Our 2100+ sq/ft ‘North Conway Mountain Dreams’ town home features 4 levels of living space. The 5 separate sleeping areas and 3 full bathrooms provide comfortable areas for everyone and includes Free Wifi. Located in the heart of North Conway, it is within a short walk to the Settlers Green Outlet stores and area restaurants and just a short mile to the village center. Close to mini-golf, the indoor water park (Kahuna Laguna), playground and the North Conway scenic railroad. The location is located smack dab in the middle of everything and a couple minutes away from great attractions such as Diane's Bath, Story Land, Santa’s village and a number of great skiing locations (Cranmore, Attitash and WildCat Mountains and about 30 min from Bretton Woods). Perfect location for a girls weekend for a shopping trip! While in the area, don't miss a drive through the stunning White Mountains, a must see. This quiet private location puts you in the center of all that North Conway and close to all the White Mountains has to offer. You will also enjoy access to the seasonal (June - Labor Day) Community Pool to cool off after a long day of fun in the Mountains!

Great location in North Conway in quiet condo community. Plenty of space for family of six. Well stocked kitchen and quality gas grill. Games in basement were popular for our boys.

Condo was great! Very clean, plenty of room for everyone and kids loved the game room, lots to do! Location could not be better, close to shops, center of town, hiking and Story Land!

This house was awesome. It’s very spacious and has enough room for all the kids and different families to have their own space. The game room was great and the location to everything in N. Conway was awesome. Check in/out were very easy. We would stay again.

Great set up for a group. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Took us a little while to figure out the door (try moving handle up instead of down) but the place was very clean and as described. Colleen was a lovely and communicative host. Thank you!

This was our second time at this property and everything was wonderful. With 6 adults and 4 teens, it isn’t easy to find a place that fits our needs at a reasonable price. This condo has plenty of room and is located right near the center of town. Those who ski had plenty of mountains to choose from. Those who don’t ski still had plenty to do in the area to keep us occupied. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans, which is helpful since we tend to eat in more than out. Check in and check out were very easy and communication from the hosts was terrific. We highly recommend this property and its hosts.

While the pictures are great, actually being there is SO much better. We were there for our daughters birthday so we had 2 teens with us and they were content to stay at the property because there was so much to do there. They couldn't wait to get home and have a basketball tournament in the lower level with the family. Teens actually wanted us to spend time with them, I'm telling you it's magical lol. For all of the togetherness we had we also had our own space which was nice to be able to unwind. The pool was great my only regret is we didn't spend more time at it - the lock at the pool is tricky but we managed. I'd definitely return to this property.

Our family (5 adults and 7 kids) stayed at Colleens North Conway condo. Colleen was amazing, she sent us multiple links for events in the North Conway area to bring our kids to. The condo had a great layout for our group and the kids loved the game room downstairs. The condo pool was great, super quiet and the kids loved being able to walk to the pool. We would definitely return because we loved the condo and had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay. There was space for everyone without running into each other. We like the set up for the 3 family. The teens like the loft and their parents had the bedroom below the loft. My other son, wife and 4 year old had the game room bedroom. Grandpa and I had the main floor bedroom. Each family had their own space for some down time.

Our family of 5 and both sets of parents had a wonderful stay at our rental in North Conway. It had everything we needed and is in a superb location. We all loved the games and enjoying the peace and quiet sitting on the back deck. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to returning!

We all had a wonderful stay at Colleen and Lee’s condo. We had 6 adults and 5 teenagers staying for the week. There was plenty of room to spread out and it was great to be so close to the downtown area. The condo had a very well stocked kitchen, the game area was lots of fun, and there were plenty of blankets and towels for our large group. Colleen was very quick to respond when we had questions . I’d highly recommend this condo.
