands, of classics that can appeal to everyone. We loved our stay and my 7 year old son claims that this is by far the best house he's ever stayed at. We look forward to coming back!

We just left and cannot wait to go back!! Lee is amazing and has thought of everything. We had so much fun! Beautiful and amazing outdoor space. Plenty of room in the house. Loved the outside kitchen and fireplace. Pool was still too cold for us adults but 2 out of 3 kids jumped off the diving board!! Perfect location, fabulous home!
Upon arriving, immediately pleasing aesthetically with climbing flowers, immaculate landscaping, and inviting front entrance. The owner Lee gave a thorough tour and was immediately available for any questions and concerns. The inside was spotless. Inviting rooms throughout. The putting green was fun! The most spectacular was the outside barbecue, fireplace, and pool. We used these everyday. The pool is deep with a diving board. The view is breathtaking in the pool area with the mountains as a backdrop! Two hammocks complete the outside paradise. The most unique was the indoor theater room. Two slot machines and tons of collected memorabilia dressed this room. The outside basketball court was an added plus for our athletic family. We had twelve family members that fit comfortably. Thank you Lee for sharing your house and allowing us to make beautiful memories!

Gorgeous home!
We absolutely loved our stay at Leeās! Itās a very large piece of property and so much to do! Our kids loved the theater room and the basketball court. The pool was way better in person because you have a view of the lake and itās gorgeous. Our kids loved the diving board and the pool cycles through colors so night time swims were a blast. A comfortable home, lots of space and very clean. We didnāt want to leave! Lee was easy to get in touch with, VERY helpful and friendly. Loved that he met us at the house and gave a tour. We will book here again for sure!

Comfortable home-Great Pool-Wonderful Host
Lee was a fantastic host. Very communicative and he made everything easy. The home was so comfortable and spacious! The pool was amazing, so much so that it was tough to leave it to go to the lake. The pool pictures are accurate but truthfully it's even better in-person. The home's location was perfect. A few minutes to the lake, grocery stores, boat/jetski rentals, restaurants (take-out mostly due to COVID). The neighborhood was quiet and we felt totally safe. We enjoyed movies in the theater room, played some basketball outside, and bbq'd (great set up for outdoor entertaining). It was a fun and relaxing time. Thank you, Lee, for sharing your home with us.

It was a great house for our stay!
We had a great time staying at Lee's house. The kids loved the theater room! The house has a very good layout for a large group, everything was very clean and organized. The location was optimal as well very close to grocery stores, and only 7 minutes to get to lake Havasu Marina to get in the boat!

Family Getaway
Lee is an amazing host with an amazing home. We had 4 adults and 5 children for a family getaway. We could not have found a better place to spend our families retreat. The home is big and spacious, well stocked down to the Theater Room with movie theater popcorn machine, and movies. It was like being in a theater. Our favorite place to be was at the pool. An oasis of our own with an amazing view of the river and an outdoor shower. The master bedroom was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable to sleep in. I look forward to booking again with Lee and have been happily sharing my experience and recommendations with friends. This is a great place, great location and even greater host.
