About this villa rental
Within the prestigious Playa Real community in Playa Blanca this villa sits as one of the most exclusive villas on the complex in what is already a high end location in Playa Blanca. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and BBQ area. This property offers everything a family of 2 to 8 would love.
The garden area has artificial grass to increase the size of the useable areas in the villa and making it the perfect place to come and relax.
We have Satellite TV with all UK channels and over 800 other channels including many films (current and old).
A high end Internet service for your needs plus a 55 inch TV in the lounge and a 43 inch TV in the children's playroom with a ps4, ps3 and 2 with many games on hand.
The four bedrooms are all air conditioned (free).
In the kitchen there is everything you would need including hob, oven, fridges and freezer plus dishwasher and washing machine and of course a much needed large wine cooler.
Outside there is a beautiful private swimming pool and a hot tub with jets plus coloured fountains.
There is a dining area outside and eight sun-loungers plus rattan furniture depending on how you wish to relax.
The property has views across the ocean and from the house you can see Fuerteventura.
As you exit the property a three min walk within the gated community leads you to a community private gate that gives access to the beach and ocean with excess rock pools for catching fish and crabs.
There is a BBQ area with outside fridge for beers and drinks at the villa if you wish to cook food outside.
The property is very secure with not only a fully functioning managed alarm service which is also linked to the police, fire department and ambulance services but also the ability to press an emergency alarm if you have issues. There is also a safe in the property.
The Management Team are also on hand if there are issues during your stay and there are details of how to contact them In the villa.
We also have a pool cleaner and gardener. The pool team will come twice a week to maintain both the pool and hot tub so as to enhance your stay.
We are fully licensed with the Lanzarote authorities (many aren't!) and as a result we will need to take passport details before/on arrival (Suzanne our villa manager will take care of everything).

After a small hiccup with the code for the entry gates, we were delighted to find a beautiful villa, well equipped with everything you could need for a fabulous self catering holiday in the sun. Although, if you don't fancy cooking, you can head out to the back gate and find yourself on a beautiful promenade with is minutes, where you can find loads of places to eat and drink in either direction. Pool and hot tub were great and very well looked after by the team. Kids loved the pool toys and games console (of course 😜) and there were plenty of separate seating areas to utilise both in and outdoors so everyone could have their own space if needed (we were a party of 4 adults, 3 kids). Would highly recommend Playa Real No.9.

This beautifully equipped villa is safe, secure with a fantastic location right on the seafront and close to Flamingo beach with more restaurants close by. The villa itself has everything you need for a fabulous holiday, gorgeous pool, hot tub and plenty of space for relaxing outside in the sunshine and the surrounding views. The inside of the villa feels lovely and spacious and is well set out with the bedrooms away from the lounge and social areas. The kitchen is wonderfully modern and clean, with everything you need for entertaining. The owner and the manager are so friendly and always available if you need them. I will definitely be rebooking this villa for our next stay in lanzarote! 😊🏖☀️

We had a lovely time at this beautiful villa. We have stayed on the island many times in many amazing villas. This is one of the best we have stayed in. Beautiful, spacious and immaculate clean and very quiet. It has everything you could possible need. Home from home. Great pool lovely and warm, great hot tub, even had things for the pool and beach.
Booking and communication from the host Andy was amazing giving every little detail to keysafe, entry, and even how to use the tv.
We had a lovely time and would definitely be using this villa again. We would highly recommend this villa and even looking at our next holiday in our lovely Lanzarote.

This villa was perfect for our family comprising 6 Adults and 2 small children. It was exactly as per the website, although better than the pictures. Very clean excellent property manager and great instructions for check in and check out. If we come back to the island we would definitely stay at this villa and resort again. The villa is a perfect location with short walks to sandy family beach, restaurants, marina and supermarkets. We also walked up the Caldera Montaña Roja which was a short walk behind the villa for spectacular views over the resort.

Just returned home from a fabulous week in this stunning villa with family from 6 months to 66 years!! The Villa accommodated us all perfectly. There was shade whenever it was needed for the little ones, the pool was perfect and the hot tub a lovely addition. The support and comms from Andrew was exceptional ensuring we had everything we needed for our arrival and stay. Highly recommend this Villa for a perfect family holiday. Resort was lovely too - quiet and family orientated.

Having just arrived home from our weeks stay at this beautiful villa, it was just as described.
The location was only a short walk to a choice of beaches and restaurants, we did find our hire car useful for exploring they area.
The Villa was exceptionally clean and spacious also very modern, the pool area was very clean and lovely and warm water that our boys got lots of enjoyment from with the added bonus of the hot tub was a real treat .
My boys very much appreciated the games consoles and it kept them entertained as did the tv package.
Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to return in the future .

Such a beautiful property with stunning views and a lovely quiet but convenient location. We had a wonderful week here and the hot tub especially was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable unlike some we have had in the past and we generally just did not want to leave!

This is a large delightful property with sea view. It is spotlessly clean, has a lovely warm pool and a hot tub. The garden provides plenty of space to spread around in and is not overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Will definitely return!

We enjoyed a great week in this lovely villa. The outside area was a particular bonus, it was sunny, private and well appointed, with plentiful seating, a delightful pool and a shaded terrace. Inside, the villa was immaculately presented and exceptionally clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

We are regulars to this area of Playa Blanca, which, together with this villa, we would recommend for a family holiday with children.

What a gorgeous villa!! The photos and the location of this villa reeled us in and it did NOT disappoint. The photos are accurate and when we arrived we immediately loved the spaciousness and modern vibe. The kitchen area is social, modern and lovely and clean. The handy utility is an extension of this. All the rooms are finished beautifully and everything works wonderfully. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury addition and easy to use. The outside is spacious and so relaxing with its separate areas to socialise in or sunbathe in. The complex it is within, is gated and is secure. A short stroll to Flamingo beach that only takes 10 minutes if you walk along the stunning coastline path.
I would not hesitate in rebooking this villa and have already tried to book for our next visit but you need to get in quick as it's clearly popular and you can see why!

This villa has everything you could imagine for a perfect family holiday.
We booked for ourselves and our two thirty something "children" and partners along with our grand-daughter, two and a half. The layout of the villa is such that it brought us all together so effortlessly, both indoors and out, whilst allowing us all privacy in our own space.
The villa is superbly equipped. The pool, which was wonderfully warm, and hot tub were enjoyed by us all daily. The breakfasts on the shady terrace and the bbq's were joyous.
The location, easy walking distance of Flamingo & Natura beaches, harbour and Playa Blanca centre is fabulous.
We really didn't stop smiling all holiday.
Communication with the host from the time of booking to the communication with the villa manager right up to and following our arrival was faultless.
We have priceless memories of our holiday at the villa. Could not ask for more.

Beautiful property a real home from home.
The communal areas are big enough to cater for 6/8 people (often this is not the case in 6 person accommodation) but enough space to escape if needed and spotlessly clean. Could easily have a holiday here without a car the sea, beach, restaurants and spar are an easy 5/10 minute walk and you can arrange excursions from the front too (unfortunately the gate to the sea was closed due to Road works just added a minute or 2 to the walk but had a go down the gravel path so check if this is still the case as not ideal for flip flops). Tommy the taxi driver is great if your going without a car as can do transfers from the airport and take you to the hyper market so you can stock up if you want. Communication when booking was great. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this villa to anyone/everyone Thank you so much.

There were 8 of us including 2 children, the property was excellent with everything you could need. The location was great within walking distance of most of playa Blanca, or a 5-6 euro taxi ride. The pool was lovely and any communication with the owner or his agent were responded to immediately. Would recommend definitely

Had a fantastic stay in this amazing villa and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Playa Blanca. We gave the Accuracy of the online listing 4 out of 5 because it doesn’t do the villa justice in our opinion. In particular the outdoor space was perfect for our family. Also thanks to Andy for the great communication and for letting us check in early.

Beautiful Villa, everything and more that we could ask for! Lovely area, very quite, I just hope we weren't to noisy for the neighbours as has two lively little boys with us! Just a short walk from flamingo beach with a couple of places to eat, and a taxi ride into town where there was enough restaurants and shops for us, and a lovely man made beach....plus an Irish bar with live music most night which we enjoyed.
I should mention that the villa pool we found the surface a little rough for the kids, we had a few knee grazes when climbing in and out, apart from that minor negative, no complaints what so ever! Great 5* holiday for me and my family, thank you 😊

A wonderful week in this fabulous property
Stayed in April 2022 with family - six adults and one teenager.
We’ve holidayed in rented villas on a number of occasions but this is easily the nicest property we’ve stayed in. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and there was a lovely welcome pack awaiting us, which was a very nice touch. The villa was really well equipped with everything we might need. The outdoor area is wonderful - a swimming pool that’s clean and warm, a superb hot-tub, beautiful sea view and so much space for sunbathing or outdoor dining. The villa’s location is great for strolling along the seafront path - which is easily accessible via the locked gate. Communications with the owner, Andy, were first class - very quick to respond and very helpful. We had a fantastic time here and would return without hesitation.

Das Haus ist noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Grundstück ist wirklich sehr groß und überall gibt es verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Meerblick durch die Palmen ist einfach unschlagbar und erinnert an ein Haus in der Karibik. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern und neu. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Just faboulus place, a true dreamhouse vacation spot, both the location with seaview and all the amenities villa provides. A lot space inside and outside so you can always find a spot for yourself even if you are a bigger company and/or 2 families.

This was the second year running we stayed at Andy's villa and again we had a fantastic stay. Villa is clean, modern and has everything you need. The villa is spacious and has great seating areas outside, the hot tub is a real bonus for night-time stargazing. Andy's correspondence was faultless from start to finish, from requesting household items such as travel cots, to the arrival instructions such as key code and gate code etc, he was always really helpful and quick to respond. In addition, the management team, Lynne and her husband (sorry we didn't get his name) were really helpful, one day when attending the villa to provide fresh sheets/towels, took time out of their day to give us advice on the latest covid testing and where we could go etc. Great accomodation and well managed, have already booked for next year!

Fabulous Villa
This is a great villa for a holiday. We were 3 generations of a family, the eldest 92, one couple in 50's and two couple's in their 20's. The size and layout of the villa was really good as there was enough space to allow for people to be apart and comfortable areas both inside and out, to come together for meals and social times. The owner Andrew, was happy to answer promptly a couple of queries on the VRBO messaging service and offered good advice regarding amenities in the area. The villa was very well cleaned when we arrived and the welcome pack is very good for the first few hours when you arrive. All required towels are provided, both bathroom and pool area. There were also in each bedroom at least 1 UK plug adapter and in the kitchen area there are 4 USB charging sockets. All the other amenities are as described and were in excellent condition. All our group were really impressed with the villa and would have no hesitation in recommending to a friend. I understand from contact with the owner they use the property and this shows they way it is equipped and maintained.

Fantastic Villa
Had a brilliant stay in Andy's villa. Very clean and modern throughout. Superb new kitchen with everything you could ever need. Beds were incredibly comfy and all bathrooms were clean, modern and finished to a high spec. We had a slight issue with one of the air conditioning units in one of the bedrooms not working. Lynn (the management team) were very helpful and sorted the issue the very same day. The swimming pool and outside area (where we spent 90% of the time) were also faultless. Three great seating areas for eating and drinking and the brilliant added luxury of the Jacuzzi just to finish everything off!
Overall a brilliant two week stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
