We had some flight delays and so our check in time kept changing but the Ananda team were great and made sure we made it there and knew how to get in. It was just so peaceful waking up and walking outside in the morning to the rainforest as far as your eyes could see. Perfect position and everything we needed. No blinds on the windows, but the morning light doesn't wake you. The TV only plays supplied DVDs and nothing else, some board games - good for our 3 night stay. Close to everything we wanted to do in currumbin and the little organic farm up the road was awesome for a morning coffee and some fresh produce and sweet treats. It's an amazing little spot and house, so glad we got to experience it.
Not so much a didn't like, just a surprise. Because you're surround by trees, branches fall and wildlife party around you at night 🌙.
We couldn't get access to the bedroom downstairs, the door knob seemed jammed. It wasn't an issue for us but there was also a couple of day beds on the top floor that could have been used as beds.

Location was stunning
The treehouse was very unique and a fun experience
Loved the open shower and bath down the bottom
The bed was very comfortable
The deck with large wooden barstools overlooking the vista was stunning and the perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cheese platter and a wine.
We were very disappointed to be told in our welcome email (not in the property listing anywhere) that we weren't to bring meat as the property is a 'vegetarian retreat'. I don't think you can legally tell people what food they can and can't consume in a stand alone property like that. Especially with cafes and restaurants pretty far away. We were also advised that the spa/jacuzzi (advertised everywhere on the listings) is actually a bath. Turns out it's just that the jets are broken. That was very disappointing and the hot water runs out when the bath is less than half full too.
We wished the original fireplace was still in use but there were gas fireplaces that did a decent job at heating.
The property was a bit more overgrown with lantana and messy scrub than I was expecting. I was also expecting a more expansive view. Still beautiful though.

loved the whole treehouse, our favourite was the bath viewing the rainforest. The entire treehouse is as it is on the photos. Recommend.
The strict diet requirement.

The location and the scenery were amazing.
The lighting was so bad, that we couldn’t see to read (missing and blown bulbs as well); one bedroom light flickered all night even when turned off; the couch was broken and only seated one person comfortably; the stairs of rock at the entrance are slippery when wet and urgently need a hand rail; and we were unable to unlock the door to one of the bedrooms, which we really needed, as both my husband and I snore.

Absolutely loved this very unique property. The beds were comfy and the views amazing!! It was really nice to have a glass of wine in the hot tub. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook for yourself. Although you're completely secluded, it's only about a 20 minute drive to get groceries or a massage. Would definitely stay again!
Only one minor thing - the couch was rather uncomfortable, the bottom support may be broken, might be time for a new one.

Peace and quiet. The hot tub on the deck with the veiw of the rainforest was perfection.
Little cold even with the support of cute electrical fireplaces.

Ok I didn’t know breakfast was supplied, just coffee and tea facilities
We couldn’t get any further than the road in the driveway was not good , even with a 4wd would have struggled just because of the narrow driveway , general maintenance wise , probably just the outside of the building ( cobwebs and dirty windows) , couldn’t use the spa 2 it’s full potential ( figure out how 2 turn spa on )

Forgot to take breakfast but had it on the way home at Pasture & Co at the Eco village in Currumbin Valley. Very nice and relaxing.
Pavers at front door very slippery due to covered in mud from recent rain. Nearly slipped over twice even after I knew they were slippery.

The treehouse accommodation was beautiful in its layout, facilities and ambience.
The property wasn’t the easiest to find and the area surrounding the treehouse was overgrown to the extent that you couldn’t see the valley below.

My wife and I enjoyed the privacy of having no neighbors and the outside shower. Nice, mostly unobstructed views. The beds were comfortable.
Finding the property is a hassle with no internet or phone reception and very poor signage.
The management send an email informing customers that it is vegetarian friendly and meat is not permitted. Something which should be disclosed well before I have paid for the accommodation.
The kitchen was not cleaned properly. The cutting board was put away with food crumbs still on it and smelling very strongly of garlic. There is no complimentary coffee or milk. Not even instant coffee.
The house plants were dying from lack of water and there were a few spider webs, highlighting the lack of house keeping.
The shower in the en-suite had a blocked shower head and didn’t work well at all. They don’t provide a bath robe or slippers.
The lounge is very uncomfortable and extremely difficult to get out of.
The most annoying problem was an electrical fault in the lounge room. I don’t believe the house is wired properly. We turned all the lights off and still couldn’t use the television and a heater at the same time. We had to use the blanket from the spare bed. Lucky we didn’t stay during winter.
Over all, not worth the money. There are much better places available in similar locations which are cheaper and have much better service.

Great location and the view is amazing. Perfect getaway, be careful of the driveway down to the tree house with lower cars. But apart from that I cannot rate highly enough. Thanks guys

The location, view, design of the tree house and experience it self was fantastic. We took the special retreat and OMG food was amazing, massage incredible, the house and the view where the spa is amazing. I highly recommended if you want to disconnect from everything and be with your self and enjoy your partner.
There was a lot of net spider inside the tree house.

Stunning location surrounded by nothing but rainforest and birdsong. The treehouse was gorgeous, tastefully decorated in a quirky eclectic style. A lot of thoughtful touches went into providing a relaxing and romantic experience: books, aroma burners and essential oils. The DVD selection was diverse and interesting.
There was a lot of coffee provided but no tea bags.
