The master bedroom has its own private sun terrace, which has fabulous sea views and is ideal for either watching the sunset or if you're an early bird the sun rise is breath-taking.
The other four bedrooms are located on the East Wing of the villa. Each has its own bathroom with either shower or shower and bath. Two of the rooms have a two double beds in, one has a king bed in and one is a twin room. Each room has its own patio doors leading to its own patio area.

The lounge is an area for relaxation as you watch the ferry boats sail across to Fuerteventura and the fishing boats coming home with their daily catch. Patio doors lead to the sun terrace.
Outside is the south facing sun terrace with an extravagantly large private heated pool. The terrace is completely private and attracts the sun all day. In front of the pool is a well-established tropical garden and of course the unsurpassed views of the Atlantic and the distant islands.

Or you can be dining in a choice of Italian, Greek, Argentinian or Indian restaurant; or enjoying Spanish tapas overlooking secluded beaches and coves and enjoying late night cocktails and disco in exclusive surroundings. For the more energetic a 25 minute stroll takes you into the centre of Playa Blanca itself with a wide a variety of duty-free shops, restaurants and bars. Alternatively, you can walk to the local taxi rank, which takes about 5 minutes. The taxis are very reasonable and would cost between 3 and 4 euros to get into the centre of Playa Blanca.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.
CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.
WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.
A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.
PLEASE NOTE: All payments are taken in GBP and either a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance or £400 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.

Lovely sized villa, needs some tlc. Aircon in one room which is pay by meter. Much further than suggested to amenities, lovely if you dont mind a 4 mile round trip everytime you want to go for dinner. I would suggest a hire car for convenience.

Good use of electronic tablet in the Villa, - a good electronic welcome page - very clear instructions for the appliances - and local information pages.
Large clean heated pool - regularly cleaned by pool attendant.
Large outdoor space
Very friendly courtesy visit from Jayne, the VillasNow rep.
Good sea view.
Plenty of car parking spaces.
Very quiet location and not overlooked by any neighbours.
Good range of English and foreign TV channels.
A little bit of TLC is needed especially the kitchen cupboards, the net curtains in the lounge and the steps everywhere.
It would be nice in future to have some shade to be able to eat comfortably outside.
Although the kitchen was very well equipped there was no cupboard space for any foodstuffs.
Other problems were reported to Jayne either during her visit or later by email.

Nice place - shame pool so shallow - barely up to waist in shallow end - I suppose it's good for kids. Great house.

Villa was good
Villa was nice, clean, well equipped and as advertised. We all enjoyed ourselves and having our own space was far better than any hotel. When we needed help it was an email or phone call away and everything was taken care of easily!
Not much of something to improve but the villas was somewhat far from things, about a 20 minute walk to a good beach and a couple restaurants, and a 45 minute walk to the main town, something that is just accepted though.

Fabulous
The villa was absolutely perfect for our large family and very clean. Plenty of space to either all get together or have a quiet moment to yourself. Pool was warm (without any heating) and enormous. Had everything we needed, although we did go out and buy some plastic cups for outside drinking to avoid any broken glass moments. Pool cleaned and tested twice whilst we were there. Views were spectacular although if you don't have a car (we didn't bother) the walk down to the main road was a bit tricky if you are not too steady on your feet (across rough ground beside the villa) Didn't bother us at all.

Family holiday fun
We have just returned from a lovely 7 night stay at this villa in Playa Blanca. 5 bedroom plus room with sofa bed.
The villa has pros and cons:
Pros :
Very well equipped kitchen and bedrooms.
Large heated private pool.
Central living room area, kitchen and dining room all look out to the pool area
Outside BBQ and large seating area.
Quiet end of Playa Blanca at the foot of Montana Roja
Responsive management company while we were there.
Cons:
Villa is more tired looking than appears in the photos.
Pool room was not in working order & had to request pool tips.
Had to purchase kitchen roll, toilet roll & washing up liquid.
Near small shops for general essentials (10 min walk) but larger Spars for proper shopping are in the centre of Playa Blanca (c30min walk).
No direct access to the road in front, so if walking need to walk her the open ground side next to the villa - tricky with buggies.
Worth noting with children that bedrooms are over 3 levels.
Overall I would recommend this villa for families just noting it is further out than expected if you are not familiar with plays blanca and don’t want to have walk a distance to get anywhere.

Villa with great potential but needs work!
We just enjoyed a week at Villa Montana with a group of friends. The villa is located on Montana Roja in the area of Los Riscos, so not in the center of Playa Blanca, but it's only a 5 minute drive away (or about a 30 minute walk). Nevertheless we liked the area very much, as it's a bit quieter with still a couple of restaurants within an easier 10 minute walk that offer good value for money.
About the villa: the biggest plus is without a doubt the outside area with a magnificent view on the ocean and Fuerteventura. Plenty of sitting and dining space around a big pool, the garden is beautiful and although the property borders the main road, we didn't really hear it (the wind through the palm trees makes more noise anyway). It's not all good news though. The house is in desperate need of a coat of paint and the bbq was so dirty we bought a second grill to put on top. Sadly also the inside shows that the house hasn't received the maintenance it deserves. One hot plate on the cooker doesn't work, the other three can't be regulated properly, it's all or nothing. The exhaust fan makes noise but doesn't work. Only one big pot available for a house that can sleep 10 people and the two pans provided were worn out. A plus: good fridge/freezer and plenty of plates and glasses. Moving on the bedrooms: 3 are ensuite, the other 2 have their own bathroom across the hallway and all lead onto the garden/balcony with sea view. Plenty of storage but the beds are small, rather wobly and some mattresses really should be replaced. Living/dining room: You can sit comfortably in about half of the sofa, the rest feels like the bottom part fell out. The (paying) internet was rather slow and dropped several times during the week. Again you can enjoy the wonderful view from both living and dining area. General: Although the house had been cleaned, it was done superficially. The kitchen hasn't been cleaned properly in years (I ended up degreasing the exhaust fan because I couldn't look at it anymore), there are stains on the tiles of the bathrooms, a moldy shower curtain, the sofa cushions had stains on them (beige so probably unavoidable). The list of little but annoying shortcomings is rather long I'm afraid.
We still had fun though, mainly lounging around the pool which at the end of the day was the purpose of the trip. To sum up, this house has massive potential but it needs a good scrub, some work and a visit to a furniture store. If that were done, I'd happily come back.
