Good location, quiet and reasonably priced.
Sofa bed very uncomfortable and main bed wasn’t a lot better. No curtains to block light out in bedroom which came through the blinds.

Interior decor could be better, paintwork was scruffy in places, plasterboard nail was showing its head.

Kitchen an lounge were good. The property was clean
No curtain or blind on the Velux window above the bed. Upstairs flats could look directly into the bedroom.
The bed was large and sited right against the wall. The person getting into the left hand side had to climb up from the bottom of the bed.

Central to the town
There was a slight smell of drains when initially entering the ground floor apartment. The door to the apartment didn't seem very secure, the frame had a gap all the way down one side. When the quilt was pulled back there was a large stain that looked like washed out blood (possibly menstrual) on the base sheet. It couldn't be missed so not sure why the bedding had been put on and not thrown. Sent a message for it to be changed or to move apartment. Had communicated that way before and didn't consider phoning the emergency number. As we were going out we left hoping it would be sorted. Arrived back around 9pm, not sorted or any reply. Put a towel over stain and went to bed. Got woken up at almost midnight (nearly gave us heart attack!) to someone banging on the door with the sheet saying we should have rang. A message and it left outside the door would have suficed.

Lovely modern apartment. Really clean and well presented. Close to the town centre and beach. Good value for money. Would love to stay again.
Sofa bed, uncomfortable as a sofa.

It was a lovely apartment for a family. Everything we needed facility wise. Spacious living area which was nice. The bed was so comfortable and big. Close to town and next to a corner shop, handy!
It was a fabulous weekend weather wise. They had blinds but no curtains so the bedroom was super light from 5am so no chance of a lay in. The shower was also very small but great pressure.

The apartment was clean, tidy, had all the amenities we needed, and was close to the town centre and to transport links. I would stay again.
The shower was a bit too small for me. I feel that if it were a wet room it would be better. I thought that the sofa was a bit too low which made it hard to stand up.
The front door tended to slam which could be annoying for some people, and the walls were quite thin. Otherwise, there was nothing fundamentally wrong with the apartment

Nice pad and good value for money. Never had an issue with parking all week long!
heavy rain leaked through the overhead skylight and dripped on me when I was trying to sleep one night

Clean & modern and warm.
Superbly comfortable large bed.
Quiet area.
Lovely touches with biscuits, tea & coffee and also cleaning equipment.
Front door had to be slammed shut by everyone on their way in & out the building which was quite annoying as my flat was right next to it!

Modern decor throughout, cosy, all facilities available ie iron, hoover, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, washing machine just to name a few, felt very homely. Staff was also great, we hope to stay again soon
Only down fall was the parking but you can find a space at the side or the property

Modern, clean and well appointed apartment with great facilities. Ideal as a base for our stay for the Lytham 1940s weekend. Excellent transport service to Lytham and two minutes walk into lovely St Anne's. Beautiful walk along the seafront between the two towns. Will definitely be coming back.
Very minor points for bathroom - would benefit from a couple of clothes hooks on door and a shelf or small unit for toiletries

The location of property despite being on a back street is great close to the shops train station and close to the beach.
The property is on a back street.
That there were no hooks to hang towels on or a space to put toiletries on.
Shower is a bit small, I couldn't swing a cat in there!

Located close to the sea front with a vibrant high street with well known retailers. Good Pub/Restaurant with large beer garden between the shops and sea front. Apartment close to the railway stations, easy walking distance.

Good location and luckily parking was available for us. The whole place was so well equipped and tidy. Excellent TV reception and choice of channels.

The kitchen and the facilities were brilliant. We had everything we needed. The decore was fresh, clean and cozy.
For a family of four we felt that the apartment was small. The living area only had a two seater sofa, which made it uncomfortable for us all to relax on an evening.
