View from the suite is amazing and so beautiful. Having oceanfront view is a plus. The condo was clean There are quite a few things you should know before you go. This is not a resort at all. It is condos only. There is no front desk, no one on site at all whatsoever to help. You check in at the security gate & be prepared to have to speak Spanish or use a translating app. They don't really know much & do not give you a lot of help with anything. You will have to drive everywhere. There is not much within walking distance. This is a condo building located in a larger community. Within the community are some really nice restaurants but they are not really within walking distance. If you want to venture anywhere from the condo you need a car. The beach is not a good beach so be prepared to drive to a beach if you want to do that. There are some really nice ones that aren't too far but definitely have to drive. The pool is not properly maintained. By the end of the week the pool was green & needed to be vacuumed badly. Also there is no hottub.
-They didn't provide me with a phone # so I would have to correspond through email not very convenient.
-The cleaning crew literally cleans the place out of everything, which is totally fine but know that when you arrive you will have to go to the store for literally everything & go pretty immediately. Nothing is supplied. It kind of sucks because you know that every group that stays goes out and buys the necessity stuff (dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc) & has to leave it there. They had a 4 pot coffee maker for a condo that has 4 bedrooms. We went out to Walmart & bought a 12 pot & left it there. I don't know if it remained after we left. I'm assuming they have an agreement with the cleaners which like I said is fine but they should leave some of the stuff so you don't have to immediately go out & get stuff, which comes to my next point- It should not be advertised as luxury. It's definitely not luxury especially lacking amenities. I've stayed at some luxury VRBOs this doesn't even come close. Not enough towels for everyone & the worst were the showers- be prepared to take cold showers all week. The one shower got luke warm but the rest of them were cold. The one toilet got clogged up & backed up into the shower. I emailed since that was my only way to communicate & didn't get a response. Patio door so heavy & hard to open & close & trash cabinet too, beds super squeaky and uncomfortable.

There was black mold, which gave me respiratory issues. When brought to the attention of management, they TOTALLY disregarded me and my emails (which is the only way to contact them). I know Administration received my emails because I sent TWO emails, one for the AC going out TWICE, of which they responded to repair. But when it came to black mold and my reporting of it, and how it was making me sick the Administration was quiet as a church mouse. They have said NOTHING STILL! However, the Administration did indeed ask me to write a review TWICE after receiving my black mold complaint. They have TOTALLY disregarded my issue. ImOther than the black mold, there were ZERO face towels, and very limited body towels. The views were fantastic, but the beach is rough. I would not go back there until after I know the black mold has been fixed, and not just painted over, and still bleeding through. I have plenty of pictures to post, and will give administration another chance to respond to my concerns before posting them. I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR MY AND MY FAMILY’S STAY IF I HAD KNOWN THERE WAS BLACK MOLD! I am still experiencing complications from the mold 5 days later. PICK ANOTHER LOCATION!

Overall, the property was as listed. However we had some issues. First, it would be better if the property was better stocked for guests. For example, there were only 3 garbage bags, no dishwasher soap and no hand towels or dish towels. The dishwasher would run, but it would not clean or dry the dishes. The pool was nice and attendants did clean it often. However, the elevator on the property broke twice when we were there. Both times when it broke, unfortunately we were stuck inside. One time we were stuck for 30 min until security came to open the door. The property has a nice view, however the beach had a lot of rotting seaweed (which was present throughout the island in various areas) that had a horrible smell. Be advised that there are no beach towels, which is not expected, but still a nice to have. As a VRBO property owner myself, adding small comforts like soap, extra towels, etc. can make a guest more comfortable and their experience better.
